Truly an awful experience. The service was slow, the menu isn't up to date (two beers listed weren't available and apparently hadn't been for a while), the liquor was watered down and the food was bad. I ordered a Cuban sandwich, which was advertised as being on a "griddled ciabatta." Instead it came on soggy Texas toast. It was so cold that the melted cheese had congealed into a pretty disgusting mess. The bread was so soggy that I literally peeled it off and discarded it. My husband's burger was likewise somewhere between lukewarm and cold. On the other hand, our sweet potato fries were very hot -- clearly our sandwiches had sat waiting on the counter for some time while the fries were being cooked. My husband's Manhattan was either made with watered bourbon or it had sat on the bar for so long between making it and serving it that it became watered down from the ice in the shaker. Service was friendly enough, but extremely slow and not once did the waiter come back to ask about our meals. Despite the other good reviews about this place, I'd never go back. It doesn't live up to the reviews, and it definitely isn't worth the prices. $50 for two cold sandwiches and one mixed drink? Next time, I'll walk down the street to Five Guys. Sure, it's greasy, but at least the food is served hot. read more

I've been here a few times and it never disappoints. They're super allergy friendly and use all fresh local ingredients. The pulled pork sandwich on a pretzel bun is hands down my favorite. Don't pass on the fried pickles either. They have a great variety of craft beers, ciders, wines and cocktails. Waitstaff is always friendly and accommodating. I live in RI so it's a bit of a hike but there's also one in Fall River so I'll be sure to visit and review later! read more

I have a gluten allergy and have been trying to find good restaurants with good gluten free options (other than a bun less burger, salad or a pizza). 110 Grill has almost the entire menu gluten free and they handle gluten allergies with amazing attention and care. Not going to lie- I was hoping to hate this place. Let me explain: I have tried four times to come here- weekend nights, weekday afternoons, everything. Each time it was packed. So, I gave it one last shot. And, they put me to shame and forced me into a five star review. The service was great from host to server to manager (more on that). Yes. It's busy. Yes you'll probably need to wait. But once you sit down you know why. The place is busy in a good way: the food is delicious and although there are some indulgent choices you don't feel like you need to do more cardio just because you chose 110 Grill. Now- an interesting twist- this place is super allergen conscious. To the point where if a member of your party has an allergy, a manager will oversee the preparation and serve the meal/entree themselves. Truly a considerate protocol. I am allergic to nuts (not very sensitive) but the staff didn't make it a big deal and there was special attention to the food. The servers have always been fun, helpful and responsive. I made a 7pm reservation on a Friday night. I got there at 6:55 with a party of 6 and I was told there were a few people ahead of me. I thought a 7pm reservation meant a 7pm reservation. While visiting from California we ran across the 110 grill. We arrive just shortly before 5 PM which seem to be perfect because they quickly got very busy. Our party of four was able to be seated right away. One in our party has a gluten allergy and was absolutely amazed at the expansiveness of their gluten-free menu. Our server Olivia was an absolute delight. After explaining it was our first time here she provided us with very descriptive recommendations of some of her favorite dishes. It has been a long time since I have had such an attentive server. She made it a point to let us know the importance of our satisfaction and for us to let her know of any issues. Three of us ordered chicken caprice Parmesan with mashed potatoes instead of the salad on the suggestion of Olivia. My wife ordered the pulled pork mac & cheese also on the suggestion of Olivia. Ate dinner here on a Thursday evening after work. The parking lot was full and there was about a 20 minute wait to eat. Our server was nice and all apps and entrees came out timely. We had the beet salad and calamari to start. The salad was so good! The calamari was good but nothing special. For dinner we had the beef stroganoff, short rib risotto and the steak tips. Everyone enjoyed their meals. My steak tips were not cooler properly. I asked for medium and maybe one was cooked that way, the others were well done. Food is good but they are making no effort to safely accommodate take out. Getting the order requires going all the way into the restaurant and waiting near the bar. Patrons were seated right next to the take out orders and were not wearing masks (for obvious reasons, who wants to eat with a mask). Picking up the food required going a few feet from this person's table. This sucks for both them and people getting their take out. Came to this spot on a Friday evening, we has a reservation so did not have to wait in line. Although i will say people without reservations got seated within 15-20 mins (which Isnt bad!) Firstly, this place is pretty big! the bar is a huge (which i like) and i also appreciated the semi open concept of the kitchen. It had a Yard House vibe. We requested seating outside. They have a small and cute outdoor space with a fire and comfy couches. I really appreciated that our waitress did not seem phased that we were not ready to order the few times she came by! The tuna was a TAD bit dry but still pretty delicious. Following suit with my appetizer, I order the seared tuna for dinner. First - the portion of this was huge! I was intimidated! I really like the pickled cucumbers they had however the tuna itself was OK. it had these tendons (i dont think that a right word for a fish) / these stringy pieces that made it hard to eat. I felt like i had to pull them out before I took a bite. My friend got the chicken parm and he did mention the chicken was overly battered. all in all - the meal was just fine. was not blown away. After dinner we got the Oreo fudge brownie sundae (It was a friends bday) and that baby looked amazing! Sadly i was not eating sweets and could only stare longingly at the beautiful dessert! :( HE said it was delicious (-_-) after that we moved from the tables to the fire which was PERFECT because the night was getting a tad chilly (lame MA weather!) That peaked my interest so I gave her my info knowing that no one would really reach out to me. It's been over 2 weeks and no one has reached out. I can't really say that I'm disappointed. Just like the restaurant, this is another example of poor communication, poor delivery and poor service. read more

