    La Isla Bonita

My wife and I visit Erin's a few times a year whenever we're in town for the Walkway, and the food, service, and atmosphere never disappoint. The La Isla Bonita is absolutely fantastic--I haven't found another place that comes close to a sandwich like that. The service is also top-notch; the staff really knows the menu, and they're consistently efficient and personable. It's a great spot whether I'm stopping by on a whim for a solo lunch or with my wife and our dog along for a day out. Highly recommend!

I don't think you can beat how friendly everyone is at Erin's. We have been here two times, and we love the vibe, the people, and (of course) the drinks and food! Before our first visit, we called to make sure there were vegetarian options, and they not only had options, but also sent us the list via text, including the dishes that could be made vegetarian. Such a nice touch. Our first time there, we had broccoli nuggets that were so different and great. I also tried the Walton Street Riggies, which hit the spot perfectly; it was exactly what I wanted that night! The 'Passion Berry' Sangria was the absolute perfect drink for a summer night. On our second visit, we ordered the 'Shrooms Rockefeller, which were incredible. For an entree, I tried Otto's Orange Tofu, which had a strong, sweet, and sour flavor, and I didn't love it as much as I loved the pasta. For an entree, I tried Otto's Orange Tofu, which had a strong sweet and sour flavor, and I didn't love it as much as I loved the pasta. We decided to have some dessert, and although we were looking forward to trying the ice cream sandwiches (with different flavors every week), our waiter described the Sweetheart Shortcake with such passion that we ordered both, and I am so glad we did! They were incredible!!!!!

    Huge sandwich!

1st time here, definitely not the last. It was clean, the staff were wonderful, and the food was OUTSTANDING. They pour a good drink. The smallish bar was enticing - I'd like to go back for a happy hour or something, but we were there for lunch. I had the poutine- it was really unique and tasty with flavors I haven't experienced before. So good! Wifey had athe turkey sandwiche special w/Cole slaw. She said it was delicious and loved the cole slaw extra. The sandwich was HUGE! all in all it was a really great experience and we both can't wait to go back. I have to really highlight the service - the bartender that sat us was as sweet as pie and the server was unbelievably friendly! Food came out quick and there are 0 complaints...can't wait to sit outside when the weather cools...

Very good meal at Erin O'Neill's. I'm looking forward to coming back as a regular spot to visit.

Great views of the Walking Bridge over the Hudson is what drew me to this restaurant when visiting Poughkeepsie. Luckily the food was really good too! Everyone enjoyed their meals. Plus my little dog found a new friend to play with on the outdoor patio. Service was good as well.

Our server was very attentive. He kept moving around by his tables keeping track. We had the half rack of dr pepper bbq ribs as an appetizer (Omg) I have the Galetic Steak Platter and my husband had the Sunrise Salmon special. Everything was very delicious. On our list to go again.

    Yum!

This place was wonderful. Vibe very fun and all patrons having a great time . Loved hearing all the laughing and everybody enjoying themselves . Duck wontons were best wonton I have ever eaten. It tasted like they just stuffed them and made them . So fresh. Bangers were delicious and wanted more even though big portions . Service were on point . Waiter was very pleasant . Cannot wait to go back and try more of the menu .

First visit in and you could tell that Erin O'Neills is a type of place you'll return and they're used to seeing a lot of the same faces. Great atmosphere and service. Started with the poutine; it was flavorful but wished the curds were melted more. The grilled cheese combined with pork belly was grilled to perfection and 5 s for the french fries. Most beers available are by the can. They also have a really nice patio and view of the waterfront.

    Great specials

Friday night dinner was delicious. Great specials. Crab rangoon stuffing on top of salmon & rice! Two salmon cakes appetizer. Mike, our server & infamous Cindy bartender! Great night.

Pleasant surprise for a Pub & Grill! My husband had the "Cowgirl" steak and I had the 5-spice orange chicken with basmati rice. Delicious! Service is great, servers are friendly and knowledgeable. The place is clean and welcoming.

Traditional Irish fare plus Oktoberfest specials. Lots of good draught beer offerings. Good pricing, easy on street parking a bonus.

We ordered that every time we have eaten here in the past. Weird burger combos were noted. I asked about a burger with gorgonzola cheese - instead of the feta cheese that came on one of the burgers. I was told no - they don't have any. Their other restaurant right next door makes a gorgonzola burger. They are always going back and forth to get stuff - why couldn't they just say yes, and grab a bit of gorgonzola from next door? Note that this was around 5:00 pm and there was just one other table occupied, and two people at the bar who were leaving. I wanted a burger, but didn't like any of the weird choices, so I got a Reuben sandwich. The fries were good, but for $17, I would have hoped the corned beef would be good as well. It wasn't very moist or fresh - in fact there were weird brown areas on the meat. I chalked it up to a bad choice. My partner ordered the Philly steak sandwich on a baguette. He has had the French dip sandwich there in the past and liked it. Unfortunately it was no longer on the menu, so he ordered the closest thing. He said he would not order it again, and that says a lot. I tasted it - and it was just not very good. Sorry to say but it is unlikely we will be back.
