We've always loved the food here. Yesterday we sat outside on the patio and had salads and tatchos. The portion of chicken on the salad was disappointing for $8. We were sitting at a table under an open umbrella. A gust of wind came, lifted the umbrella and crashed it on the table. The table was made of flimsy trex material and was too lightweight to hold the umbrella, and the umbrella wasn't anchored or weighted. It missed my head by inches. I screamed, and diners nearby helped to fix the umbrella. When the waitress came out, we told her what happened, and she calmly replaced the spilled water. The manager came out, and seemed very concerned, comped my drink, and went around and checked the base of all of the umbrellas. After a few minutes, while we were alone on the patio, the umbrella at the table next to us did the same thing. The umbrella had been over one of 2 tables pushed together, and the umbrella knocked both tables down and moved all of the chairs. If the umbrella had fallen in the opposite direction, it might have hit us. I ran into the restaurant to find the manager. I found the waitress, and said that the umbrella at another table had done the same thing. She finished what she was doing. Meanwhile I went back outside. She and another waitress came out and fixed the umbrella. Our waitress casually said that this happens all summer long. If you go, avoid the patio, even if your table doesn't have an umbrella. That's too bad, because they have a nice patio. read more

Food was subpar. Went to the RT 1 Saugus location. Appetizer took over 30mins to come out because they apparently burnt the first one according to the waitress. We ordered bbq chicken flatbread and it wasn't worth the wait. I ordered steak for my entree and requested medium well. The steak came well over done. Had to return it and get a new one made. By the time I got my steak everyone was done eating and ready to go. Had to pack my steak to go. Manager did apologized and comp the steak but definitely won't be back. read more

My friend and I were out celebrating my belated birthday. I have been to 110 Grill a few times. The atmosphere, the wait staff, and the food are excellent. I eat Gluten Free, so going to a place that has a separate GF menu that has more than just a few items is a big plus. My friend and I both got burgers (I got the Impossible Burger) with sweet potato fries because they are amazing. To finish it off we had the Flourless Chocolate Cake with gelato (picture attached). Brittany was our server and she was great. My friend and I were winding down our time and noticed a conversation that was happening behind us. Two women who were dining were not being allowed to purchase more alcohol as they had already had enough. Vander handled the situation with patience, grace, and an unbelievably calm tone. He was trying to protect these women and others on the road. The conversation went on for quite awhile as they were questioning his decision. Through it all he maintained a calm demeanor. I can't imagine this conversation is ever easy to have with others - but the respect & patience he showed these patrons in this uncomfortable circumstance was commendable. Basically a dressed-up Applebees. Overpriced for average food. Got the chorizo totchos, which were not good - we ate around the chorizo. The boneless wings were basically reheated chicken tenders dipped in sauce, and the prosciutto-wrapped cod was also average. A new location! What a nice surprise, arrived after the Friday PM dinner rush, got seated faster then the hostess said. Friendly crew, well managed. Tater Tot Nachos were awesome. everything fresh. asked for everything on the side so we could make our own. Great presentation and timely. Caesars with chicken was fresh and crisp, nice dressing. Ate there last night. The food was good and our server was great, however the hostess was rude to me on the phone and completely non-accommodating when we arrived. I am torn about number of stars particularly because our table ( high top that we had asked not to be seated at) was so uncomfortable and they refused to even discuss moving us. Food is 10. Love that they have a gluten free menu. I can normally find something gluten free on most menus, but not having to worry about it at all was great. Especially getting a burger with a gluten free bun that tasted like an actual bun. Not sure if it's a Boston thing, but the fries were pretty lightly cooked. Overall highly recommend. read more

I love 100 Grill but the take out is been horrible; I order nachos and extra chicken and it was not extra nothing; it looks like the cut the potions for the take out food. Today I order a salad and the container bottom could be seen; if I'm paying 18 for a salad I want the containers at least half full. I hope they read it and adjust. A bit disappointed on my first trip to 110 and it was sadly due to not so great service. We called ahead for a party of 6. We were informed they wouldn't have a reservation for another couple of hours but we could try to come in as it was slow. We arrived at 5pm and were one of 3 tables in the place. We were greeted by out waitress right away and she brought a round of waters and then we didn't see her for 10 minutes. A quick apology, they were having a staff meeting....understood. Drinks and orders taken but once food was served, we didn't see our waitress again until the end of the meal. This was unfortunate because two of us had food that was completely cold and inedible. While the food part isn't her fault at all, she was chatting with other staff and on her phone the entire time we ate and attempts to get her attention failed so we gave up. We let her know when she came to clear plates that food was ill prepared and while she apologized and offered to bring more, we were done with the meal and I was disappointed she didn't escalate. I think getting the .50 cent up-charge on a kids dessert topping was even disappointing to see when she knew two meals were affected. Turkey burger wasn't my favorite, I didn't finish it. I do love goat cheese but that was about the only taste the burger had. The roll was soft and perfect for housing a burger. I haven't ruled 110 out to try again but I think I'll try a different location next time. read more

