The waitstaff and hostess are crooks from the wrong side of town. Stole my pocketbook and everything in it. Tried to order off of Amazon but are too ignorant to realize all my stuff has been blocked. This was our first time here. I have seen it and thought about going, but just hadn't. But oh my! We sat at the bar and our bartender JT was awesome! Gotta love the authentic New England hospitality! He was very welcoming and informative! We started with a beer each and the Shrimp Tampura with the Sweet Chili Sauce. Amazing! They were nice and crispy, the shrimp weren't over done and the sauce was the perfect sweetness to compliment the shrimp! My husband order the Steak Tips medrare with Mashers and Onion Strings, and I ordered a Cheese Burger med with bacon and some fries. All of the items with both dishes were perfect! His tips were perfectly medrare and my burger was perfectly med! About half way though our entrees, we ordered another round of beverages. My husband switched to the Deadguy and I went for the gusto and got the Cucumber Melon Martini... Now, I have worked in the industry for several years, almost 10 of those years were spent bar tending. So let me tell you, this martini was AMAZING!!! The perfect amount of sweetest while still keeping intact the melon and cucumber flavors! My husband is a head chef at a well known restaurant in Portsmouth and he didn't have a singe bad word to say! Well done 110!!! We had great service, with great food and great drinks! As far as the feel of the place itself, being new, I was very impressed with the oval shaped bar, the various sections of types of dining and the fact that the kitchen was open concept. Another outstanding meal at 110 Grill. Portions are on point and food is well prepared and taste delicious. Everyone was friendly and outgoing without being overbearing. Morgan our waitress was terrific and it's nice to see management jumping in to help and make sure things are going well. Cleanliness was impressive as well. We really want to like this restaurant but seem to suffer each time we come. Beer selection is pretty good and it's close so we try but it disappoints. Tonight I ordered a burger on a slow night thinking no problems. I was wrong. After 40 minutes and watching people eat who arrived after my husband and I ordered, we called it quits. This was the second time we experienced this type of service in our last two visits. Just can't continue paying to be frustrated by a poorly managed staff. A must try place! Some say a little pricy but trust me a dolar or two more for a plate is worth it.Made freash and cater to food allergies. Food is awesome,ate hear several times now.Service can be slow and lacking on some days but the food and atmosphere are wounderful.We had tried many dishes and had no complaints.We had some real fun hear as well with the staff.We ask how a salad we had seen on the kitchen bar was and the guy grabbed the dish and said try it.Well that worked,we ordered it. When you work in a restaurant you get a little picky to where you go out to eat. But yesterday's lunch at the 110 Grill was OUTSTANDING! Everything about the restaurant is amazing. The building itself is very clean and sets a great vibe. Our waitress Linda was impeccable. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. AWESOME SERVICE! She had the bartender whip up a spicy margarita and it was perfect! (Not even on the menu, but they made it happen.. and it was one of the best ones I've had. Yes, I am very particular when it comes to margaritas) My food was DELICIOUS. I had the chicken cordon bleu sandwich and my bf had the steak and cheese YUM! Wished we saved room for desserts. Ok lunch today Shrimp caesar salad was excellent in taste and flavor but skimpy on shrimp and salad. Ordered a ginger martini received something that tasted like a lemon drop.... not the ginger martini i had a week ago, ordered a poinsettia to replace and prosecco was flat. :-( kind of a disappointing lunch when treating self for birthday. read more

Went here for the first time the other night, for my birthday actually. Not bad... atmosphere is cool - open concept, you can watch the busy kitchen. We were seated right in front of said busy kitchen, which was a little too busy in that while trying to enjoy dinner you have the staff talking loudly to each other, the hustle and bustle of servers flying past each other and the high top booths, managers raising their voices about things needed faster, etc. Not a big deal, but I think I'd request being seated elsewhere next time. Our waitress was pleasant and efficient. We ordered the fried pickles as an appetizer for 4 people. What came out was a teeny little basket that maybe held 10 pickles...for 4 people. Sure I don't wanna spoil my dinner with fried pickles, but 2-ish pickles per person hardly is worth the $7. The pickles were good though, lightly fried, & the sriracha aioli was yummy. I had the Spinach flatbread for a meal - it was ok. Was actually better cold the next day. My bf had the pepperoni flatbread & said it was "ok". We a side of onion strings, which were decent, but way too many. I should've just had one from my friend's steak plate. The side portion of the onion strings should've been for the pickles! Lol Drinks were good. I had a Banana Nut martini & my bf had the Apple Cider Sangria. Overall, decent experience. We'll be back for drinks & apps! read more

I've been here a couple times when I come home for the holidays. The staff is very friendly and the service was outstanding. I ordered the meatloaf. Everything BUT the meatloaf was really good. I'm assuming it was a fluke. Over cooked and dry. I didn't raise a fuss, just communicated to the manager so she could share with the kitchen. She took it off my bill. My folks really love the pork loin. Appearently Thursdays they have live music. Not something I like because you can't talk. The singer was really good tho. read more

