Staff and ambiance was great. Food was awful. Fried pickles were so salty. Then we ordered an entree each. My girlfriend ordered a beyond burger which was honestly the most disgusting thing ever. They ended up taking it off the bill . Then I had a buffalo sandwich which was suppose to come on a ciabatta roll. It came out on white bread and wasn't really that good . The food and service has gone down hill since they first opened (which really wasn't that long ago...). And, they now charge a fee for TO GO orders. At a time when patrons may not still feel comfortable going out to eat but still want to support local business. Kind of absurd if you ask me. Restaurants are begging for business and yet 110 Grill chooses to charge an additional fee for to go orders specifically? In theory you could sit down, order food, take one bite, and ask for a box to go. What's the difference? Come on now. read more

Second time eating here and ordered the same exact meal, came out wrong both times. Niece had the pulled pork sandwich and it reeked like fish. Server apologized and another server (not ours) mentioned that another customer had complained of the same issue earlier in the week. I wanted to like this place but it falls short. Worst attitude on a "manager" I have ever seen. Walked in with a table of 8, hostess was pleasant and went to set up a table. Mind you, they had just sat a table of 6 30 seconds prior. The manager then comes over to the host with a nasty attitude complaining that we do not have a reservation. Then with the same nasty attitude tells us we have to wait. After we saw the table set up!! The restaurant was NOT busy and there was ample table space available. Plus, the restaurant is inside a mall, who makes a reservation for a restaurant in the mall?! I want to give this place 5 stars but I cannot . I was so Excited to visit after seeing they have a full menu dedicated to gluten free (Thats not easy to come by) The Hostess asked right from the door if I wanted a gluten free menu which i Appreciated. I ordered buffalo chicken wings and the turkey burger served on a gluten free bun, a Side of Brussels and I had an omissions bottled gluten free beer. The service was great. Sal the waiter was super attentive. However about 15-20 min after eating there I knew I had ingested some form of gluten. My stomach looks as if I'm about 8 months pregnant right now when I normally have a flat stomach. Just a reaction I have when I eat gluten. The place was clean. The place was pretty empty. I do wish they would have spread the tables out. All the tables that had patrons were in one section. So we pretty much were within arms reach of the next table which isn't the most optimal with covid. Especially when you have the space to spread everyone out. Not to mention our waiter although great- greeted us by saying he was sick and under the weather today so forgive him. Pretty nice atmosphere and the food is good. Could use a bit more variety. A bit pricey for a mall restaurant but overall good. Wine selection is ok and carry most popular brands. The beer selection is pretty good 30+ on tap plus can and bottle. I would like to suggest expanding the appetizer menu and offer a variety of small plates. Staff is polite and attentive. I usually come in for lunch and it's pretty quiet and always had a good experience. I don't know what the dinner time is like but I can't see it being too busy since it's in a mall. Ouch! What a mistake to go there. Some of the worse food we have ever had. The calamari was heavy breaded heavy and salted, forget the peppers awful. Fish and chips was just warm and without any crunch. The fish tacos were mushy, disgusting and lacked crunch. Everything was way over salted. One in our party said "I will never eat there again". Drinks okay, as with the chicken wings. It is a shame because the decor is lively and fun. read more

We went here for lunch. It was not overly crowded which was nice but we were seated right by the door. When we said something about it she seemed very thrown off and didn't know what to do. Mind you there was plenty of other booths. The service was extremely slow and the food for the price was definitely not worth it. Very disappointed. read more

I got the steak and cheese sandwich, it was delicious. We also shared the peanut butter colossal dessert. Service was pretty good! Taking off a star because the seating is a little awkward since it so open. The people in the mall and pretty much walking right next to you while you eat. It is also a little pricey. This place was absolutely grimy and disgusting. Not only did it take over 30 to 40 minutes for us to get water let alone 15+ minutes for someone to hand us a menu, a man came over and said he was a chef 10 minutes later as I'm ready to complain about hair in my food, greasy plates and still not receiving our drink orders which was just water and a coffee the man came over who said he was a chef was now the manager. They said the food was made from scratch in house then as my table went on to express some food allergies it went from in-house to them saying it's premade and packaged. Then amongst all I just wanted a coffee, I asked if they had a certain type of skim milk or almond just anything that might be easy on my stomach, the waitress proceeded to tell me she would go check the common area where her and her coworkers store their food , that she believed somebody in the back had skim milk. I appreciated the gesture but amidst a pandemic truthfully I don't want someone's outside dairy products. The atmosphere was the only thing that caught our eye, the prices were atrocious for the premade cholesterol driven food and greasy utensils. 10/10 I would rather eat a bag of flaming hot Cheetos and shit myself from that than eat from this place. And mind you the manager offered to give us our food for free and also an discount for next time...... We turned down the disgusting display of food and discount and assured him that that was more than enough time spent in his restaurant to know that we wouldn't appreciate coming back. Did I mention that it wasn't busy AND they broke plates at least every few minutes, so that beautiful atmosphere went straight out the barrier that they have separating you from the rest of the mall. Sat in a table outside, it was covered in pollen, had to clean it myself as the waitress gave us our drinks without cleaning it. I ordered a Turkey burger with a side salad with balsamic vinaigrette. When the food came out I was given broccoli. Asked the runner to get my salad. We had no silverware, my husband had to get up to get some from the host, and asked him again about my salad. I started to eat the burger which was beef NOT Turkey, but was hungry and STILL waiting for my salad! Finally the salad came out, the waitress sat it down and walked away. The dressing was balsamic GLAZE not vinaigrette! Who serves glaze with a salad. Finally got her attention and asked her to bring vinaigrette and she brings me oil and vinegar....ugh so frustrating so I dumped some vinegar on my salad (that had some wilted lettuce) ate it and got the check.