What a great meal. Our first time here. I had salmon on top of asian noodles with a fantastic sweet and savory sauce with peppers and carrots. For dessert i chose the flourless chocolate cake with berries and fresh whipped creme. To die for!! Definitely will be back! read more

My husband and I are traveling visiting the New England states. While in Boston we have eaten here twice. I have a gluten allergy. The options here are amazing! And everything is delicious and safe!!!! I had calamari the 1st time and fish and chips the next!! Delicious!!!!! And the manager brings it out to you separately from the other's food. Also our server Stephanie was terrific!!!!! Never have we had a more sparkling friendly and outstanding server!!!! She deserves a raise!! So go there! You will be glad you did!!!!! read more

Great atmosphere, great service, great food, great drinks! The outdoor patio is perfect on a late summer evening and not too crowded. The menu is diverse and seems to change seasonally so there are always lots of new options to try. The cocktail menu is also great and changes seasonally. The sangria's are a must-try. read more

First time coming to 110 grill and I have not a single complaint. Our waiter Tim was simply amazing and the food spoke for itself! Definitely wish we had a spot like this on Long Island!! Funny How I saw someone complain about the amount of carbs on the pulled pork sandwich in another review - hunny if your on a diet order a salad! Lots of kinks to be worked out. Went for lunch we ordered soup and fries and a pasta dish. Everything came out but the soup we were told "the manager accidentally took the soup to the wrong table". No apology from the manager. Waitress tried to apologize and make light of it. Soup finally came after another 10 mins. French onion soup was very watery and was obviously rushed. Since we had to bolt we just paid and left. Not the most enjoyable lunch especially if your are on a lunch break and time is of the essence . We sat near a cashier station that has a wall but is not sound proof. Two of the staff were discussing something another staff member did. Worst 110 Grill I've ever been to. Half poor on whiskey drink. Had tomato soup with grilled cheese that's usually on sour dough looked like something I cooked as a kid and was mashed flat. I didn't know what to expect from this new restaurant. The new building is nothing fancy, the background music was a bit louder than necessary, the service was good, not great. The good was average, French oinoin soup, average no real depth, the meatloaf was flavorful but it was a grilled patty, not a slice of loaf, Caesar Salad, average but no anchovies were available, how difficult is it to have a jar of anchovies in the kitchen for those who want them. I went for 1st time w/ 3 others that had already been & raved about how good 110 Grill was. We did call ahead seating on a Friday PM and it worked out great! Love the looks of the outdoor seating area. Not sure I would use it in day, but very cool w/ fire pit at night. I did not care for decor inside. Reminds me of a Bickfords: Sparse/cheap art & lights. Generic table/seats. Most important though, Food was super! Drinks were yummy & quick to arrive. Server Danielle was a sweetie. Note: Just as an FYI, They ask you to sign up for their loyalty program but nobody ever tells you how to "use it" after you sign up. When the bill comes, you must mention that you are a member & give your phone# linked to acct. Between the folks in our group - people had been about 7 times and not once did a server ask them if they were a member - so they never got points/credit for their meals those times - not cool. On this particular night, a member of our group asked the waitress how to use this loyalty/member program AFTER we paid the bill. She then told us how to: mention before paying bill. Positives first, the 110 burger and onion strings were great and their house 110 ale. My wife ordered the ribeye , roasted brussel sprouts and Asian cold noodles. Asked for medium rare and the steak was well. They happily returned the steak and returned with a very rare steak with beautiful char-marks, but forgot the brussel sprouts. Upon tasting the noodles they were not cooked, but were offered a new side of choice, as a steak was being fired....again! My wife refused a new/different side, irritated, and just wanted a steak. The servers talked in a group at the bar most of the time, and both times our server had to be flagged down for help. Paid the full bill, and left with a rare negative experience. I understand places are just opening, but three times? I have been in contact with the management, and they have been very accomadating in wanting to make our next visit a better one.
