My wife and I stopped to have dinner 110 looked nice from the outside so we gave it a go. Wait to seat was short there was 8 or so tables with people and a good amount of people at the bar. Not being full house should have been a clue as other restaurants were packed 1 hour waits. I ordered a Ceasar Salad with chicken she ordered a cheese burger fries she wanted a grilled chicken burger but the waiter go confused and couldn't get it figured out. We ordered chicken wings crispy extra sauce they were $16.50. The wings came we got 6 pieces all flats little to no sauce and they were not crispy but the opposite rubbery. Ceasar salad came out small in size for $19.00 there was 1 piece of chicken grilled consistent like the wings no seasoning like rubber not cut on the salad ripped in chunks. There was stale bagle chips as croutons maybe 3 croutons on a $19.00 salad. Also there was one or 2 shaved pieces of parmasan cheese when I poked through the small bed of warm Romaine. The burger was greasy dripping grease poor quality froze patty small in size fries also frozen a handful served with 2 tablespoons ketchup. We had to ask for condiments that we asked for when we ordered half of them never came as well as the refill on the soda for my wife. All in all a grade of F a failure on service food quality and value, $63 for 2 sodas a half size salad and 6 wings no sauce no flavor and rubbery skin. We did not finish the meals I spoke frankly to the manager on the mess he took no action for the failure so F- as final grade. Do your selves a favor eat somewhere else read some of the other reviews they were honest and bad. They should call Gordon Ramsey for help I am sure they are loosing money. read more

Yikes. I was expecting something different from all of the reviews. The atmosphere here is not good. It feels old but also new and empty at the same time. It reminded me of a really bad attempt at the Cheesecake Factory. We had a shrimp appetizer and wings. The wing sauce was good, but they were chewy and rubbery. The shrimp were over cooked and just covered in a bottle sweet chili sauce that they have at the grocery store. We had meatloaf and a salad for dinner. The meatloaf was fine, but dare I say reminiscent of a microwave dinner. The salad was also just fine but the added chicken was dry, and in weird small pieces - like the ones I pull off the roasted Stop and Shop chicken to feed to my dog. We figured "OK, dessert can't be bad". We shared a peanut brownie Sunday. How does an ice cream Sunday have no taste? It also came in a weird stemmed martini glass so it got all over you when trying to grab a spoonful. At the end of the meal they gave us a whole spiel about joining their loyalty club. The food is amazing i was not disappointed at all. Now for your host and hostess i give 1,When my husband and i arrived at your Canton CT location the establishment wasn't very busy but your host and hostess were not very hospitable no smiles very cold expessions. Then it started to pick up and everytime some customers walked in they would look at the booths to see who was done and getting ready to leave. They would look directly at the booth that my husband and I were seated. Made me feel uncomfortable and it was a few times they did it. we finished our dinner, we then ordered dessert and coffee. They again looked at our table then when our waitress gave us our check she went to get drinks at the bar for another set of customers i seen your host walk over to her and said something to her that made her come to our table to take the check,i had asked if he had said something to her she said no but i felt he did and rushed us out. Our first visit was just okay. Drinks were cold. We sat at the bar on this rainy afternoon. I ordered prosciutto wrapped cod that was good but only barely warm. The broccoli on both plates was cold. Just went last week to this place. I've been to the one in Avon that has excellent food and service. Waitress was horrible and food was lukewarm when served. We sent back the appetizers, the vegetables and complained numerous times. I was afraid to order dessert not knowing how long it would take to arrive. I wouldn't waste my time going here again. Easy to make reservations online, good food selection (we liked that the calories are noted next to each item on the menu), everyone in our party was happy with their meal, great server (Margret, who was very attentive and let us move away from the cold draft of the door to another table). Let me just tell you this was me and my wife's first time here, and we where blown away! When we first walked in the whole atmosphere felt so nice. The ambiance was stellar. We had Sydney as our waitress. She was so attentive and catered too our every need. We spilt our drinks not once, not twice, but three times. She immediately comes with napkins to help assist the spill. too add too that the food was AMAZING. Shoutout too all of the chefs behind the kitchen! Stopped in with my husband and children for an early Sunday dinner. Our server Margaret was very sweet & attentive. The food came out lightening fast. We ordered the fried pickles as an appetizer- never had them before. An interesting fried/tangy taste with the dipping sauces. I had the pulled pork sandwich with garlic mashed potatoes. The pork was very moist & I liked the various toppings and the fresh pretzel bun. The mashed potatoes were perfect - garlicy & buttery. My husband liked his gnocchi dish as well. My oldest son got the fish and chips - he said it was very good but it fell apart pretty quickly. I stole some fries and they were crispy and delicious - my kid doesn't like fries and he ate them all. We were outside and even with the umbrellas it was extremely hot on a breezy nearly fall day. Not their fault of course - but maybe umbrellas that tilt would be good. Overall a very good experience - next time we will go without the littles for date night. read more

