Great joint - kids friendly and awesome service. Will definitely make this one of our "go to restaurants"

If I could give zero stars for customer service alone I would. This place looked very nice, and my husband and I couldn't wait to try it especially since Massachusetts recently resumed outdoor dining this week with Covid-19 restrictions. My husband called to possibly make a reservation for tonight (June 13) and the woman who answered the phone had such a terrible attitude. Before the question was even out of my husband's mouth, she cut him off with, "We're NOT taking ANYMORE reservations tonight!" I rarely write reviews, but customer service is extraordinarily important. I am a registered nurse, and I get it: people are stressed out right now, but you need to treat people with respect, and that was totally unacceptable. We will not be dining at 110 Grill in the future. read more

Service was excellent. However, when the manager asks you what you thought about the food they really don't want to know what you thought about the food. If your food is sub par don't explain to me why it's sub par, tell me what you are going to do to fix it. I ordered the pulled pork mac and cheese. Pulled pork was bland (they need a smoker) and the mac and cheese was lacking cheese. High top tables are not my favorite and they have a lot of them. read more

Went to pick up food in the afternoon and looked over at the woman in the open kitchen. She was literally cleaning her nails and throwing the debris on the area where she prepares our food. We made eye contact and that did not deter her, as she continued cleaning out her nails where she prepares our food. I was the only customer at the 110, as I was waiting for the Hostess. A woman arrived at the Host desk, then the woman who had been cleaning out her nails where she prepares our food immediately stopped with this disgusting behavior. I explained to the Hostess or perhaps she may have a manager that I used to work in the hospitality industry and what I just observed with the female cook cleaning her nails and throwing the dirt from the nails where she prepares the food is absolutely disgusting. This woman who I had just explained this to did not seem to care that this was going on. I walked out of the 110 and will never go back there. I would not trust every single one of the positive reviews. If you want peace of mind, it's best to make the food at home. read more

Food is good, drinks were great (though both were a little pricey)! Bar tender was very nice and joked around along with my group. Service was slow but the restaurant was very busy and the bar tender being personable made up for the wait. read more

The atmosphere is very nice everything is clean and new. The waitress was great. The meatloaf and butter was extremely salty. Way too salty. Burger and fries were great. Grilled cheese and tomato soup was excellent. Drinks are great. Menu is interesting , A little on the expensive side. We'll come back. read more

I went to the 110 grill for the first time last night . I asked the waitress about how spicy is the Chimachurri Steak? I normally don't like spicy? The waitress was so nice she recommended it. I ordered it and loved it.! I'm a fan... also the waitress was the best! We were talking and she was so patient kept coming back to ask if we were ready to order. Ate at the bar and John and Jn were great. Great service and kept me entertained as a solo diner. Had the bang, bang shrimp which was wonderful. Slight heat and well prepared. Based on Jen recommendation, I ordered the onion strings with it. Wow is all I can say. It was a great combination. Will stop back next time I am in the area for sure. read more

Went on Easter and had the worst service. First of all we had a reservation was there early. They sat us and a server didn't come near us for a good 7 minutes. She took a drink order and returned only to tell us she no longer would be serving us someone else would. Then we didn't see another server for 10 minutes. New server takes our order recommends a dish and tells us if I don't like it she would get something else if I don't like it. Two minutes later we are passed off to another server. Just ridiculous practice on one table especially when all servers that have passed the table are still working haven't left but are in different stations. Again poor restaurant practice and service to pass a table off this many tables. Way to insure this table has awful service. Then to be passed along again for our dessert order which took another 45 minutes to come out. It was the s'mores flatbread. After forty five minutes you would think the marshmallows would be melted and toasted nope cold and hard. Just a complete awful experience and would never go back. When all this was addressed with the manager it seemed as if she could have cared less about any of it. read more

Leian took excellent care of us! We loved the pepperoni flatbread. The butternut squash soup is like Thanksgiving in a bowl ... SO GOOD! Caesar salad was amazing. Insane amount of short rib in the short rib risotto. Fabulous vegetarian options ( I enjoyed the vegetable stir fry.) Very flexible with respect to dietary preferences and restrictions. Highly recommend. Would return. read more

