I ordered fish and chips and was brought a portion of both that didn't even fill the small plate. I was done in minutes and sat there watching my friends finish their more substantial meals. If you're looking for vegan / vegetarian options, you'll likely be pleased with 110's offerings. If you just want pub food, there's better and cheaper options out there. read more

After an appointment in Worcester yesterday, I went to the 110 Grille I love a good shrimp scampi and was pleased to see it on the menu. The dish, however was not good. A scampi sauce is light with butter, white wine, lemon and a hint of garlic. Most scampis I have had and enjoyed are served with a thin pasta such as angel hair. This sauce was heavy, almost oily, the pasta was a thick pasta, and the shrimp was tough. Instead of a light cheese topping, it was large slivers of romano cheese? maybe? And the pasta had clumps of stuck together strands which were not very appealing. I was disappointed. Also the price for the wine was outrageous. The plus point for me was the waiter, he was very good, and I told him so. Sorry to say, but - Olive Garden's shrimp scampi never disappoints. read more

Recently stayed at the AC Marriott and the restaurant 110 Grill is adjacent to the hotel. As soon as we arrived to the restaurant service was quick. I had a Philly Cheesesteak with French fries. The Philly Cheesesteak was delicious it was seasoned and more meat than bread. the waitress was attentive and informative about the menu and food items. read more

This is my usual stop before catching a show at the Hanover Theater. Today, we waited 25 minutes at our table and no one came to take our order. To make it worst, there were five tables that were seated outdoors before us, and no one was taking their orders either. There are times when waiting isn't much of a problem, but when you get there with a plan to eat and then attend a show, time is everything. Wow this place is a disaster. Walked in at 6pm. Ordered by 6:20 - burger, chicken fingers, cup of soup and fries. Not complicated. Walked out at 7:25 when they said our order was still ten minutes away. Place was busy, but no more than 75% full. Waiter was embarrassed. Manager was horrendous at trying to manage the kitchen (we were seated right in front of it and got to view ten waitress standing there with hands in their pockets, forty dishes sitting under heat lamps waiting for "something" and a manager just pacing around. Glad we wasted over an hour of our night for nothing but a waiter's shrug - not even an apology from the manager. If you want to actually eat some food, you should probably avoid this place. read more

I've had both good and bad luck with this chain, this time was good. I had the steak and cheese sandwich and it was very well prepared and very tasty. The other people in the group had different dishes and some were good and some were just OK (one had the ribeye which he said was dry and overcooked and not close to being worth the cost). Stayed at the AC for work this week and ate here almost every night. Super convenient and tasty! Definitely recommend the beet salad, the kale/Brussels salad, salmon (perfectly cooked), and the margherita flatbread! Sauvignon Blanc was fantastic as well! We came here on June 27, 2023 at 7pm, because the 111 Chop House had a 35 minute wait and we were hungry. The waitress was slow and nit visible to us at all. We said come back in 2 minutes she came back in 10-15 minutes. My colleague placed an order of, Ribeye, Garlic Mash, Brussels Sprouts. I had the Shrimp Scapmi. 1.) I tasted a piece of the steak, it was extremely salty, the mash were refrigerator cold, the Brussels Sprouts were poorly cooked. We had to wait 15 minutes after our food was delivered for the waitress to come check on us, to get the Mash replaced. 2. The shrimps were hard and rubbery, and the scampi was taste less. No type of seasoning at all. The garlic bread was to hard pieces of toast. The only thing that was good was the lemonade with a splash of Grenadine. The sad thing about this is, the restaurant was almost empty. This is sad because we should have received better service and better food. read more

The dining room and bar are clean. Service is friendly and the menu is a better than an average hotel restaurant. My husband's steak was cooked perfectly, although it wasn't a quality piece of meat. The portions are decent and they have a lovely selection of drinks to choose from. I enjoyed the meatloaf. They don't use too much demi glace, and the ketchup was applied sparingly, which is good. It makes me nervous when food comes drowning in ketchup or sauce. You wonder what is hidden. The onion strings are worth a return trip, but my mashed potatoes were quite cold. Just communicate to your server if you encounter this. I am certain they will make it right. Nothing grabbed me on the dessert menu, but they offered nice after dinner drinks and coffee. Overall, the meal was a solid 4. It could be better, but this is a decent operation and a good choice in downtown Worcester. read more

Just another chain in the woo. Would have given them 4 stars however not very excited by their menu. Just another chain who has a few good menu. The food menu was about okay for a new chain. I have had similar food across the country in similar places and the drink menu needs to improvise. I would have expected some personalized touch to the menu when one walks in, like adding some options or working around it. Food 3 star, kitchen speed 4star. Service 1. Servers should be precluded from wearing perfume/cologne etc. Restaurants need to understand that people are not only allergic to food but smells. When you come to a table and I breathe any food you place in front of me is uneditable. Both our original waiter and our host had gallons on them. A waitress from the other wise of the room had to wait on us because she was the only one not wearing anything. She was super pleasure and the service score above is based on the first 2people. Busy lunch rush this early afternoon, but our server who prefers to go by the pseudonym 'T-1000' was on top of his game. He is an asset to 110 Grill. A real chill guy who keeps it professional and also personable. He did not skip a beat. I really appreciated the service and will request him next time I come in for a meal. It's a beautiful restaurant with a nice ambiance and good food. The service was not great. We waited so long to even be greeted at our table. Some of the dishes were mid and the food portions were a bit small. The menus don't have drink options on them. The food took very long even though the restaurant was not full. We enjoyed our meal here. Good service, not a long wait for your food after you order. On the weekend, you do need a reservation as it is quite busy. We came with our grade school aged kids. They liked their food. My wife and I had salads. Hers with steak, mine with salmon. Excellent quality, great presentation. My only gripe is that while we waited for a table, we went to the bar area and the burly bartender near us ignored us completely. Definitely a fan! The interior of the restaurant is really nice and clean. The only issue we had was slow service- it took us a while to get seated. She said it would only be 10minutes to clean the tables but it ended up being more like 30minutes. Perhaps they were short staffed. There was a lot of empty tables but not cleared and cleaned yet. But anyways, the food was delicious! We started off with the 110 Cajun Yellowfin Tuna- flavorful and fresh. For our entree we ordered the Salmon (Cajun style) and the Shrimp and Clam Linguini. The Salmon (Cajun style) was the BEST Salmon dish I've ever ate. It was so moist and juicy but the crust was perfect!! I was really pleased. Had the best experience here with our server Erin, who is the nicest and most genuine individual. Not only did she make our first visit here enjoyable but she was also very accommodating. My friend realized that she ordered the wrong dish and without hesitation, Erin asked if she wanted to switch to another dish. I ordered the steak tips which comes with 2 sides and it was cooked to perfection if you ordered medium rare. Excellent service and incredible food. As a typical yelper, I'm always looking to try somewhere new and saw this place recently opened. I went here on a Thursday afternoon for lunch and was blown by. Interior reminded me of Tavern by the Square in Shrewsbury. As I walked in the hostess greeted me right away, super friendly and promptly sat. Our server came and got our drink orders and definitely was able to make some really good recommendations for food. I ended up getting the BBQ chicken salad, typical bbq chicken salad, nothing too over the top but there's only so many variations that you can make to a bbq chicken salad. Presentation was nice. Also got the crab rangoon dip which is basically similar to a spicy buffalo dip, unique. Super creamy and came with cape cod type of potato chips to dip with as well as pita bread.
