Food is a 5 Star. The service a 3. Maybe it's an East Coast thing with the service but this midwestern girl likes a friendly smile and a bit of personality. You don't need to chat me up but acknowledge my existence please. I visited this restaurant inside the hotel 3 times during my stay. The first night was a late dinner upon arriving at the hotel. About 8:30 pm. We were unclear weather to seat ourself or wait. After waiting awkwardly we were told to seat ourself. The decor is nice. Simple, warm not over the top. The waitress was there but was pretty much taking care of the entire place and bar tending. The same waitress took care of me all three visits. She wasn't rude, just lacking excitement and personality. Things took longer because she was doing everything. But I'm not faulting her for that at all. My first visit I had a turkey avocado sandwich with fries. It came reasonably fast and was delicious. The second night was just drinks with coworkers. The last night I was alone and had the crab cake sandwich with sweet potato fries. Upgrade to the sweet potato fries! They are worth the extra $2 and are fabulous. The crab cake sandwich was excellent as well. I would definitely recommend for anyone staying here to eat here. Since it's not easy getting around and there isn't much really close in walking distance.

I was pleased to see BLVD expand from Minnetonka MN to Marlborough MA. They are located in the Hilton Garden Inn near TJX, GE and Quest Diagnostics. Nice appetizer specials. Outdoor patio with fireplace makes for a cozy evening. Wide food selection includes flatbreads, entree and side salads, pastas, fish and chips, and nice selection of burgers, sandwiches and a few decadent desserts. Key items include Maple Salmon Kale salad, Turkey Brie & Cranberry sandwich, Chocolate Lava Cake.

Pork shoulder melt... undersized for $16, more slaw than pork and not particularly tasty.

Fish and chips are a fail. Chicken burger was ok. Bartenders are lethargic and unwelcoming.

Haven't been back here for ages, used to be a place you buy food by the weight. Now what a hidden…read moregem! Will definitely be back. We took our two younger ones there for a quiet Easter Sunday dinner together. So many interesting things on the menu, we way over ordered. But everything was delicious. We had the pork belly confit, the cheese bread, the octopus, and the parm wings to start. They were all polished off quickly. Our pork belly did seem to have missed a sauce, but we just dipped them with the cheesy bread sauce and was very happy. My son ordered a few different skews and thoroughly enjoyed his Picanha, sausage and cheese and chicken heart. My youngest said the chicken hearts were the best she had ever tried. High praise from a kid loving chicken heart since just a tiny tod. My wife and I both ordered the ribeye over mushroom risotto. We order medium rare and both of ours came perfectly done. Both our kids thoroughly enjoyed trying our steak and risotto. My daughter and I both enjoyed mixing my son's Yucca mash with the risotto. She practically scrapped my plate clean. We all had our eyes on the pineapple, but all agreed we were overstuffed and will defer to next time. We even had leftovers to bring home to one happy Puppy. Will definitely return!

Always a warm welcome once you arrive, Ember & Alma is not only a place to get delicious food but a spot where you can feel connected and a sense of belonging. Whether you're settling in for a quiet date night or a leisurely dinner with loved ones, the cozy atmosphere wraps around you like a warm embrace. But it's the food and drink that truly steal the show. The menu is a love letter to Brazilian and South American cooking -- bold, soulful, and bursting with creativity. Every dish tells a story of a rich culinary tradition, taking you on a journey from bright, sweet notes all the way through to deep, satisfying umami. Both the cocktail menu and non-alcoholic offerings match this spirit, offering drinks that are every bit as thoughtfully crafted as the plates they accompany. If there's one dish that captures everything Ember & Alma stands for, it's the bananas bravas. Memorable in the truest sense of the word, they are the kind of thing you find yourself thinking about days later, and the reason you'll inevitably find yourself making a reservation to return.
