like 110 Grill, local chain does great. Nice size swordfish done Cajun style with roasted Brussels sprouts and garlic mashed potatoes. Accompaniment of a few spicy hibiscus margaritas, prepared bi Christina & Natasha- who are a great tandem at the bar. Excellent Service

Let me just start by saying the food is great, truly. As someone who is gluten-free, there was MORE than enough to choose from. Nearly every burger, pasta, and dessert could be made free of gluten. The Hot Honey Chicken and Brussels were delectable. However, it is the service in which they lack. Our server lacked enthusiasm and personality, refilling our drinks only when we asked at the end. The kitchen was worse. One of the cooks decided to make a backhanded comment about us in Spanish, thinking we would not understand - we, in fact, did. Even confronting him about it seemed to fuel his enjoyment. His pride in his actions showed in his endless, infuriating whistling. If you want some AMAZING gluten-free options, this is the place to go. Just be weary of what the staff may say about you.

The absolute best thing was that they asked before I was seated if I wanted a gluten-free menu. Then, when I ordered from it, the server was kind and said that for any reason I could send it back -- but the manager would be the one to deliver it to me. And, that's indeed what happened. I appreciated the extra steps to make it all work smoothly. The food was fine -- not stunning but the location was convenient, the booth comfy, and the service really epic!

We had the best experience because of our amazing server Katie and the manager Kevin. The food was off the chain or as the young kids say "Fire". I only got a picture of my meal which was the Chilean Sea Bass served over a quinoa/mediterranean salad. My nephews inhaled their Burger and fries and pasta dish so fast that I didn't get a taste but they gave it a 10/10. Will definitely come back if I am ever in the area.

The food was reasonably good, but a little pricey. The service was slow however, the servers were friendly and apologetic.

Food is unbelievable. I usually end up ordering something off of the specials menu as well as the best appetizer that I've ever had at any restaurant which is the barbecue chicken nachos. Our server Katie was amazing. The manager Kevin came and checked on us twice. I can't say enough good things about this restaurant. The staff is nice. The food is good and it's always clean.

On a long road trip last weekend, stopped into the 110 Grill in Hadley for a late lunch. Having never been before, wasn't sure what to expect. Apparently from their website, it appears to be a New England chain. Similar menu options to your run of the mill chains (chili's, Applebee's), but significantly better quality. While being seated we were asked about any dietary restrictions. Nice to see they take that seriously, and are willing to adapt the menu to certain needs. Staff was friendly, and the food came out reasonably quick. I opted for a classic cheeseburger, and it was delicious. Appeared to definitely be a prepared, probably frozen Patty, but they cooked it perfectly, and with their seasonings, it was devious! Atmosphere was clean, lots of natural light from windows, semi modern, with a nice, fully stocked bar in the center. If I'm ever back up in New England, id consider eating at a 110 Grill again

I've been back several times, and if I lived in Amherst I'd be a regular. The bakery items I sampled were fresh and well made. The person who brought it out, though, served it with just enough classic Northeast attitude to remind me I wasn't in Texas anymore, and somehow it fit the place perfectly. Sitting outside, watching students hustle by and friends linger over coffee, it was easy to see why this place is a local favorite. I'll start off by saying that the staff was very nice. I told them it was our first time there and she sat us down, told us to look over the menu and then order at the counter when we were ready. We ended up sharing the breakfast monster crepe and also the eat your greens salad. I can honestly tell you that the eat your greens salad was one of the best salads I've had. its so simple but so delicious and packed full of flavor. The lettuce leaves were extremely fresh, and the dressing was homemade. The crepe was also good, not the best I've had but it was good. Honestly the winer for me was that salad. We also ordered some hot drinks and I was surprised to find that they have organic coffee, really good. and their honey is legit, not the fake stuff. I know some of the other reviews were complaining about the pricing on things but its obviously better quality as well. You can taste it for sure. I will say that the one thing I didn't like was the fact that the tables/chairs are so close together. We were sandwiched in between two families with children and it was really hard to relax. We had to listen to one family complain about not having gotten their crepe yet even though everyone else had gotten their food. I felt that if I even inched either to my right or left I would hit the person sitting on the other end. They need to configure the seating better. Otherwise, it's a great place, I'd definitely come back and maybe sit at a counter or a booth if I'm lucky.
