just had one of the worst experiences ever at 110 Grill I am still reeling for the level of disrespect and racism I felt at the hand of the supposed "District manager". I will abolutely be writing every social media site and all my friends, acquaintances , colleagues, etc to detail the racism I experienced at the hands of manager on duty @Justin Rantacca. Not even sure if that was his name but the way he treated me after waiting over 30 minutes for a caesar salad with no meat was unacceptable. He treated me and looked at me like I was just dirt under his shoe. I know we have all experienced racism at certain points in our life, I just never thought it would happen again tonight. I came in to order salad, no meat. Even went to the bar to order a drink as I waited. After 25 minutes I went to the seating hostess and waitstaff at the front and asked them to add extra caesar dressing and to check on my salad order. I informed her I was at the bar and she went back to check. After like 15 more minutes I went to that waitress/seating hostess at the front and asked about my salad. She then informed me that the receipt got lost and they had to take my order again. I then asked for a manager. Manager @Justin Rantacca after waiting 10 more minutes came and delivered my salad. No apologies for the time I waited. But while I tried to explain how unacceptable it was this happened, things escalated quickly. He quickly shut me down and asked if I called ahead of time. I said no, but it was just a salad. I will never forget the disgusted way he looked at me. I said sir, it should not matter if I ordered ahead of time, he then went into how busy it was etc and kept talking over talking me. I said is there someone else I can speak to. He then informed me, he was the district manager and told me no. He then said you have your salad I need you to leave. I said .. ok, but you still aren't listening to the disservice I experienced. He walked away. I got took caesar salad and walked out, took a look at it and it was literally lettuce and croutons. Went back in and asked to be refunded. This "Manager " @Justin Rantacca at the Fall River 110 Grille on 560 Williams S Canning Blvd, got extremely hostile and asked me to leave. Told me I was barred from coming into 110 Grill simply because I was not satisfied with the level of service I received. I walked away distraught and emotional at that exchange. The place was 90 percent white people and I was extremely saddened by the treatment I received. If I was a white woman I would have never received that level of disrespect as I was shown. When I called him out on it, he tried to throw me out the restaurant. Never have I been so embarrassed as I did today. I am a manager, and the first thing you do is apologize. I never asked 110 Grill to be comped for my meal, I just wanted some level of accountability. But after I was disrespected and received this lack luster salad I asked to be refunded. Never again. After an amazing dinner we ordered the gluten free chocolate cake, what a great decision, one of the best served with fresh fruit and homemade hot fudge and whipped cream!! Now Fall River isn't the first place I would go for food. But this is a great place for meeting friends and stopping in after a movie for a really delicious meal. The decor here is like a place more in providence. Outside fire pit if you are a person who likes that. I've been here a few times and haven't been disappointed. The service is pleasant and fast. The food is perfectly prepared and pleasantly presented. I last ordered the salon chick pea burger and really loved the whole thing. Pleasantly surprised by 110 Grill. Very nice spot for dinner. Service was excellent thanks to our waitress Dawn, who was just the right amount of attentive and also very crafty in accommodating our party's unique request that evening. Kudos to Dawn. Food was good, particularly the chorizo totchos and pulled pork mac & cheese. Caesar salad was OK. Chicken piccata gnocchi and steak tips were solid. My boyfriend and I made reservations for Saturday evening at 6:45pm. We arrived at 6:30 and were promptly seated. Our table had dried food stuck on it, no utensils, and our appetizer plate was dirty. Our waitress, was really sweet but wasn't attentive at all. We were left with our plates of food and no utensils and we waited quite sometime for our drinks. My dinner was excellent, however my boyfriend was extremely disappointed in his dish as it was completely soaked in bang bang sauce, almost inedible. Our sodas were flat, and so warm that they melted the ice in our glasses. It should not take an hour and a half to receive our food, drinks and the check. Between the lack of attentiveness and cleanliness, we will not be returning to this location. read more

I can't say enough good things about my dining experience at the Fall River location of 110 Grill. The food was so fresh and flavorful, and the service was top notch. Our server Brett was very knowledgeable and had some great recommendations. My favorite perk is that their entire menu can be make gluten-free, plus they even have GF dessert options! Always a good experience, the three times I went to this restaurant. The staff are both friendly and attentive. On the last visit we had Jeff as a waiter, who was excellent, and loves his work as he demonstrates in his service. I remember Jeff from another establishment, and was always very courteous and friendly. We made reservations, so of course we were seated almost immediately upon entering. And I noticed a growing crowd, with high wait times. The management would periodically bring out appetizers for the crowd waiting, which I loved. Giving waiting hungry customers some snacks was inviting and incredibly thoughtful. The quality of food is superb, excellent menu, but pricey just so you're aware but worth it. They clearly take pride in their menu and ingredients because it tastes wonderful. read more

