I've never left a yelp review....We are out on a Saturday night Pre-celebrating Valentines Day.... for $28 I ordered the Pomegranate Rack of Lamb special. Rack of Lamb my butt... I was served two 1.25 inch lamb chops... Nicki the waitress came over and asked how was our food... I said great but I'm missing 6 (six) lamb chops ( I did order a whole Rack of Lamb... right?) Nicki scooted off and the Manager "BOB" came to our table and asked the same question as Nicki... I responded exactly the same. His response was " How does it taste?" ... I said "great" but I'm missing 6 ribs...." he said "but it tastes great" and then walked away? So are we to assume if they were to deliver a whole rack it would have to taste like crap for $28...????? How condescending.... the menu should have said TWO LAMB CHOPS...and NOT "Rack of Lamb"... hence a 1-star rating read more

We love that there is a gluten free menu. It's so hard to go out to eat with a family member who can't have gluten and this is helpful. I definitely got food positioning them last time we went there though....so That has prevented us from coming back. read more

My first time here I was blown away. Best steak tips I ever fucking had in my life. I don't live in the state, and we don't have a 110 where I live so I HAD to come back....I'm sorry that I did. I do have to be somewhat understanding the fact that outside dinning is an only option right now but give me a fucking break. I made dinner reservations for 2 people on Monday. Thursday I called to add one more and whoever answered the phone said okay no problem 3 for Saturday at 5:15. I said Okay perfect.... We checked in at 5. The host (cute blonde girl) was not nice. She's like actually the reservations for two. My mother chimes in "actually we changed that Thursday to 3". The host didn't respond and rolled her eyes and walked inside with out saying anything. She grabbed a high top table and put it in the parking lot. Yes, there were other tables out there there but come the fuck On. I made my reservations 6 days prior!!!! So now we have two women in their 60 and 70s, at high tops that are unstable and in a parking lot with the hot sun beating down on us. Might I add, I haven't seen my mother or auntie in years and figured this would be the perfect place to meet again! We asked to move but the host unfortunately told our server no even though a nice low top table in the shaded patio was open our entire visit. My expectations of food were high, as I raved about this place before only a few years back. The shrimp appetizer was really good. Hot in temperature and great flavor. My auntie and I ordered the steak tips and my mother ordered the meat loaf. Our server didn't drop our food. Whoever did dropped it and ran. First glance there was a huge black hair intertwined in my tips..... gross me the fuck out. My moms food was ice cold. My aunt didn't want to bitch but she wasn't stoked. My moms food was microwaved and brought back out. I couldn't bring my appetite to order anything else. I drank my dinner. The martinis were yummy. Summer, our server was sweet. Fantastic. We prob wouldn't have ordered shrimp if she didn't mention it. I felt bad for being so irritated but I haven't been out to eat since early March and was really banking on family time, atmosphere and good food. We were roasting in the parking lot just to be rained out by the end of our stay because they don't have tents or umbrellas for their parking lot patrons. You have two entrees sent back and a manager can't even visit the table? Luckily, Summer was sweet and was apologetic but like that's not okay dude..... and I hate writing reviews like this because I am a restaurant manager too but that's just unacceptable. I didn't even want free shit. I wanted to not be at a high top in the summer sun I'd say make a reservation but even if you do it won't fucking matter. You'll be sitting in the hotels parking lot next door working on your tan. read more

Had drinks & dinner here with my boyfriend on a Friday night and I don't have one single complaint. The service was great. She was timely & attentive. I got the steak tips and he got the NY strip. We also got the bistro wings app with the maple BBQ glaze which was fantastic. All 3 dishes were cooked to perfection. They also have a great espresso martini (which I had 3 of) We were extremely impressed with our experience. From the service, food, and atmosphere it was all around a 10/10 experience. Fish Burger was soggy as though the patty was thawed from a bulk buy wholesale store. The patty was not cooked through properly either. The salad veggies were wilted also. The Swordfish fillet was dry. Very poor quality and overall value for the price. What cost $55 was not worth more then $20. First time - last time. read more

