1215 Wine Bar and Coffee Lab is a great spot for a date. It has small tables for intimate conversations and offers a variety of wine or coffee drinks. It's a pretty building with brick, calm decor, and reasonable prices. The staff came off a bit snooty at first, but when I made effort to engage in conversation, they did chat a little. Maybe they were just shy. It seems like a nice place for a quiet evening or brunch drink with friends. I would return next time I'm on that side of town.

This place is adorable!! In the heart of OTR, such a good place to meet a friend, study, or get some work completed. I ordered a matcha latte and it was delicious. The barista met with a smile and was very friendly. The only difficulty is finding parking. Other than that, no complaints!

I've walked past 1215 so many times on the way to somewhere else. We were out and I was craving an espresso martini, so we figured the wine bar and coffee lab was the perfect choice. I was skeptical of ordering their fancy version or a traditional espresso martini because of the mention of chocolate. I'm not a super sweet drink kind of person. I went out on a limb and decided on their fancy version (top model or something like that?) It was sooooo good! Service was fantastic.

We stopped in for a drink before dinner and we ended up getting more coffee and tea then alcohol! I went with a London Fog as I hadn't a tea latte yet this weekend. It was made perfectly with just the right amount of vanilla and foam. It's not a big place but we were able to find a table for 6. They have seating at the bar and have plenty of wines to choose from. There is also seating outside in front of the cafe. Great friendly service!

What a cute, quaint, and cozy little shop, offering both coffee and wine. Add on that they have good wifi and a solid amount of seating and bam! You've found yourself a great coworking spot and after work drink spot all rolled into one. My friend and I both ordered a latte and shared a table in the very front along the window. I loved the natural light and the small vases of flowers on the table. Our drinks were lovely and the service was friendly. I'm definitely interested in returning for the wine side of the experience.

1215 is definitely one of my go-to's! Great place to meet for a morning coffee, a happy hour drink, or an after-dinner cappuccino or glass of wine. Everyone's very friendly and service is fast. I usually find enough seating inside the intimate space, and they have a few outdoor tables during the warmer seasons as well! Love browsing wine to take home or to enjoy there. Their no corkage fee deal on Mondays makes it a great time to try something new with a few friends. Also love their tasting options, and it's fun to guess which wine is which.

I always love getting a coffee after dinner, and my girlfriend love getting a glass of wine. So this is the perfect after dinner spot for us! Staff has always been super friendly. Even offering us samples of wine from time to time. Very chill vibe. A good blend of a coffee spot and wine bar.

It's been a while since I've worked downtown, but I used to love coming to 1215 for that one of a kind Chai. I'm happy to report that the chai is still there, and still amazing, as is the service. I recently worked remotely from there (for like a whole half a day!), had a London Fog, and was pleased with the friendliness and hospitality during my stay. Not much there in the way of gluten free goodies but there was a paktli! Anyway, I'm looking forward to the next time I can come visit.

Stopped in to avoid the cold while waiting for a dinner table in the area. Quick service and such a cute vibe. Not too crowded on a Saturday evening and the menu includes a full coffee bar in addition to wine as the name indicates. Irish coffee was perfectly prepared!

This place is so amazing. Wine, music, coffee! It has it all. The best part is the blind wine tasting to make an event out of coming. This place is so fun and such a vibe!

What a cute place for wine and coffee after dinner!!! Have been here twice and love the ambiance. The regular latte and the matcha latte are excellent. They give you a good portion for a glass of wine if you choose to order that too :)

Is this coffee shop open to dine-in customers wanting to work from their laptop?

Perfect spot with enough seating, inside or outside. Just not particularly fond of one of the female servers that is quite rude when taking your order. Still great tasting coffee and bakeries available.

From the moment I sat down at the bar, owner Matt and the bartenders made me feel genuinely welcome. They took the time to learn my name, offer recommendations, and check in throughout the evening without ever being overbearing. It's a rare gift to make a solo guest feel seen while still giving them space to enjoy their own company. The food was outstanding. I ordered the baked brie with the honeycomb (trust me, get the honeycomb) and every bite was delicious. The combination of warm brie, puff pastry, honey, and nuts was incredible. Matt's wine recommendation was equally spot on. What impressed me most, though, was the atmosphere. Ripple strikes the perfect balance between sophisticated and comfortable. Whether you're on a date, catching up with friends, or simply enjoying a quiet evening alone, you'll feel right at home. I arrived as a first-time guest and left feeling like a regular. Covington is lucky to have this place. I'll definitely be back.

Our server was attentive and guided us expertly on cheeses to complement our meats and the assorted goodies, that include nuts, herbed butter and fig spread. The bread from Allez Bakery that comes with the board is outstanding. Look forward to visiting again.

The location has street parking that is easier than you might think because Annata does most of its business when the nearby businesses are closed, but there's also a public pay lot across the street. Plentiful seating inside AND there's a killer deck out back that makes you feel like you're in the trees. Chill. The prices are better than fair - they are realistically designed so that you can enjoy good wine without going broke. We enjoyed a wine flight with the Sauvignon Blanc Clarendelle, the Rosé Minuty, and the Cabernet Montes Alpha. I am definitely planning to go back in the summer where they have outdoor seating and enjoy some of the food options they have.
