When I saw that there was a Worcester location, I was over the moon! This new location is beautiful and offers the same inventive, scrumptious cuisine as the other. For gluten-free people like me, it's selection is second to none. (They are very attentive to allergies in general.) My first time coming to 110 Grill & I have to say I was definitely not disappointed. Came on a Saturday with my significant other and we didn't make a reservation so the wait was about 45 min. Let me tell you guys it is worth the wait ! Terrance was our waiter and he definitely brought the fun. He's super informative about the menu and his suggestions were on point. Had a great time and would definitely come again. The drinks were delicious and the food was amazing especially for the portions and the prices. I observed him asking what they needed to make their job easier helping the put glassware through the dishwasher, grabbing bus buckets etc. I asked him why he does all that? So tried to do something nice for my special someone and was very disappointed only thing that was ok was the younger sever. So I ordered a NY strip with 2 sides and my wife ordered the tips with two sides so they asked us if we needed anything before we started to eat I was like sure some stake sauce and something besides a butter knife to cut my stake took them 15 minutes to find a stake knife and the wife got hers medium rear was still mooing on the plate covered in blood then I go up and ask them to remake her stake I eat mine it was so small for the price and I am a 200lb guy takes someone 15 minutes to come over to the table and say umm do u want a stake to go... very bad service I would not recommend this little hole in the wall to anyone that is trying to just have a good date night coming from someone that owns 2 company's then the windows had smudges all over them and had 2 give 2 dollers to the pan handler out side the door of the restaurant..... very bad service and if under c9ver boss or chef ramen was there they would probably be should down . read more

I have had two meals at 110 Grilll on two days. The first day I had the steak tips with garlic mashed potatoes and grilled brussel sprouts. The bartender made me a terrific mango mojito. I had the pulled pork and mac and cheese on the second visit with the 110 salad and a ginger mule. I sat at the bar. The staff was appropriately attentive. Once upon a time, this was our go to place. Tonight sealed the deal. NEVER AGAIN! The hostess was terrible, not once did she smile. Our server, at first seemed very pleasant, until she became non attentive. Placed our order and everything went downhill. My husband ask for Sangria without Sprite..delivers it and says sorry my manager made it... it has Sprite. Tired it, didn't care for it. When she came back around.. told it he didn't care for it could he have a beer. She literally disappeared. Flagged down the hostess who was annoyed we asked for our help. Finally got the beer. I always order steak tips and a double side of Brussel sprouts. The steak tips were not the usual big juicy pieces of steak. They were tough and grizzled chunks. And the sprouts were salty as the sea!! When we asked for our bill I commented that the sprouts were really salty and she has the nerve to tell me they don't use salt. I know my taste buds... I'm still drinking water 2 hours later. When the bill arrived we were surprised that the sangria was still in the bill. We asked to please remove it. She grabbed the bill and came back with it removed. No I'm so sorry. So sad the 110 has gone so down hill. Perhaps the new Mercantile has taken a lot of their business... but that's certainly not a reason to let the service and food slip. So we are done. Oh, one more thing... the ladies room had over flowing garbage and no paper towels! C'mon... you can't tell me the hostess with the grimace didn't have time to check the restrooms.!! read more

This was my first time at a 110 Grill and I don't think I will be back for a second time. There were 4 in my group. Three of us received our meals at once, but the fourth person had to wait several more minutes before his was delivered to the table. I then find a rather good size piece of clear plastic wrap in my food. Sent it back to only receive a new meal with over done pork. The re-fire was sitting at the pass for at least 5 minutes before someone in my party flagged down another server to go get it. It was so dry and I was not able to eat it. Waitress was barely available and rarely checked on us. She never asked us if we wanted water or bread either. After all these issues, the manager never once's came over to ask us how we are or how he can make things better. He was even standing less than 10 feet away from us at the pass. My drink- pomegranite, white wine with a basil leaf that wasnt muddled and over powered with lemon and lime made it very bitter. Daughter got cod with Prosciutto with parmesan risotto and broccoli- delish! My pork chop was nicely seasoned with a sweet chili sauce but quite tough, mashed potatoes were stone cold. I always see the sparkly sign on my way to work and finally wanted to try it with my husband. Let me start by saying our server, Michael was AMAZING. I've served and bartended for years and he was literally a model server. Very kind, attentive, and personable. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and when there was a drink we weren't sure about, he offered a small sample to my husband to try. Btw the oatmeal cookie drink is really good! I rated 4 stars because of the food. (The service gets 5/5 stars). My husband got the 110 classic cheeseburger with sweet potato fries and it looked and tasted VERY good. I got the ribeye with broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes. I like my steak well done and it came out pretty medium well. It tasted really good so I just ate around the red/pink. The broccoli was just ok and the mashed potatoes originally came out cold. Michael came over to ask how the food was and I told him. He brought me new mashed without hesitation. Honestly I'll come back because the service was so good and the food for the most part was pretty good. We got the Oreo brownie sundae for dessert and it was the best part of the meal! One star for the clean bathroom and the decent salad. I have never written any establishment a 1 star review until now. Don't order anything you want served hot. Came here on a Friday afternoon with four adults and a 15 month old. First off, we had to ask for a high chair, as neither the host nor the server offered one. Ok, No big deal. Waited a while for the server to come back and take our orders. Ordered two cheeseburgers, one with French fries one with sweet potato fries, and two salads. Simple order, right? There were about 6 other customers in the restaurant. We waited a very long time for our food (over 30 minutes despite four chefs in the kitchen). As we were waiting, I watched the two burgers and fries sit on a cold countertop in plain sight for 15 minutes. No warmer on it, nothing. Server leaning against the counter talking to chefs and texting. So of course they arrived cold. Hair in one of the burgers. Wrong type of fries served with the other. Both burgers undercooked, I felt sick afterwards. Epically bad experience. Waiter was named Carmelo. For a place that calls itself a Grill to serve burgers cold and underdone is pretty sad. read more

