When any restaurant chain opens multiple locations in short order you would expect there to be hiccups. I visited the location in Saugus a few weeks back and they ran out of Tito's vodka and seemed a little understaffed. High marks and praise for the staff and especially the kitchen staff at this location. I visited in their first week of operation and not only was the service prompt and friendly but it made me want to come back. There are lots of things to love about the 110 grill. I love the design and the decor, the intimacy of the bar. The bartenders are alert and friendly. The only thing slightly negative I could say is I wasn't a big fan of the marinade or sauce on the steak tips, it was a little overpowering so I wouldn't order them again if they are still bourbon. We went for an early dinner on opening day and was pleasantly surprised. This was a first time visit to any of their restaurants as well. We were warmly greeted and we were seated within a few minutes. We got drinks, an appetizer, and dinners. All came out very quickly and all were very good. Staff should pat themselves on the back because when we were there, you'd think that the place was opened for years. Overall we were impressed with everything and we'll definitely be back soon. Today was a hard day. It was my dad's funeral. And during covid, everything is more difficult. My immediate family had lunch afterwards at 110 Grill in Woburn and they were absolutely amazing. I called a few restaurants ahead of time and they weren't able to accommodate us. However, the manager at 110 Grill not only accommodated us, he went above and beyond to give us as much privacy that covid requirements allow. The food was fantastic and the service was amazing. Very nice, upscale (but not too much) decor, plenty of seating at tables, but we managed our way to the bar. The Margherita flatbread appetizer was the best food item served. 2 meals were decent: Thai Sesame Salmon and Cajun Swordfish (but the Swordfish dish needed more Cajun.). Three other dinners were Fish & Chips, Chicken Pesto Pasta, and Shrimp Scampi. All 3 of those dishes were sub-par. Flavors were just off. The cod was mushy and flavorless. The accompanying coleslaw's main and over-powering flavor was of red onion. We had high hopes for this place based on other reviews but were very disappointed in the food. I have been going to the 110 grill in Woburn for years. Those of us that go know there's an A-Team and a beating behind the bar. The 18 of Michael and Jess could not be better. They are attentive they are friendly they know what you want and it's a pleasure being served by them. The b team we do our best not to win on those days and I know many others do the same. On those days where we forget what day they work and we hit the b team we tough it out they can be pleasant but that stretching it. Today I went there with my friend Michael and the drinks and service could not have been worse. Richie knows what I drink he asked me if I wanted the same old drink and I said yes please muddle the jalapenos. I get a spicy margarita. He brings me my first drink and it's lime green and it doesn't taste like my drink at all. I tough it out because I'm going to wait for the next one and I'll try to correct him again. While I'm drinking it one of the waitresses walks by and asks me what is the drink you're drinking I said a spicy margarita she laughed I laughed because it didn't look anything like it should. so Richie comes up and says what I like another one and I said look you know could you make sure it's it's muddled jalapenos I said and also the color I don't know what you put in it but it really doesn't look like a margarita. He said no problem he had it. He brings me my drink and it looks the way it should look but it certainly isn't a spicy margarita he put no jalapenos in it and no ghost tequila and it was extremely sweet unlike the 110 Margarita. So we sat there talking and we decided to get one more drink Richie asked me if I'd like another one I said yes this time he brought me something The tasted like it had whiskey in it and I was so flabbergasted and aggravated I had one sip of the drink left it full on the bar and we left. My friend said he felt like he was trying to bust my chops and make a drink different every single time I'm tired of it and frankly any bartender that does that to a regular customer doesn't deserve to have a job. read more

This was our first visit to 110 Grill and we were definitely disappointed. My husband, 8 year old son, and I went there around 5:00 today. The restaurant was clean, had lots of booths which I always love, and the hostess was friendly and polite. We had to wait a little bit for our waiter (never introduced himself) but didn't have a problem with this as I know 5:00 can be a transition time in restaurants. Our drinks were great and the waiter was fine with putting my son's meal in right away. We also ordered the special salad to start. Our waiter said something about splitting the salad and I said yes, thinking this would mean two plates. This is when things started going downhill. We waited a long time for my son's mac and cheese and our salad. And, since it's an open kitchen we could see that both were ready but just sitting there, under the heat lamps while our waiter was nowhere to be found. After some more time he finally came into view with another woman, both with Dunkin Donuts drinks, realized we didn't have our food and mumbled something about being in a meeting. The salad was good but tiny, perhaps it was only a half portion and he forgot the other half? My son's food was inedible and so we had to order him something else. When our entrees came it didn't get any better. My veggie stir fry was a joke: 3 pieces of tiny broccoli, slivers of carrots and peppers with over cooked noodles soaked in teriyaki sauce. We arrived before 7pm on Saturday, and were told they are no longer taking "large parties" because the kitchen was overwhelmed and even if they did, it would be 1.5 hours. She had to ask for special permission from her manager to put us on the list, but we ended up leaving anyways as we watched empty tables just sitting all over the place. I don't blame this poor door server, she hadn't been trained properly on wait times, but when you open a new restaurant it should be over staffed both in the front and back of the house, not understaffed. We both had a cocktail that was made well and priced reasonably, along with great appetizers and great food. The food is all made to order and it shows in both taste and presentation. I had a gluten free dish and my son had a Cuban fish dish and both were excellant. Our waitress Courtney couldn't have been more attentive even with many tables full in her area. Everyone there is very friendly and very professional. We had an amazing night laughing and catching up! The staff made us feel so comfortable, that we definitely overstayed our welcome! Our server Tom was attentive and had a wonderful personality. The food was delicious and the cocktails were great! The staff was very accommodating with our kids with allergy restrictions.