Came here on a Thursday night with my boyfriend. Very busy but sat at the bar which was great! Everyone was very attentive and the food was delicious. I ordered the steak tips and my boyfriend ordered the Rib eye steak which was flavorful. Great place, great dessert, and great food. Def will be here again!! read more

When we arrived we wanted to sit outside & opted to wait a bit. We were seated in an outdoor waiting area by a fire and had a drink until our table was ready. Table took a little longer than expected to get cleaned off, but it really wasn't an issue since we were comfortable by the fire. Our server was Olivia & she had lots of great food/drink suggestions. Ordered Pulled Pork MAC & Cheese, spinach dip, a seasonal kielbasa kabob dish & a kids cheese burger. All were really great. I went for Valentines Day with my family and the food was 2/10 maybe. We got fried pickles and bang bang cauliflower as starters and they were delicious. The main course however was a different story. My husband and daughter got the Filet Mignon and ordered them medium both came out well done. I ordered the Chicken Piccata and you could still taste the oil the chicken was fried in which ruined the whole dish. For dessert we ordered the lemon beignets and they might of took 20mins to come out. To the point where my husband had to ask if they had forgot about us. Conveniently located next to the Residence Inn this should be a no brainer. Ample seating outside and inside. Hostess offeredparty of 1 a seat on 1 of the couches outside or a seat at the bar, if I wanted to sit at the bar I would have sat myself. My wife and I went there tonight. We split the Meatloaf dinner. The bar is great but the meatloaf was dry with no sauce or gravy on it. We have never been to a restaurant and ordered meatloaf that didn't have a sauce or gravy. I asked the bartender if she had anything we could put on it and she said no. What a Hot Mess! So I have seen this place being built for months and on a whim decided to try it for dinner. Cannot believe the crowd. Place was packed. Nice ambiance, nice bar, nice bathrooms...basically being brand new, everything about the atmosphere was great. Definition of a HOT MESS: a person or thing that is spectacularly unsuccessful or disordered, especially one that is a source of peculiar fascination. And that basically described the waitress and everything else from the time we got seated. While waiting to order drinks, we were offered water and bread...if I had known any better, this was a sign that this could be the last supper! Waitress came back a few moments later, sans water and bread, and we placed the drink order...and now the wait begins. 5 minutes....10 minutes...and the drinks arrive...when I say drinks, I don't mean the water and bread which is no where to be seen. After placing an order for the appetizer, the bread finally shows up. Asked for more bread...love this...waitress came back said that there was no more bread and that she even checked the attic....really the attic???? WTF Now on to the food... Asian calamari appetizer was delicious, lightly breaded and the asian sauce gave it a nice sweet kick. Chicken pesto pasta and Sesame Ginger Salmon were the main course on this night. The sesame ginger salmon was delicious, served on a bed of chilled soba noodles. The chicken pesto pasta was extremely disappointing. It was more of a pesto soup and it was hard to distinguish the chicken from the artichoke hearts. Since there were leftovers, we had them bagged. When you bag soupy pesto, you cannot put it in a flip top container...it spills. YUP, but thankfully just in the bag. No matter how bad my service was...the table next to me was seated before me, and had just gotten their dinner when my check was placed on my table... Overall, Very nice decor, very nice atmosphere - 3 stars Food - pesto is not a soup - 1 star Service - where did he go? - 0 stars Value - I think the only thing that will keep this place in business is that it is next to the Residence Inn. It's typically difficult to find any sort of restaurants in the Quincy/Braintree area that cater to customers with severe food allergies - when I was told by by a friend that 110 Grill was phenomenal when it comes to serving those with said allergies, I was all in! This was within the past 3 months. Everything started out great - service was pleasant, general vibe of the place was nice! My partner suffers from celiac disease - not a a sensitivity, but SEVERE allergy. She made all staff aware of her condition, and was given the gluten free menu - when she ordered her food, everything was going great! They brought out the burger that even had a marker on it reading "ALLERGY". I thought, "Finally! My partner can finally enjoy some good eats without getting sick!". Until... Our server, who was very nice throughout, came and informed us that a mistake was made and she had actually been serviced the food on a gluten bun... this was halfway through her eating it. The manager came over to take care of the check - appreciated, but with this illness, my partner then had severe stomach issues, inflamed joints, and worsened said arthritis - FOR TWO WEEKS. If it had been an issue of her being ill for the day, we could deal. However, this was weeks of excruciating side effects that affected both her professional and personal life. This had passed through the hands of multiple staff, and was still wrong. This is also keeping in mind that they are working with a scrap kitchen. If you are in a position like us, I would HIGHLY recommend avoiding 110 Grill to avoid the half month that were ruined as a result of the reckless way the food was served. read more