We've been to the 110 in Marlboro 3 times and the third time is definitely not the charm!!! I had a beet salad with grilled shrimp. The salad should be called 'Arugula salad with a taste of beets'. There were hardly any beets. The shrimp tasted fishy . My husbands coffee was like mud!!! Would definitely not go back! And to top it off the service was slow. read more

My daughter and I enjoyed a fantastic dinner together at 110 Grill this past Saturday evening. The lobster roll was completely perfect. The venue is inviting and comfortable. What stands out even more than the fresh ingredients, lovely presentation and delicious food is the SERVICE. It was so noticeably differentiated that I texted my husband to say "I have never experienced such service". Leian and Barb S tag teamed and anticipated our needs with flexibility (e.g. serving dessert at the fire-pit without skipping a beat when we left our table). I get so little time with my daughter who is now in college and this evening is now a treasured memory. Go check them out. read more

This is by far one of my least favorite restaurants. Our food took nearly an hour to get to our table, and when it came, it was not what was expected. The food had flavor combination that did not go and was not cooked right. DO NOT GO! warning, if you do go, you should not go. read more

When calling to make a reservation the host who answered was not friendly at all. Upon arrival we were told they didn't not have a table ready for us at the moment. . .not a problem. But we waited until about 7pm to be seated. The hostess proceeded to tell me she couldn't do anything about it people were not getting up. I've worked in restaurants for over 10 years and she clearly has no idea how to manage a host stand. Not once did she come over to assure us a table will be ready shortly or apologize for the lengthy wait, when asking how much longer she was unpleasant and unapologetic. Not for nothing having a person like that as the first face and last face you see in a business is not ideal. In hopes they can improve this flaw. read more

Service is great but the food is never consistent. I've been to multiple locations and find that the consistency is off. The Marlboro location has amazing service and I find the food to be most consistent. The Fall River and Hudson location food is subpar and not consistent. read more

Decided to give this place a try before pulling out of town. WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!!! The atmosphere was very relaxed, and the service was tremendous. The hostess and waitress were both very friendly and helpful. Felt at home and not rushed at all. The menu is catchy with the choose of group names. (Off the hook; seafood, between the bread; burgers, till the last drop; mixed drinks etc). The place was pretty busy yet not loud at all. The food... are there even words to describe the delicious symphony of the taste buds?!? Rare chilled tuna appetizer, blackened swordfish with Broccoli and Asian noodle salad finished off with a gluten free chocolate cake left me felling satisfied yet not bloated. I was scared that the gluten free cake would be dry, boys was I wrong. Moist, warm and delicious. The swordfish was cooked to perfection. Even the broccoli was cooked perfectly. Not mushy at all. Will definitely be back and highly recommend the 110 grill. She is a tad pricy though but a small sacrifice to reap the benefits of having wicked good dinnah!!!!!!' read more

Was out to dinner with my parents at th 110 Grill tonight. We sat in the lounge and Mike took care of us. I had the Cucumber Avacado Tuna for dinner, what a cool looking dish! Mike recommended I try the local Startline Hopload IPA on draft. It was a great beer to go with my meal. Mike was fantastic, he will take great care of you. read more

Our bartender Jax was amazing! We have had awful experiences at another 110 grill and this definitely changed our minds on the restaurant name as a whole. She came up to us right away, took our drink orders, made us laugh and was all together quick and awesome with service. Best costumer service experience. My daughter and I got burgers that were too rare and they were redone and the manager took everything off the bill. Over and above expectations! Also a free dessert. Great experience! Went here for the first time with a friend who's new to the area. We were seated outside at a table near the fire pit. The food was delicious. But even better was the staff. I stopped into the Marlborough location. I really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere. Food as freshly prepared in view of many customers and was fantastic. I enjoyed their home made Tomato soup as an appetizer. My waiter was Dave, he did a great job. Stop in, You will be glad you did. read more
