Everything here is delicious. They are amazing with their Covid precautions. The safest take-out I've experienced. The family dinners are to die for. The veggie pot pie is an incredible vegetarian option that our family orders regularly. The breakfast sandwich is awesome. This spot was the perfect stop off 95 on our drive between Miami and Myrtle Beach. It was pretty quick but soooo much better than anything you can get from a fast food stop. The special turkey panini was delicious and crunchy. The ham sandwich was also delicious, fresh with quality ingredients. My boyfriend have I have been here 3 times and each time was so amazing. The food is so delicious and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The cold brew here is always so incredibly smooth but strong . I usually get it with lavender and oat milk! The breakfast sandwich , sourdough toast, and chia seed pudding are always good as well. The younger employees are strange as hell. I have seen and heard them put utensils in other people's bag and ask others if they need utensils, but for some reason they never give me utensils even though I often order food that requires them. Furthermore, there was a time when I went there and 2 of the younger employees were by the front taking orders and they both started whispering amongst themselves while I was the only person on the line and giggling which is very rude to do in front of customers. They were also handling my order as if they were annoyed by me being there. Envy is a disease. Their bad feelings toward me are palpable and it is truly sad because I really loved going to this place and appreciate the freshness of the goods sold there. Nevertheless, I will have to keep my distance from that space. It does not feel safe for a melanated person like myself, and I do not feel welcome. The only one who makes me feel welcomed is Coco. I had lunch here for the first time a few weeks ago. I was able to find a parking space right in front of the building. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. Now that dining in has been restricted statewide, my family ordered a chicken pot pie family meal to go. Everything was fresh and flavorful, from the salad to the pot pie to the dessert. An excellent addition to Main Street here in Historic Springfield! The owners have been working hard to make this happen for a long time and it's clear from the first visit it has been worth the wait. From one of the owners to the entire staff, everyone was pleasant to interact with and I could sense the excitement of the first day. We ordered the breakfast sandwich and the country ham, as well as a delicious muffin from the presentation case. The muffin was incredibly delicious while we waited for the rest of our food which was also great. I had a nitro cold brew coffee with the meal that was priced well and tasted great. It's so exciting that we have a great new bakery in Springfield and even better that they appreciate their customers and serve delicious food and drinks. I visit their stand regularly at RAM and the Wednesday Farmers Market at Space 42. Their vegan cheeses, pestos, and baked goods are phenomenal. Although the food was good, I am not going back there again. While dining with my friends at a secured table, a homeless man that came in and sat down in the space as if he was part of our group. There was another group at a table next us and this man sat between us as if he was part of our group but was not. He had not mask and was inebriated. One of the managers or owner of the place saw him. Please know that if he had stood and waited at the counter which is how this eatery is set up, that would be have been fine. We waited as she come over to offer him a something to drink. I told my friends they could go up to the counter to order. I stayed at the table and so did the guy in our table space. Thinking the owner would understand we were uncomfortable, I mentioned nicely that he was not in our party. She asked him politely to wait for her outside and she would bring him something t drink. That seemed fine since the eatery was small. After my friends came back to the table, the owner came back around and kindly I thanked her because she still helped him and did so balanced with customer satisfaction. She, on other hand, explained that they don't turn away anyone. I understood and felt the same way. However, I also noted that to her that he came in sat in our table space as if he was part of our group, which was not appropriate by any measure, homeless or not. She was diismissive to me, even when I tried to explain the health and safety aspect, let alone he was not in our party. And then she had the nerve to pat me on my shoulder like some kid as if she was trying to teach me a lesson, which was extremely instulting and patronizing. Additionally, no one should be touching any one without permission, especially in this current context. So no, I will not patronize this place ever again, not will I recommend it to anyone for the way I was disrespectfully treated as a customer. Rating woulld be less than one if it were an option. read more
