I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say it's only been open for 3 days. I've been to other 110 grills which is why I decided to go here. First off we made a reservation and didn't get seated until 25 minutes after the reservation time. At this point I felt like just cancelling and going to Chipotle down the street. (Should've followed my instincts). After getting seated it took 20 minutes to get water and bread. And the drinks we ordered came a little late. The ice had already started melting when we got it. Secondly the food was not what I'm used to at a 110 grill, as in the flavor was just not there. Got the steak tips and Salmon, the salmon was bland and burnt. The steak had some flavor but nothing to remember. The worst part, it came warm. The fries and mashed potatoes were hotter than the main food. The broccoli was also cold, yum. Maybe save your time and money until they get everything together. Oh and the waitress didn't ask how my gf wanted her steak done, and when I reminded the waitress came back with a little attitude talking bout the default is medium if we don't specify. I don't know if this is true or not but I've always been asked how I want my steak or burger. But that's all, maybe I'll try again in 2 months or so. read more

This place has only opened recently, so I've given it time to work out the kinks before I've left a real review. Phenomenal! From top to bottom. Plenty of parking, looks like a nice outdoor area when the weather gets better, huge open bar, no wait for seating, friendly and attentive staff from the host to the general manager stopping by to chat. Joe made us feel like family. I look forward to becoming a regular. Definitely a bragging point for Hadley, Massachusetts to have this gem. Enjoy. BTW, the firecracker shrimp are amazing!! read more

Visited for lunch with a coworker and will NOT be visiting this establishment again. The waitress, though she was nice, brought water in a dirty glass, I asked her if. She could bring a clean glass and she did. When my plate was brought out it was dirty too. There was HAIR ON MY PLATE. I just moved to the area and I was looking forward to visiting this restaurant. Good food but service was very slow . I know it's new but we sat at the bar without a refresh on our drinks for 20 mins (would have ordered another drink but wasn't asked at all) . Bartender was very nice but just wish she had been more attentive . We were a party of 2 at the bar with a total of 8 people seated out of the 30 seats(btw it was lunch time and not a lot of drinks being served for the most part) . The dining room had about 5 tables going and plenty of servers. I won't give up on you 110 but step it up so we can give 5 stars and not 3 !! read more

My wife and I were just at the 110 Grill. We seated within 10 minutes although there were tables empty and remained empty during our whole visit. Our server (Miranda) was great and knowledgeable of the menu which my wife appreciates the most due to the list of question she usually ask. The only problem We has was if your going to have an open view kitchen where your customers can view when your food is ready, it would probably be best if you constantly have someone at the ready counter for quality checks to get the food out quicker. Now I do appreciate that managers do quality checks, but managers also have the tendency to talk to their customers to ensure everything is alright, which is what happened during our first visit. We saw the food ready and saw the manager talk to other tables. It took approximately 10 plus minutes before the food got to table. My wife ordered the fish and chips, not battered with majority bread but I could actually see where the fish was. And gave a big handful of fries. I ordered The Cure Burger where I now realize it was a bad idea. I needed to be hangry (hungry/angry) to to attempt to finish this large burger. It's a burger, smashed tater tot, bacon, cheese, and a fries egg. It was good, but my belly is FULL. Overall not a bad spot, vibe was good, and the background music was on point. read more

We had never been to 110 Grill, but we were meeting friends who raved about the place. Therefore, we were looking forward to our first time to try some of the menu items. We arrived at 4:30 and were surprised that there was already a wait, but we went ahead and put our name in for a 45 minute wait. I received the text confirming that our name was on their list for a table. After 50 minutes, one of us went in to check in for an update. We were given the excuse about being short on staff and such. We completely understand that staff is not easy to find right now, so we were reasonable about the delay. After another 35 minutes, so 1:25 total wait time thus far, I went in and inquired again. I was told that food was taking forever to come out and that even if we were seated, we'd be waiting a long time for our food. We opted to give it a little longer. Finally after almost 2 hours, we gave up and went to Five Guys for a burger. As of the 10 PM closing time, WE WERE NEVER CONTACTED THAT A TABLE WAS AVAILABLE. Honestly, we are very understanding people during this time of difficulty finding staff. However, this was an extremely pathetic experience. It will be a very, very long time (if ever) before we even consider giving 110 Grill another chance. Basically, save yourself the trouble. Just go to Panera, Five Guys, Hot Table, or Joy Bowl. Even if the food at 110 Grill is amazing, it certainly isn't worth the excuses and bad service just to try to get a table. read more