The atmosphere had a sports bar kinda scene which was a lot of fun. The food and service were both amazing. The pulled barbecue mac and cheese was not only beautiful and amazingly plated but was incredibly delicious with a multitude of flavour. We were seated promptly, that was the only good part of our experience. First note there was 5 tables may be 15 people in the restaurant. We waited 10 to order our drinks. 2 water with lemon and root beer. 1 water , no lemon, and the root beer came with in 5 minutes took another 5 minutes for 2nd glass of water, no lemon, reminded waiter about the lemon , he brought it 5 minutes later. 3 waitresses stand at the serving counter, doing nothing. Ordered 2 cheese burgers with a few extras and regular fries one sweet potato. Took 30 minutes to get the food. I watched the burgers sit under the heat lamp for leat 10 minutes. Both ordered well done. Bacon was to be added for $1.50, one slice of bacon on each. One done well one medium. Cold French fries on both. One was supposed to sweet potato They replaced for sweet potato. My cheeseburger and fries were cold, Sent it all back. 25 minutes later wrong condiments on the burger, wrong cheese and onion rings not fries, needless to say we got up and walked out. Oh and the table and menus were sticky..... never again! read more

This was our second visit and were hoping for a better experience. Food in general is good, nothing spectacular but good. As for the service..... this is where they fall apart. The first time we sat at the bar for almost 20 minutes just to get a menu and a beer. It was a Sunday around 530 pm with 2 bartenders working so we chaulked it up to they were just overwhelmed with a full bar. The only reason we waited was because we were going to a movie next door or we would have bailed. The next time we go in we are 2 of the 4 people at the bar. At first the bartender was decent. we did sit with empty beers and water for a few minutes but whatever. At the end of our meal she was busy leaning on the bar chatting with people and left us with dirty plates in front of us for a good 5 minutes while we had our card out ready to pay. on Monday night Sarah was our waitress, everything came out properly that we ordered on time quickly and food was fantastic. there was three of us my wife had the salmon And brussels sprouts garlicky potatoes. First off, I love how this plaza has been "reborn." The development company did an amazing job revitalizing this plaza. It has come a long way from KMart and Walmart. I have eaten here a handful of times and never had a bad experience here. The waitstaff is always upbeat, very friendly and informative. The menu has a great selection. The wings are very good and the pulled pork BBQ mac and cheese..OY VEY! DELISH! The outside fire pit is a nice touch and is great to have a few drinks. The atmosphere is warm and matches the waitstaff personalities. It's conveniently located right next door to the movie theater. The bar area is awesome. Tons of big screen and high tops. 1) They are very allergy friendly. My daughter has a peanut allergy and they made sure the whole table was peanut free. The waitress wrote down on the ticket in big letters, "NO PEANUTS". The manager brought us our food and explained that nothing was cross contaminated. There is an allergy commitment right there on the menu. 2) The food was excellent. I had the cordon bleu sandwich. It was still juicy on the inside. My wife got the Cajun salmon burger, and the flavors were well matched. Kids split a HUGE nacho platter which they couldn't finish, even with our help. Overall, there are many choices of sides; we liked the Asian noodle salad the best, but my wife was torn between that and the Brussels sprouts. 3) The waitress explained to us that this restaurant is a mostly from scratch establishment, so nothing comes in pre-made. Everything is made on premises, and it's obvious when you taste your meal. My wife is excited to try their cocktails the next time we go, since they are also made from scratch. 4) The only negative (which is tiny and probably will never happen again) is we asked for the WiFi from two different waiters, and they didn't know it and forgot to bring it at least twice. Abner and I had reservations for 5:30. We got there early and had to wait a bit because the place was already very, very busy. When I called for the reservation, I did note Abner's birthday. So, when we were brought to the table, the hostess did say Happy Birthday to him. Attention to detail is very important. Abner got a decaf Espresso martini and I got the house Merlot. I read the other Yelp reviews who really liked the flatbreads, so we started with the margherita flatbread. We liked it, but then halfway through, I did find a short hair on the flatbread plate. Abner said "Are you sure it's not yours?" I said "Well, look at the length of my hair and look at the size of this hair. It's not even my color?" I should have told the server, but I removed it and we finished the appetizer. Abner ordered the special, which was the Ravioli Chicken Marsala. I got the 110 Classic Cheeseburger with sweet potato fries. Abner said the Marsala sauce was one of the best he ever tasted. I liked my burger and Abner ate 1/2 of it and dunked it in the Marsala sauce. This was our first time in this new Southcoast marketplace and Abner was very impressed with the transformation from the Harbor Mall of the past. We liked the outdoor gas fire pit, which would be very nice to sit around while waiting for a table. Nice atmosphere. Our experience was pretty good (except for that hair). It was a little noisy, but we were near a table with many noisy children on one side and the hustle and bustle of the kitchen on the other. Abner had the best seat, where he could see the all the dishes coming out. I got to watch the children making nose marks on the glass. Our server, Amanda, was very nice and answered our questions. 100 Grill does have a franchise feel to it, but not like an Applebee's or a 99, more like a "Not Your Average Joe's." We thought it was pricey for the area though. My cheeseburger was $13.00 for the basics. Not Your Average Joe's backyard burgers with cheese are $9.99. We had difficulty finding the restaurant. The GPS brought us to a grassy knoll near the highway, not the Southcoast Market Place. We had a gift card with 560 William S. Canning Blvd on it and that's what we put in the GPS. We went into the shopping center and found the restaurant and it does say 560 on the door, but not on the sign on the boulevard. Suggest writing "In the Southcoast Market Place" on your gift card information to avoid this confusion. read more

