Karen at the Woburn location is the best server by far!! She is engaging, fun to chat with, and extremely professional and attentive to all her customers and makes it look effortless! This is the type of person all service industries should hire and duplicate! My recommendation would be to have Karen be involved in training new hires to keep this phenomenal service crew growing - Karen is the main reason for returning to 110 and especially the Woburn location! Food and drinks are always excellent but Karen goes the extra mile to be sure everyone's drinks are made just so, thoroughly enjoyed, meals are brought out very timely & perfectly as ordered...she even makes sure all tables have plenty of that unbelievable bread! Enjoyed this restaurant especially our server whose name I cannot recall. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Drinks and food delivered in a timely way. My only complaint was the sword fish. It was very fresh and cooked great but it was a small thin piece of fish. Charge a bit more and offer a decent cut of fish!! My husband ordered medium rare steak tips and got well done. It's not worth sending it back when you are dining with others as you dont get it back till everyone is done. Ok. I know this place is new and people are still learning so I will cut them some slack. I've been in this business so I get it. I'm rating a 3 for service not food. That being said.. When making a reservation on Open Table ( we had a $10 voucher) and request a booth ..that doesn't mean we want a high top in the bar. The hostess couldn't retrieve our info and instead of asking us if we wanted to wait for a booth, or find a manager to help, she sat us at a hightop. ( my husband has back problems and cannot sit in certain chairs) We sat there because they clearly had nothing else and we were trying to catch a movie so we were on a timetable. Normally we would've waited. Didn't see a server for a while, when she finally came over she explained that she had a schpeel to deliver before we ordered. She went on and on about the rewards program and wanted my phone #. I said I was all set. Then she explained about the fundraiser for childhood hunger and that we can donate on our bill if we wanted to. We felt berated with info. I know she was just doing her job but she mentioned it 2 more times when we got our bill! The beer my husband ordered was all out so he had to revisit the menu. She checked my ID and this made me chuckle!! I'm 50 yrs old. That made my day!! After waiting 15 min for our drinks, they came. Someone brought us bread and set ups. Slow server, she was very pleasant, but with all do respect you need to move a bit faster if you are working in a bar area. Food was excellent and came out quickly but waited 15 minutes for our check. She didn't know how to apply the $10 coupon and said she has never heard of or seen this before. My husband and I ate at 110 Grill in Woburn, MA for the first time tonite. I had the bbq pulled pork on a brioche roll with four slices of pickle and a tiny bit of cole slaw and topped with onion rings with a side of french fries. Did you count the number of different carbs in this dish? Just how many carbs do they need in this dish?? The pulled pork had almost no flavor and certainly there was little bbq flavor. It tasted as though it was made several days ago. I didn't even bother eating the brioche roll as it was massive and I already had the onion rings and french fries. The ambiance is awful almost like a giant cafeteria style setting. The bar was way too open sitting in the middle of the room with overhead recessed lights in the ceiling way above the bar. The bar had no ambiance whatsoever and the bartenders were running around trying to get all their tasks done. The place was rushed and open and had no character at all. I ordered a Lord Hobo beer and it was the only one on the menu that didn't come in the 22 oz size. So, the beer in it's 8 oz size was served in what seemed like a brandy glass. I think 110 Grill is going to fail. If they can't handle a pulled pork sandwich, ambiance, and a decent sized artisanal beer, this is a 'recipe' for failure. read more

We heard so much about this place me and my family were excited to try it out, when we walked in, we were greeted right away, I have to say the ambience in the place is very welcoming. As soon as we sat down we were greeted by our server Cheryl, I've worked in restaurant industry in my past and let me tell you, she is probably one of the most attentive, charismatic servers' I've had. Our drinks were never empty, I ordered the impossible burger based on recommendation, and it did not disappoint! On our first visit, the food and service were good. My impression was that 110 Grill is good, basic pub style place. However, tonight we had a bad experience. We waited 45 minutes for our entrees AFTER we finished an appetizer that we had already waited half an hour for (which was one order of chicken wings). When the entrees finally came out, nothing came at the same time. The last to arrive was a chicken Caesar salad--how hard is it to time a burger, fish and chips and a chicken Caesar? The person who ordered the burger did not get the right toppings. The fish and chips came with cole slaw in the same size cup as the tartar sauce--doesn't the cook know that cole slaw is a side, not a condiment? Also, fried foods are served in metal racks with paper in them. It would be better if the cook took the time to drain the fry oil, rather than serving on grease-loaded paper. The server also didn't even bother to remove the used app plates before serving the entrees. In 45 minutes, he couldn't manage to remove dirty plates with chicken bones? We will not be back. There are too many other pub-style places with better food and service to waste time and money here. read more

