They are closed Tuesdays but Jojo will pick up the phone to set appointments if you call in. Took my chubby pug to visit her and she quoted me a price prior to bringing my dog in and then confirmed the price based on the dog. For the first visit, she had me help her hold my dog for the nail trim and it was sooo much easier than whatever I was doing at home. She's quick on those nails! My dog has a very shy and timid personality and he did fine. Dropped him off at the set appointment time and he was ready within a couple of hours. Only thing with this place might be the look of it is a bit old, but so far so good!

Jojo is so sweet and treats your dog with so much love and care! This was my 6 month puppies first time getting groomed and I wouldn't have gone anywhere else!! He looks super cute and like a new pup!! I spent $60 on my small maltipoo -- nails, ears, and teeth included, was hesitant at first, but worth every penny! Will definitely be coming back every couple months. Thanks again jojo :)

    Nicely done by Jojo

This is my first visit after reading all the reviews and talked over the phone with the owner (Jojo). She was very patient and explained all the details of what services will be performed. Even though it took couple hours but trust me, it worth the time. Other places quoted me cheaper, but their services weren't as professional as Jojo. And petsmart can't groom better than this.

JoJo is one if my favorite groomers! She is fluent in Chinese and English with an accent, and is very patient and outgoing! She puts her customers first! And by customers, I mean her dogs/cats she babysits and grooms! She grooms to utmost satisfaction, and handles every pet as if they were her own. A great place to give your pet a new second home ;)

Ever since my dad passed away I've been bring bonnie to jojo.

JOJO IS THE BEST!!!! I have been taking my shih tzu to her for 3 years and it took about 2/3 visits for her to get used to being groomed. JoJo shows all the pets there so much love, and she takes pride in what she does. If she already has booked appointments for the day she won't take walk ins because she likes to take her time with each pet and I can totally tell because every time my cookie baby looks PERFECT(I think that is very important). I see why so many people keep coming back to her! I have referred all of my family's' dogs to her, and they LOVE her and the way she cares for their dogs. She makes sure you are happy with her service and gives a lot of recommendations as far as up keep with them and let's you know how their visit went from beginning to end. I recommend JoJo to EVERYONE, THANK YOU JOJO!!!

It was $60 for our maltipoo for the whole package--teeth, nails, anal glands, shampoo, and a very detailed hair cut.

I didn't catch the owner's name, but she was super responsive over Yelp messaging. She gave me…read moreupfront pricing, and booking an appointment was very easy. My Samoyed, Winnie, needed a bath and a good comb-out. The pricing felt very fair for everything included: bath, sanitary trim, deshedding, ear cleaning, and a nail trim. Since she's double-coated, I expected it to take a little longer. The whole process took about three hours, and they sent updates on how she was doing along the way, which I appreciated. She looked great when I picked her up, super clean and shiny. They brushed out so much undercoat that she looked half her size, and the sanitary trim was done well. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely bring Winnie back for her grooming.

I'm delighted with Aroma Pet Grooming. They've groomed my Gracie Mae twice now, and the girl at the…read morefront desk is incredibly friendly. I appreciate the transparent window that allows me to see the groomers working on my pets, which gives me peace of mind. However, I would gave them a star off for the lack of communication with the actual groomer. Unlike a haircut, where I discuss my preferences with the stylist, I don't have a personal relationship with the groomer at Aroma Pet Grooming. In my opinion, having a rapport with your beautician is just as important as having a relationship with the person grooming your dog. My last groomer, for instance, groomed Gracie Mae's hair for 4 1/2 years until we moved.

I feel other pet owners should know about my experience with Purrrfect Paws Grooming located at…read more20687 Amar Road, Suite 7, Walnut, California. On November 14, 2025, I dropped my dog off for his 9:30 a.m. grooming appointment. I was told grooming usually takes about two hours, but I didn't get a call to pick him up until 3:33 p.m., almost six hours later. When I arrived, an employee told me that the groomer had accidentally nicked my dog's right paw and had used styptic powder to stop the bleeding. At the time, the injury didn't look too serious, and I was told to apply hydrogen peroxide and take him to the vet if needed. Once I got home, I realized the injury was much worse than I had been led to believe. My dog was leaving bloody paw prints throughout my house, and his paw would not stop bleeding. I immediately tried calling Purrrfect Paws Grooming, but they were already closed. I also called my regular veterinarian, but their office was closed as well. Because the bleeding continued, I had no choice but to take my dog to an East Valley Emergency Pet Clinic that same evening. He had to be examined, his paw was clip/clean, bandaged, and he was given medications for pain and infection. What upset me even more was how this situation was handled afterward. I never received a phone call or apology from the owner, Ana Bonilla. There was no concern shown for my dog's condition, no explanation of how this happened, and no effort to make things right. The business eventually paid the veterinary bill, but only after all treatment was completed. They also refused to refund the grooming service because they claimed the grooming itself had been completed except for the injured paw. I sent several demand letters seeking resolution, but none were answered. As a result, I filed a small claims lawsuit seeking compensation for my dog's pain and suffering, reimbursement for the grooming service, and my lost wages. During the first hearing, the owner's daughter spoke on behalf of the business owner and argued that the company, not the owner personally, was responsible. The judge required me to amend my filing to include the proper business entity and set a new trial date. On April 9, 2026, the judge heard both sides and stated that a decision would be issued within 48 hours. On April 10, 2026, the court ruled in my favor. Purrrfect Grooming had 30 days to pay the judgment and paid on the final day allowed. There are many more details that I could include, but this review would be much longer. The photos taken by the emergency veterinarian show the seriousness of my dog's injury. I have also seen other Yelp reviews mentioning pets being injured there, so this does not appear to be an isolated incident. For privacy reasons, I have chosen not to post copies of the veterinary records, invoices, court documents, or the receipt showing that Purrrfect Paws Grooming paid the veterinary expenses. However, I do have all of the documentation, including photographs, medical records, receipts, and court records, which support the statements made in this review. I understand that accidents can happen. What I cannot understand is the complete lack of concern, communication, accountability, and professionalism afterward. Based on my experience, I personally would not trust Purrrfect Paws Grooming with my pet.