We have been coming to 110 for many years and we always sit at the bar because the bar staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They make us feel like family. The bar is well appointed and the bartenders are very knowledgeable about making what ever concoction you could want. The food is great, the atmosphere is fun, the management is attentive. The 110 Grill is set nestled just outside of the hustle and bustle of Amherst Street, so initially this gives it more of a "cozy" feel. That being said, it has a very glamorous appeal from the outside, and once inside this sleek/ posh appeal continues. Only the acoustics seem lousy, hence when it gets really packed, you'll know it... immediately. My friend ordered the firecracker shrimp prior to my arrival. When I arrived there were three left on the plate. As I was sitting down at the bar, the bartender told me to help myself to my friends remaining shrimp? Odd. What if she wanted to finish it. I said nothing. It gets weirder. The bartender apparently told my friend that his hands were shaking because he had a liquid lunch that day. I'm not sure what that means but somewhat of a deep share with customers. After reading some of these reviews, it seems as though you need to revisit some of your hiring techniques. The food. The food was actually excellent. Everything was seasoned wonderfully, my chicken was perfect, not dry and lightly fried. The firecracker shrimp were delicious with a sweet and sour dipping sauce. The cocktail, a pearberry martini, absolutely delicious! Pear juice, blackberry simple syrup and vodka (normally comes with tequila). The prices were reasonable I thought, two entrees, five cocktails and and an appetizer, just barely over $100 with tip. Not bad. Overall I was fairly pleased with the restaurant. I will definitely be back for a visit because the food and drinks were amazing. Hopefully you can do something about the noise issue and the waitstaff being more professionally trained. We've been to 110 Grill a few times in different locations. Last night we ate at the Nashua location and with high reviews, I decided to try the steak salad. You'd think it'd be pretty straightforward but unfortunately, the steak was overcooked. Another party at our table ordered steak and complained about the same - overcooked. Service was good, we had Jean but the bread we ordered, didn't come until after we were done eating. No reflection on our server, bread bakes at its own speed. Would we go there again? Not in any hurry to do so as it's always crowded at that location and difficult to find a place to park. Wouldn't normally mind dealing with that, except the food last night was not the best. read more

The food was good. We loved the outdoor fireplace. Our Server Mark was very rude to us on more than one occasion. We will not be returning. The evening started with all of us catching up after not seeing each other for a long time so we weren't ready quick enough for Mark's liking. Then while giving our order, the restaurant was loud and he didn't hear one member of our party give their order and basically said 'I can't here you' rather gruffly instead of simply moving to the other side of the table or just saying, sorry, I didn't get that. Whenever we needed something it seemed to be a bother. When bringing our food if we weren't looking up, he would shove the plate at us. At the end he actually was rude to our party regarding the check and made a big show of rolling his eyes. He returned our chargecards and we never saw him again even though we stayed a little while longer to visit. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere for coffee. If this type of behavior is considered acceptable by the restaurant, they won't be around much longer. I find it hard to believe they got a good rating by the Phantom Gourmet. read more

A few friends and I decided to stop into this location last night on our way home to Massachusetts. We were sitting at the bar next to a couple young girls who were quietly talking amongst themselves. I was literally right next to one of them and I could here her talking about the state of affairs in the country today. It wasn't so quiet in the bar so you couldn't hear the conversations that were going on unless you were sitting with each party. I noticed the bartender was staring at the women and I, He came over to the women and told them that someone complained about them being too loud and asked them to leave. I couldn't believe it. These woman were the quietest people there. The bartender apparently didn't like the conversation and instead of doing his job he took it upon himself to throw these women out. I'm very disappointed and disgusted at the level of unprofessionalism shown at this location. I will be writing a letter to the cooperate office. read more

Its our first time to dine here & we were very satisfied with what we've ordered. I got the Super Tasty Pappardelle Bolognese. Pasta was cooked just right. My hubby got the Fish n Chips. Okay. I have been here several times since it opened. I'm not here every week or anything remotely close to that, but I was overdue to make a review... and that was very clear to me after the absolutely stellar experience we had this past Friday night. We were there for a belated anniversary dinner. I like the ambiance inside the restaurant already, but was a bit disappointed that I couldn't get a booth. That said, I walked in with no reservation on a Friday night and still managed to get a sweet high top off the bar area, in the corner so it was still semi private, with a great view. Even better, we got Megan as a server. Who made me laugh more than any server in recent memory. And since I was a server for many years, I appreciate the hell out of this. She was efficient, gave great advice on the menu when I was torn between a few items, and friendly and I would go back and sit in her section. You probably want to ask if she's working next time you go- she's that good. I will also note that I saw a manager several times on the floor while we were there- which I love, because it tells me he is supporting the staff. I believe his name was Bob (but I might be mistaken. I did have two sangrias pretty quickly). Food wise: We started off with the pretzels. And they were awesome. One complaint: we ran out of the damn cheese sauce too fast. I would increase that portion by about 50%...but we "suffered" through. ;) My husband ended up with the summer seasonal salad and added grilled chicken and it was fantastic. Every time we have been to this location, one or both of us gets either an appetizer or main salad and we have NEVER been disappointed. I was torn between the blackened swordfish and the greek salmon entree and ended up with the swordfish. It was freaking delicious. I rarely can see my reflection in the plate when i'm done but I cleaned the hell out of this one. For dessert, we went a bit non traditional and had a gluten free option (although we adore gluten in all its forms): a chocolate cake with berries. I would never have known it was gluten free unless they told me. We cleaned that plate too! The bar: We both had some of the sangria on special. I was nervous as grapefruit juice was an ingredient, but it was not a prominent one and I was happy with my choice. One annoying part: the damn muddled berries kept getting stuck in my straw. First world problems, I know. But still. Serve it with a bigger straw, please. All in all: a wonderful dinner for a special occasion, lots of laughs, great service and a fantastic meal. You should absolutely try this place if you haven't- I don't think you'll regret it. read more