This is my go to place whenever I'm in Worcester. I usually stay at the AC Hotel so it's super convenient and the food is usually quite good. I love the Cajun Yellowfin Tuna with Asian Slaw. However, I ordered it Saturday night, got back to my room and had to throw most of it away. The tuna slices were thick and chunky but the real issue was the "Asian slaw" was a bunch of peppers. As a person that 1 hates peppers and 2 doesn't think they go with a sushi like dish, I can't understand the thought behind this. I am hopeful this was a one time deal with someone on the kitchen being a little lazy on their slicing and throwing the peppers in to substitute for slaw - but it really didn't work. I will try again and HOPEFULLY it is back to the old preparation. read more

I had a great overall experience. My boyfriend and I came here for dinner on a Friday night. Instead of being given a generic small table or asked to sit at the bar, like other restaurants with small parties, we were given a large, comfortable round booth. Our waters did not come with straws by default, which I highly appreciated since they cannot be recycled and are a wreck on the environment. (For those of you who don't know, whenever a straw touches a table at an establishment, even unopened, it will be thrown away. So it's nice to have the option to ask for one if it's necessary, but otherwise not just thrown onto the table.) First, we ordered the Crab Rangoon appetizer, which was unique and very tasty. I had it with a delicious drink special with fresh muddled strawberries (Summer Splash? Strawberry Splash?) For the main course, I was able to order Fish Tacos from the Lunch menu despite it being dinner. I thought that was extremely accommodating of the restaurant. To top it all off, we had an extremely nice waiter named Michael. Long story short: We joined the loyalty program by the end of the night. Will be here again!! :) read more

We come here a couple times a month as we live walking distance. We always enjoy our food and drinks! One problem is that the table service is awfully slow. We have actually set a timer multiple times from the moment we sat down to the moment the server came the first time. We'd never been to one but heard great things and it certainly didn't disappoint! As a party of 5 we had a decent variety of items and they were all great! From the kids meal, to the cocktails everything was delicious! Our daughter doesn't generally like fries (not a bad thing!) these fries were so good even she ate them! Our waitress was a bit less than attentive (and it was dead in there so she wasn't over worked!) but the food made up for it. Overpriced hit or miss with food! I have given this place several chances to wow me as it's convenient to where I am living. Most of the time the food was too salty. Tonight I ordered takeout, the salmon and it was undercooked! I saw a guy on the food line preparing food and something clear came out of his nose or mouth and he wiped his face and proceeded to continue to prepare food & didn't stop to wash his hands. Not sure if that clear substance landed in anyone's food. I would not recommend this place & suggest management hire workers that actually care about the quality of food you are serving customers. Though it took a few minutes for the host team to seat us, they were pleasant and well-organized. But the front dining room (which includes the bar) was very noisy. We requested to be seated in the back dining room which had a more reasonably ambient noise level, and they were happy to accommodate. My dining companion enjoyed her glass of red wine, but my maple bacon manhattan was underwhelming - the outside of the glass was littered with overcooked bits of bacon and smeared with maple, while the beverage had less flavor than usual, not more - this is likely because they bring the shaker table-side. While fun and whimsical, this leaves the beverage sitting in ice for a while before being shaken. The margherita flatbread was decidedly overcooked - the edges were nearly blackened. The stroganoff spaetzle was tasty enough but not immensely so. And the bread served with the meal was clearly par-baked elsewhere by a machine, while its compound butter companion was oversalted. The service was good, so I would go back if necessary, but it's far from my top choice of Worcester semi-fine dining or regional chains. read more

I came here for lunch with my coworkers after a retreat. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the food and did not have a good experience. The waiter was friendly but the food was simply not good. I feel like the menu is trying to do too much... Mexican, Italian, Asian, American, etc. I got the vegetarian stir fry and it not appetizing. The flavors didn't blend well but I was so hungry and don't like wasting food so I ate most of it, but it wasn't enjoyable. If I ever happen to go back, I'd stick with an American dish, as I think that's what they may do best.