The bread they start you with is very good - soft, warm, so tasty. The service is a little slow but we were there for an early dinner so they may have more servers at busier times. We were also in the corner near the window and it was pretty cold. It felt like there was cold air blowing down on us from a vent. The flatbread was good that my friend got. I got the chicken cordon bleu sandwich without the ham. It was very good. The chicken was perfect, the cheese was tasty, and the honey mustard was a great flavor. The only downsides were that the bread was just okay and the fries were meh. It was a pretzel bun and I had high hopes since the bread starter was so good. I got sweet potato fries as a side and they were actually pretty good flavor wise but they came out barely warm so that was a disappoint. This wasn't a favorite place of mine but it was definitely solid. I would go again if I were in the area. read more

It was my best friend's 30th Birthday dinner, and as a gluten free diner, he chose 110 Grill, since a. none of us had ever been, and b. they're incredibly allergy friendly, since they pride themselves as a "from scratch" kitchen. We went on a Saturday in March, with a group of 13 people, and thankfully we had a reservation, as couples who came in at the same time as us, seemed to have to wait upwards of an hour before being sat. Thankfully, we only had to wait a few minutes. Our waitress, Michaela, who was fantastic for the duration of the evening, told us about their ability to accommodate any allergies, and was ready to answer any questions we had about the menu. She even had the bartender make a special drink for the birthday boy (which he loved) because he liked something he saw on the menu but didn't want it to be too sweet. I was feeling boring and stuck with Miller Lite for the evening, but they had many more exciting libations available to try. I had looked at the menu ahead of time and went in knowing the crag rangoon dip would be ordered, I also ended up splitting the pickle chips, as well as the dip with 2 of my dinner partners. The pickle chips were exactly what you think they'd be, but they were tasty and most importantly, crispy, none the less. The dip was piping hot, cheesy, and filled with crab. It was not really reminiscent of crab rangoons, unless the rangoons you're used to are made with real crab and cheddar, but aside from a misleading name, it was a deliciously great appetizer to start with. I originally wanted something light for my meal, but ended up picking the pulled pork mac and cheese after Michaela's suggestion, and I'm very glad I did. I ended up getting two meals out of the moist, cheesy, and delicious entree. The mac and cheese was flavorful and gooey, and the bbq pork had a tang to cut through all that richness. It also came topped with onion strings and ranch which added an extra crunchy texture. We didn't end up ordering dessert, because we had brought a birthday cake, but after looking at the menu, I would have tried them all, and I'm sure they would have been delicious as well. 110 Grill will definitely will an option for big parties, especially if they have food allergies, and I will be sure to ask for Michaela who was a big part of why the night was so great. read more