I initially wrote to the company privately and received no response, which is unfortunate. We used to frequent 110 grill in Holyoke, MA and then Hadley when they opened the location. After being diagnosed with Celiac disease it's stressful to eat out anywhere and an allergy friendly restaurant was exactly what brought us in. Our experience in Hadley hasn't been great anytime we've gone there, but this most recent experience was the last straw. We were seated right next to the kitchen with our 2 small children. Within the first 3 minutes the female cook screamed f*ck twice. We then witnessed a female server say to the cook "I forgot to put a dairy allergy in for that order" the cook was upset because it would have been the third time making it, if she had to remake it. The server then told the cook "she's only lactose intolerant, so just give me that one because it won't kill her". The cook then gave the server the dairy covered dish to take to the poor lactose intolerant woman who was most likely going to have to rush out of the restaurant to spend her afternoon in the bathroom. Right after that happened, we watched the female manager say "these to-go kids burgers are supposed to be gluten free" "It's okay just switch the buns out, they'll be fine" So despite the burgers being contaminated by gluten, they proceeded to serve these burgers to children who ordered gluten free, likely due to an allergy. For a restaurant group that prides themselves on being allergy friendly, they should be ashamed at the actions of their employees at this location who obviously don't understand the health issues associated with food allergies. read more

AMAZING service and AMAZING food! We ran in to LL Bean for 1 quick item and decided to take in lunch as well. And from the moment we walked in to the front door until we were finished. An avid 110 customer. A loyalty member. Seek out 110s when traveling the state. I know it's covid. And grateful that restaurants are open so we can enjoy. But we got to the restaurant About 3:00. Only 3 other parties there. We sat and sat and sat. We could see the waitstaff congregating in be dining area. We were in the bar area. ( we were just at this restaurant 2 weeks ago). Finally the hostess went to get the server. That's was the first concern. 110 has it so you can see the kitchen. Lots of cooks. But only like 6-8 customers there. The chicken sandwich on special is presented burnt. Like how??? There are so few customers ... how are the cook staff inattentive to what's cooking?? No one is there?? I embarrassingly bring attention to the overcooked meal. But the other meatloaf meal...meatloaf was cold. Potatoes warm. But embarrassed that I complained my mate did not want to send his back. Anyway. Got another sandwich but but they charged for the whole bar tab. Poor poor poor customer service read more

Had a wonderful experiance with both the server, Ameera, and the food. The Ribeye was one of the best tender and superbly cooked steaks, even compred to high end Steakhouses. The decore and cleanliness is very professionally appointed and the staff is warm and inviting. They helped us to have a safe mini wedding celebration that was absolutely perfect, feeding 15 people with ease. It was so nice to have one thing go right in such a difficult time to get married. The 110 grill look nice from outside we went in and stood there for a long time . No one greeted us or said someone would be right there. Finally we got a booth and ordered. We were seated right next to the open kitchen and one hour meals were finally done they sat there under The heat lamps for way more than five minutes as for waitresses stood in the corner talking. Finally the bartender who was also our waitress at the booth came over and served us. She was very pleasant. As for the meals my wife ordered pulled pork and somehow it was very tough and chewy and french fries were supposed to come with the order and they never did.The service was slow so slow that the people next-door just walked out of the restaurant. There seem to be a manager there that really was not doing his job as he should've been observing people and keep things moving along. It was not busy when we were there. read more

We went for Dinner after shopping at LLBean. The staff was friendly and the ambiance was wonderful. The meal I ordered was a pesto chicken parm dish with salad and the meal was overcooked and tough. I couldn't even cut the chicken! Needless to say, I didn't eat my meal! The waiter never asked if we enjoyed our meal, just took the plates and presented the bill! I was disappointed . read more

Service was bad, waitresses eating and on their phones, counting tip money in the side room ... while your food is cold. then someone else must bring your cold food to your table. Want more water... go to the bar and get it yourself. Food is poor quality, small portions, super salty, no flavor, OVER PRICED processed crap. The presentation may look good... once you taste it... joke. I think most people go for the booze and to socialize, if that's what u want...okay, but if your looking for a decent meal, you'll be dissatisfied and find yourself in a surreal situation (did I actually pay $60.00 for this shit). Went for dinner on Veterans Day around 530, place was dead, I'd say less than 1/4 full with customers. Been before to the one at the Holyoke mall, food was really good. Walked in to the Hadley location, hostess said I'll be right back and walked away for a good 5 minutes, I can see her laughing with other servers thinking to myself "right back"?! Wife and I sat in a booth next to the kitchen, our waiter never stopped by our table, never asked if we want drinks or tell us that he'll be with us soon. Other people came in after us and were seated and began ordering before anyone came to check on us. We left after 20 minutes. 0 stars, and yes they are new but restaurants aren't, I'd hate to see how bad it gets when they are busy. read more

Food took 1 1/2 hours to arrive, then was cold. I ordered the chimichurri steak with brussels sprouts (an upcharge sidedish). The sprouts were rock hard, barely cooked and swimming in canola oil. The steak arrived cold but overcooked and dry (I ordered med-rare, the steak I got was well done). For a $30 dinner, that's disappointing. My daughter and I had previously dined at the 110 Grill in the Holyoke Mall and it was such a surprisingly delightful experience that we were truly excited when we saw that one was opening closer to home in Hadley. A couple weeks after it opened, we and a friend checked it out and couldn't have been happier! 3 different appetizers and entrees were attractively presented and excellently prepared. Every mouthful was a delicious treat. Besides the food itself, the experience was made more fun by being able to see the kitchen staff at work.
