The restaurant opened a week or so ago. Decided to try it. 2 out of the 4 meals were bad in one in our party had obvious food poisoning. Call and spoke with manager, offered a free meal. Why would we want to go back if one got severe food poisoning. Went to dr and thus was verified. I would not recommend. This is a beautiful new location. We went on the second day they were open. My husband and I both got the Turkey Burger which was AMAZING. He got sweet potato fries which were nice and fresh. We were very happy to discover that this location has opened for take-out just recently. Their menu offers lots of options, including vegetarian, which we have been having a hard time finding lately. The food was just as good for take-out as it is in the restaurant. They are very organized and clean for pick-up. You can even have them bring your order to your car if you don't want to go into the restaurant. read more

We had the best day today. We needed a place to gather before a wedding near by. With 25 people this was not an easy task! 110 grill management were amazing and easy to work with! Cannot say enough about our girls Janice and Heather! So personable, easy to deal with and a pleausure! We were ready to take thm with us to the the wedding! Foood was amazing. My server Kayla was absolutely amazing from the moment I got sat at her table. She quickly came over and introduced herself and offered to get us something to drink. She was always checking in while making her rounds between tables to make sure our needs were always met. She made the whole dining experience fantastic. Food was great (cajun swordfish). Garlic mashed were not too garlicy. Richie the bartender was awesome! Also tried the Asian Noodles which were very good. Richie did the ole 2 handed shaker thing while prepparing our drinks: dirty martini and rasberry cosmo, which was awesome. At one point, I looked over at Richie and he was shaking another drink with his left had and making a drink with his right. Very impressive to me as a Bar Rescue fan. :) I can't submit my review without commenting on the unique-to-110 appetizer. I am from NJ and come to Woburn quite often bi monthly or more, 110 Grill has been my go to location for dining as I stay at the Homewood Suites location adjacent to the property. On this particular occasion I dined at the bar area and TIm was an excellent serve. The location must of given last call as me and my guest were unaware. When I asked for a glass of wine I was informed of such, okay. While my guest and sat there finished our conversation and paid the check of 123.00+ plus gratuity we noticed a couple who arrived after us still getting served at the bar and quite chummy with the rest of the staff, I assume a regular, I was offended when I questioned Tim about why they were still being served and we were not able to get a last drink, his comment are some things are just some things and he is not getting involved. This totally elated my perception and guest experience. I have to tell you that others were still dining and the fact we couldn't spend more money and have a drink while others were getting served was an issue, We each had only two drinks, appetizers and food. the Couple being served were just consuming drinks and drinks with no food. I was excited to try a nice restaurant in the area. The menu seemed to have many options and it looked promising. I ordered the sesame Sriracha steak tips as a meal cooked medium. Unfortunately, when my meal arrived it was cold to the touch and was overcooked. We had ordered our meals only 10 minutes prior. It left us wondering if they had maybe taken the steak tips from somebody else's plate... anyways, I will not be coming back. Very unpleased. read more

I'm visiting from out of town, and stopped here two times this week. The food is good and priced appropriately. Service is lacking - two different servers both nights- food didn't come out as ordered, and they were like ghosts once the food was delivered...we asked for a coke the second night, and our server was too busy talking at another table and never brought it to us; this after bragging about how great a server she is... Loving frequenting this local place! A little too noisy and a little expensive for 5 stars for me, but a diverse, generous menu from which you could make a meal out of any appetizer or salad, as well as the rest of the menu. Fo.od was good and plentiful. Service was embarrassing. The waitress took forever for anything we requested. I was there with 2 other people. One requested onion strings instead of French fries. Their orders came, both with French fries. We told the server and he took back the whole plate. Brought it back a few minutes later with another plate of onion strings. My food did not come. And, didn't come. Finally, the waitress came by and asked if we got everything. Obviously not. It had to be pointed out to her that there was nothing in front of me. She hastily went to the kitchen, came out and went to the other side of the room. Never came back to the table to explain. Finally the manager came with my food and said that there was a mishap in the kitchen and it had to be remade. Fine but, someone should have explained that to me when my friends got their meals. But, no. The manager didn't seem to see that there was a problem. The waitress came by later and asked if we wanted to see a dessert menu. We said we did. She took off and visited every other table she had and again as she made her way back. Finally brought the menu but, we were done waiting. Asked for the check and gave her the credit card as we weren't sure when we would see her again. Very unimpressive from the manager on down. read more

We just enjoyed a great dining experience at the newest location of 110 Grill. My wife and I sat at the bar and had a great time with Bill, Chelsea, Jess and Richie. Went in tonight for dinner around 5:15, restaurant was about 1/3 full. We were seated right away and sat patiently for our server. We waited 20+ minutes with multiple waitresses and hostesses walking past us many times and were not acknowledged or even offered water. Finally, after 20+ minutes we decided to pack up, put our coats on and head out. As we walked by the hostess station she not only did not say goodbye, but she did not even notice that we had left without being greeted or served. I have worked in the restaurant industry in the past and this is absolutely unacceptable, rude and reflects poorly on the culture and climate of the restaurant. read more

Hmmmm....not sure about this place. Went there last Friday and I have to say, I was pretty underwhelmed. And that's kinda weird because I've heard such good things. It was definitely a busy night with a decent wait, but my girlfriend and I had made reservations. We checked in and waited a few minutes and got sat at a really nice high top. Looks-wise, it's a nice place. However, the food left a lot to be desired. I ordered a strip steak medium rare. It came out medium well. However, coming from someone who's worked in the industry for over a dozen years, I didn't wanna be that douche to send it back, plus I was starving. My girl had a salad with chicken; she said it was ok. The wine was good as was the service. We had Melody as our server and she was pleasant. Although she definitely seemed more concerned with clearing her empty tables than she did clearing ours. But I get that. Clean tables gets you more money. I'd give this place another try but definitely wouldn't order a steak again. For a place that's essentially a rip off of Burtons, I'd expect a better steak. read more

Food is excellent - I've tried the chicken piccata, short rib risotto and chicken caprese. Place is always packed and the wait staff is super friendly and do a great job. First time coming here and it was very disappointing. I was told that this place is a glorified 99 and it couldn't be more true. We had a table of six and we were crammed in this tiny circle booth in the back of the restaurant. I decided to order the pulled pork sandwich. What a mistake. First off, the pulled pork was clumpy, greasy, and worst of all, crusty. I was disgusted the second the plate came to the table. I decided to give the sandwich a chance after peeling off the pork crust and nope still gross. The only thing that was good about this place was the pickles. I left hungry and dissatisfied. read more