I had high hopes for this restaurant but sadly, very disappointing...I ordered their gulf shrimp ($22) and it was a tiny dish of about 12 tiny shrimp with a tad of garlic sauce described and totally overcooked. The garlic mashed potatoes were the best thing I ate there. Overpriced and under quality! I am not in a rush to go back. The bartender/server was very nice so they at least have that going for them. Finally got to out here to have linch and the food was excellent. Crab dip was tasty, with freshly made chips and warm pita. We stopped in the 110 grill for dinner the other night and we we totally impressed!!! My wife had a chicken sandwich that was huge and packed with more chicken than she could eat. And I had the tuna steak with avocado and cucumber!! It was probably the best tuna dish I've ever had!! Compliments to the chef! It was outstanding!! Our first time in the restaurant went very well. The atmosphere was vibrant and the drinks at the bar were good pours with timely service. The food was an experiment for us without having the benefit of having been there before. The steak with chimmichurri was prepared perfectly medium to order. The chimmichurri sauce was good, not great. The prosciutto wrapped cod was also perfectly cooked and very tasty, but the risotto was a bit bland - needed some cheese. Service was top notch. Picked up a couple appetizers...crab Rangoon dip and spinach dip. The crab Rangoon dip had a little bit of a kick to it but was delicious!!!! It came with potato chips and pitas wedges. The spinach dip came in a bread bowl and was served with tortilla chips and cucumber slices. There was very little spinach dip in comparison to amount of chips/cucumbers/bread. The food was pretty good, but I hate to say the service was awful..... Went here for my birthday dinner with my family (mom+dad, sister+boyfriend, myself and my boyfriend) tonight. Made a reservation for 6 at 7pm...we were not sat until almost 720, and were not greeted until almost 8. Our server was blatantly ignoring the table, and rude every time she did come over. Management wound up bringing most of our things over and they were also rude about having to do so...it was over all just unpleasant. It was my first time there and I probably won't be back again if I'm being honest. I'd like to just add that I work at Dave and busters, an EXTREMELY high volume store that is equally understaffed due to the pandemic. I understand the hiccups that go along with serving any size table any night of the week right now. But also being from the service industry...this server had a 4 table section, that was not by any means full (it was us to start, with one more table coming in later on), management should never be rude to guests that are not even being needy...(i.e. manager dropped off side plates 10 minutes after our appetizers came and would not even look at any of us, and no one even asked for the plates). Very bad experience when I ordered takeouts at the Canton, CT location. When I first called in, I had to give my phone number three times. Each time, she can't get it correctly. Yes, I have my accent but it is not as bas as they don't understand it. I ended up read my phone numbers one by one. After that, when I arrived at 7:00pm to pick it up, they told me it is not ready because the swardfish can'be fried. They wanted to reach me and they can't. They suggested me to remove it from the order and they would mean one of us will have to be hungry on a Friday night. I said you can't remove it from the order, we will need to switch if the swardfish can'be fried. While, after 1 minute, they came back and said it can be fried and I need to wait for a few minutes. I was not happy and insisted that if you said it is "a few minutes", please do make it ready in "a few minutes", not more than 10 minutes. It is not all yet. After I received the order and the bag is really light for the dinner of three persons. I didn't open it until I came back home and found out each dinner is really small quantity. The swardfish is really small and no side dish. The tuna with a half avocado and some cucumber cuts. I was still hungry after the dinner. Usally when we ordered from other resturant, we are not only full afterwards, we will usually had some leftovers for the next day. But we ate everything they provided but still hungry. We spent $73 for three entrees and had to eat some home food before go to bed last night. It was a totally bad experience from making orders, to picking up the orders and the dinner itself sucks too!!! This is the first and last time that I will order from this restaurant. read more