Between the low lights and and soft, yet upbeat music, the ambiance was very agreeable with the dining style and atmosphere. The appetizers and bread were fantastic alongside the garlic herb butter. After passing this restaurant many times, a friend and I decided to grab lunch finally. The spinach dip was good, but it went downhill quick. The steak salad my friend ordered looked more like a soup, considering all the dressing poured on it. After being sent back, it returned with raw steak. The steak and cheese sub I had was below average, I didn't even eat half. Our waitress was accommodating, but service doesn't make up for bad food. Rochester currently has a renaissance for restaurants. Revolution, La Corona and 110 Grill are leading the way. We visited 110 Grill over Labor Day weekend and Marlo was our server. The outside tables were full and there was music (cool vibe) . We had great BBQ nachos as an appetizer and the Adult iced coffee was awesome. Marlo was wicked cool! Not our first trip to a 110 Grill. Went today to a new location for us on my wife birthday. Sat at the bar, only two other people at the bar. After a few minutes, bartender came over, we got two menus and asked for two waters. Bartender went back to chatting with the other two customers. Over 5 minutes later, we asked for the waters again. My wife was going to order a drink, but after watching her palm the top of the glasses to pick them up, she changed her mind. We ordered our late lunch. While waiting we observed that the majority of the bar was dirty. Next thing we see the bartender while making drinks wiped her nose on her hand (front and back) at least 4 times. We were grossed out! I told my wife I was happy to leave, she asked the hostess to move us. After a bit of a wait, a nice server guy served us our food. I was at a viewpoint to see the server continue to wipe her nose as well as handle ice into drinks with her hands. Spoled birthday lunch! read more

Brand new waitress. Training waitress tried to help her I guess but didn't. Welcomed us, gave us menus. Trainer nodded that she did everything right. EXCEPT THEY BOTH forgot to ask if we wanted drinks!! I had to cross the room quite a while later while they were chatting over there to ask if we could possibly get beverages?? I appeared to be bothering them.. Came over, got our drink order and disappeared. 6. Dropped off our drinks like 10 minutes later. WALKED AWAY WITHOUT TAKING OUR ORDER!! ???? I had to go over AGAIN to ask if we could order. YES.... I know! We should've just walked out but we were starving! They came over, took our order. We sat directly in front of where they cook. Big mistake. It was not entertaining, it was just annoying. (We did not ask to be seated there) Food came. I was supposed to get a portion of swordfish with julienne onions. Nope!! Mako shark NOT swordfish!! AND 2x3 in size wasn't even a child's portion... and whoever tells you it taste the same as swordfish must also think Schlitz taste like champagne! Either purchaser doesn't know swordfish from Mako or just hopes ALL their customers are ignorant of the difference. I know the difference. Sorry... I ALSO know the difference between JULIENNE onions and too thin, overcooked and cold ONION RINGS! And again, yes. I had to signal about 3 minutes to get the waitress who dropped our plates and took off, to please come over. I explained the onion RINGS were not julienne! I hate onion rings especially when they're COLD. She took my dish away I watched her go over to grill area tell him it was cold. I WATCHED... he took it, put it down in front of him, made two orders, put them up, picked mine back up and put it up for pick up! Now EVERYTHING was cold! He did not replace them or even try to reheat them! Other people looked like unhappy campers also!! My husbands jambalaya was completely flavorless. How can that POSSIBLY BE?? How can you possibly screw up jambalaya? At least throw some white pepper in it! At that point, we AGAIN had to go ask for our check!! No idea why we didn't just leave... we had to even wait 10 minutes for that!!! I actually laughed out loud when the training waitress asked if we wanted take home boxes!! She seemed shocked. I told her all I want is a burger from Burger King and a cold glass of water! My husband chuckled at that also but he was polite enough to just say no, here's my card, we're in a rush. (YA! A rush to get to Burger King because we were starving by then!) Now, did you want a review of BK down the street? It actually was delish! Boy, we should've just gone there first!! My son & daughter in law took me here tonight for my belated birthday dinner, on 8/18/18. This place is now my new favorite it was everything I was anticipating and more!! Debbie was our waitress and she was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I will be returning and can see myself frequently visiting this place and dining here often. The best tasting food , from appetizers ( I recommend the warm spinach cheese dip in a bread bowl , served with tortilla chips ) to the entrees ( I had the tender steak tips , in bourbon garlic marinade with onions and mushrooms, their specialty garlic-butter mashed potatoes , and steamed broccoli cooked to perfection ) & you get it in a timely manner after ordering. Good Service. Good Atmosphere. Poor Food. We had the 110 meatloaf and pulled pork mac and cheese entrees. The meatloaf was not robust in flavor and reminded me of school lunch meatloaf. The pulled pork mac and cheese was quite cold and the pulled pork was more like ground pork. For an appetizer we had the BBQ Chicken Nachos. These were the worst nachos I have had in my life. There was a distinct lack of cheese, chicken and culinary talent. (These are nachos...No culinary talent needed!!) Could be an off day but three for three, I think not. read more