I went to grill 110 on 11/14/2020 at 9 PM. There was nobody there. I ordered two steak tip dinners, cooked well done. They showed up all bloody. The food was gross there were no utensils included, and cost me over 50 bucks. I called and spoke with the manager Christine she apologized but they did nothing shouldn't have to replace the meal she can offer a discount nothing. I like to read through complaints before writing my own review so that I can hopefully touch on them. I have always enjoyed this location, since it opened. I like the atmosphere, the food, the drinks. It has certainly become busier over times (great for them) but I can always depend on the quality of food and service. I've been all over the world and eaten at all types of restaurants. If you're a foodie, you can understand that you don't ask the waitress what their favorite meal is on the menu. Everyone is very different and she doesn't know anything about you aside from the shirt you are wearing. Most people might review a menu before selecting a place to eat. The last few times I have been to this location, Kelly H has been our server. She is amazing, clear communication, checks in the perfect amount of times, friendly, and is patient. If you make sure to let the server know as you're sitting down that you aren't in a rush and you will most likely be there a while, you will not be rushed out. I've had salads, fish, meat, appetizers, and drinks here. I've loved it all. I have a gluten allergy and a severe tomato allergy. I've never had any issues eating here (I am responsible and let them know of the severity of the allergy). They have so many gluten free options and the food always tastes fresh. The prices haven't changed over the years. Again, you could also look the menu/pricing up before choosing a place to eat. We have been to this location on a regular basis for many years. Recently we have noticed that the quality of the food has gone down hill. A couple of examples would be, we ordered cheeseburgers medium well. They both arrived almost burnt on the outside and raw inside. Another example is we ordered the spinach dip which is normally really good, this time it tasted like it was made a few days a go. In both instances we ended up sending the food back. I understand everyone can have an off day, but this has been a consistent down hill trend at this location. read more

The others had a shrimp dish and Buffalo Chicken flat bread which They liked. They have a good beer selection and the cocktails were excellent. Came on a Saturday evening - no wait, were seated promptly. It was a bit of a wait for our waitress Brenda, but she was pleasant when she got there. Drinks did not arrive very quickly. After our order, salads came out and the food followed later at an acceptable pace. Some of the entrees were pretty pricey and I wasn't that hungry, so I ordered the 110 classic burger, but it came with just the patty and buns, and a pickle on the side. I got Brenda's attention, and she brought out a platter of lettuce, onion, and tomato, along with mustard and ketchup I requested. The angus beef was excellent. The brioche bun was also tasty, but it didn't hang in there towards the end of the burger: started to sog up and disintegrate. Fries were good, not that many though. My wife had the chicken pesto pasta. Pretty tasty, and appreciable amount. Just a little thin on artichoke hearts: 3 in the entire bowl. The 110 Grill is a pretty good place to eat, but it's a bit pricey for what is actually delivered in food and service. read more

She was so attentive - we were never waiting for drink replacements and so nice, going above and beyond, asking all of her fellow servers to help us find a source for firewood. We have been fans of the 110 Grille in Holyoke, MA for years. Well, saying our dining experience on 8/12/22 was disappointing would be an understatement. The wait staff was great, but the food was so bland and my shrimp was completely over cooked. Our daughter kept adding salt and pepper to her spaghetti so that it has some flavor. Awesome! Finally a really nice Gluten Free menu for the Celiac crowd. They pretty much can do almost all the menu GF, and it was delicious! My son is Celiac and I have high sensitivity, and we were both pleased: he had the standard burger and fries; I had the chicken caprese and brussel sprouts, (and yes the fries were fried separately to avoid cross contamination). We also saw a head team member double check before sending them out to make sure the allergy standards were kept, (really comforting to see). All in all a lovely dinner. And if you go, ask for Tim to be your waiter if he's around: he was helpful & informative about the menu. sweet to our little one Delilah (who was with the group) and spot on when we needed anything. Took my family here, and was told there was a 25-30 minute wait. We waited 55 minutes and called in to ask when we'd be able to eat and were told another 10-15 minutes. We drove 30 minutes to the restaurant and did not even eat. Very limited parking and a clear lack of competency. Terrible experience, would not recommend. read more

I used to love coming here, but last came to celebrate a friends birthday. We called days ahead because we had a large group, and when we arrived on the day of our reservation, they hadn't prepared at all so we waited 20+ minutes for them to put tables together for us. After being sat, our waitress made it clear in her attitude and the way she spoke to us that she was annoyed she had been assigned to wait on us. While we were all patient and understanding of her having to wait on a large group, her annoyance quickly became a bit of a let down in us going out to celebrate our friend on her birthday. read more

Came to Nashua the same day as game 7 Stanley cup. This place was definitely a popular place to come watch the game. Luckily my coworkers and I were able to grab a spot at the bar. Bar was clean and had a great list of local beers as well as cocktails. Their food was also good- not just bar food but a good mix of nice dinner items. My Brussel sprouts were a bit salty and when the food came it was already cold. But I would say it was because of the amount of people that were there. read more