Oh boy, it's a shame to think that one of my worst allergy experiences dining out came from a place that is supposed to specialize in it. I will say, the 110 Grill in Worcester is excellent allergy-wise and I have nothing but good to say about it. But at this one, they served me the wrong kind of bun that had egg in it, and I have a life-threatening egg allergy. They swore up and down that it was fine, but I could tell it was a gluten-free bun (which usually have egg) from seeing my celiac family member's meal and insisted they check again. Without saying a word, the server came back and replaced my burger with a different one. I could get over the mistake if they had handled it well, but they never said a WORD about it. No apology, no explanation, and somehow most insultingly, they took a side off the bill that got sent back from a different party member for a different reason, but not mine. It was incredibly unprofessional and I will never go back to the Woburn location unless they overhaul their allergen procedure. read more

Was here earlier today for a luncheon for my friend whom today was his last day of work at my company. Place wasn't crowded for lunch time which after coming here and seeing it for myself isn't surprising. First thing I noticed right away were the 3 nice pubic hairs that were stuck to the napkin holding my silverware...proceeded to then wait about 15 or so minutes to get a draft beer (was told this was due to keg change) but waited another 15 mins for the next one, and I highly doubt they changed kegs twice within an hour. Food was marginal at best. The pork nachos were ok, but the pulled pork mac and cheese was terrible. arrived at the table cold (after taking about 30 minutes to even take our food order after we were done eating appetizers. Bathroom was clean. Overall, I would not come back, not just to this location, but I wouldn't go to any of them, and I will not recommend this place whatsoever to anyone. I'd rather eat a shitty burger next door at Red Robin, than come here and pay these prices for below average food. read more

It was my first time at a 110 Grill. My friend and I made a split-second decision to try this establishment last night. On a whim, we decided to see if there were any available seats for walkins. One of the young ladies that was a hostess, was nothing short of gracious and explained that without a reservation, there could be a 30-minute wait. She left the hostess podium to check on available tables. There was a second hostess that was not so gracious. She asked if we had a reservation and I replied no, I was not sure if one was needed. She was very short with me and snapped back, "Well we are very busy and I am not sure when we can seat you". She never bothered to ask for a name and was completely rude to us the rest of our wait. With that being said, the rest of the experience was very good. The food was fresh, the drinks were out of this world! There were lots of menu choices, yet is was not an overwhelming menu. They offer a gluten free menu as well, Also, they ask each patron about food allergies, which is a nice added touch. Our server/bartender, Mike, should be commended for his work ethic and great service. Not one person that was at the bar went without. If it were not for the hostess issue, I would have rated 5 stars. read more

My family and I were excited to try out the new 110 location in Woburn, our home town! We have visited the location in Chelmsford a few times.. a favorite of my sister who lives there. Let me start by saying our first night was enough to bring us back the next night! We were welcomed by a lovely hostess and seated promptly. Our server Cass and the server she was training Jenn were amazing! Right away we had a good feel about our new favorite place! Food was delicious, service was exceptional, management was on point with my daughter and her food allergy. Our whole experience was great! We decided to venture out for night number two and my family replicated the delicious meal they had the night before.. Buffalo chicken flatbread, steak and cheese sub, fried pickles chips, maple barbecue chicken tenders, and pico de gallo! This time our server Jess was just as amazing as our servers the night before! In my opinion if a place brings me out two nights back to back it's pretty impressive! An added bonus.. they serve Trulys! read more

We have been to this location twice now. Both times our meal and the service was excellent. We came for lunch both times and maybe we were just lucky, but we had no wait either time. The first time I had the pulled pork sandwich, which was so good that I ate much more of it than I intended to and this time I split a juicy and perfectly cooked burger with my daughter and got a seasonal salad (so we would have room to try dessert, which was delicious by the way). The food was plated beautifully and tasted delicious. Obviously the food is what matters, but equally as impressive were the amazing waitresses we had both times. They were so friendly and attentive. I had mentioned to our waitress that we were going to split the meal and expected that she would bring an empty plate, but when the meal came out, it was already split it onto two plates, which was just that little extra that I really appreciated. I also saw the manager going around and smilingly checking on patrons and she quickly got us another drink when I saw her before I caught sight of our waitress. They need to clone the staff at this place and have them serve at every restaurant. I hope that as it gets more established it continues to maintain the quality of service and food that we have experienced on our first 2 visits here. read more

Just ate it here for the first time. The place is fantastic, the ambiance in the place is fantastic, great place for both dinner and/or sitting down at the bar. If you go there to drink there though, you might want to Uber if you plan on being there for a while because they were the perfect combo of taste and strength. Our waitress was Heather and she could not have done anymore of a perfect job. She had our orders down to a T and she was extremely friendly and approachable. They might seem pricy but considering the amount of food you get with meal, it's the best bang for your buck. I got the pulled pork Mac n cheese and my girlfriend got the chicken picatta gnocchi and they were both to die for. My only critique was they didn't have too many steaks to choose from and they did seem a bit overpriced for the size of the steaks that you had to choose from. Otherwise, this place was fantastic.
