There were roughly 15 people at the party and she kept the food and drinks coming all night with a friendly smile. I started with the guava gimlet made with Wheatley Vodka, guava, pineapple, simple and lime. It was sweet and refreshing. We were served a few appetizers including creamy artichoke dip served with homemade chips which were tasty. My friend and I ordered the charcuterie board which hit the spot! You could top the meat cheeses and sauces on to either homemade crackers or French bread. I highly recommend the board if you are looking for something light.

This place is in a busy area of town center. It has a cool semi-upscale ranch style vibe. I was…read moresuper excited to try this place based on reviews but was disappointed. The staff were friendly but super busy due to inside volume of people. The food looks good and the steak was cooked fine, but the chimichurri had too much oil & fries were super salty. Like it was fried in it and topped off with it... I had let the person who brought the food out know (who works with the chef), and they never offered to bring me different fries. They just said they would tell the kitchen but didn't offer anything and so I didn't eat the fries at all. This plate being $38 before tax, I mean you want good fries....For the drink I got one of their mocktails which honestly was not up to par at all tasting like water and cucumber and nothing else, and I ended up ordering a soda... Again staff are friendly, but if management could pay attention a little more even when they're busy, it would help a lot, especially if someone is not happy with their food. I will not try this place again for a while as there are other places better than this that have similar dishes. Again when people are eating alone or in a group, make them happy with the food please...

When listening to him with other tables, he treats them the same as he does With regard to the food, we tried the croissant egg sandwich, which I will say was outstanding. The doughnuts were complimentary because I joined the customer rewards program. I noticed how loud it was in the restaurant. There were several families there with multiple children. Between the patrons and music, I could not hear my friend Lisa. There menu did not have want I wanted, so I ordered individually: bacon, one fried egg, hash brown casserole , great cheese grits, cold biscuit, & coffee. The regular coffee was so-so. Everything came out pretty cold or lukewarm. My egg was missing. I had to ask about my egg and the nice Waiter brought it out fast. The hash brown casserole was mushy. The best item was the bacon. I hate to give reviews like this, but I have to honest about my visit. I do give the Waiter credit, he was pretty good, but very busy. Pros:plenty of parking, tasty bacon & Waiter. Cons: everything was warm or cold, very loud(high ceilings). Recommend? Maybe, yes for the younger crowds. My bill was over $23.00 and then a tip. I would be willing to return and try something else and update my review.

What a perfect combination,, made better by putting the lime curd on every pancake, not just the top one. And loaded with blueberries! Came with eggs and bacon or sausage. Our server Heather said she preferred the bacon, and I'd go for it next time. I appreciated the homemade sausage but it was a little too sweet for us. Husband enjoyed his crawfish and andouille omelet. English muffin was under-toasted. Heather put it through again and it was better. Coffee was good, def could tell it was there, and Heather kept our cups filled. Fans outside kept things comfortable.

To start there's a whole lot more outdoor seating than there is indoor seating. Well inherently that's not a problem. I just found it unique. The staff was extremely nice at least our waitress was and overall no problem with the actual service we received. It was really well decorated. In fact, I would say arguably better decorated than some of the other locations for this particular chain that we have gone to. But the reason that it's only getting two stars instead of my typical five is the food. I ordered the biscuits and gravy and frankly when you're in the south that's something that should be a staple- this was a complete mess. There was either too much salt or too much pepper or maybe both? Which really left a lackluster taste I didn't even get through the first half of one of my biscuits. Biscuits seemed standard frozen biscuit fair for a breakfast establishment, unfortunately. And it's a vast contrast to some of the other places that used to be in Jacksonville or still are like Cracker Barrel or Village Inn- heck even Famos Amos has/had better biscuits and gravy. But for the fact that I didn't put anything on my eggs, which were delicious. I shouldn't be leaving this place with heartburn, considering I had a milk based gravy. The former city grits now bacon Gouda grits were OK but also very salty. Maybe too much bacon grease in it? I'm not sure. My partner says that his Benedict a shrimp Benedict something that's supposed to be there special for the season, was extremely sweet and the cherry tomatoes that he got were the most savory thing on his dish and he had shrimp Benedict with a side of cheese grits. There shouldn't really have been anything sweet in that dish, except maybe the hollandaise sauce. We were hoping to rekindle a classic taste from a familiar chain from our previous residence and enjoy brunch this morning. Maybe it was an off day for this particular location and if that's the case OK. However, due to this experience, we may not actually come back here. Paying $73 including tip for food that I can make better at home is not really my idea of a great breakfast. Kids oj was over $4. Plus $8 for her food. She took three bites and ate the bacon. Not a hit for her either.

Reservations can be made via OpenTable, and I saw this suggested on Yelp so I decided to try one evening. Upon arriving, I marveled at the beauty of the interior design of the bottom floor that also serves as a gallery. I ascended the staircase as the restaurant is on the third floor. I dined alone as this trip I didn't have a coworker with me, but I still was seated in a cozy corner to take it all in. Isaac, my waiter, was incredibly friendly, and ensured I had everything I needed. What I Ordered: - Caesar Salad: This salad is as pretty good, but at a price point of $19, I would likely skip if dining here again. Though, it did have the perfect hint of lemon for acidity and the croutons tasted house-made. Perhaps if you added a protein, this could become your main dish and elevate it. - Lobster Roll: $36 for a lobster roll?! I was intrigued as this was noted as a signature dish and a standout for what this location is known for... and boy was I IMPRESSED! The roll was perfectly toasted, and the lobster to roll ratio was absolute perfection. The flavor of the lobster was juicy and tasted fresh. This roll was so good that even the neighboring table as they left asked how I enjoyed it. They were recognized by staff, so I believe they are regulars. We all discussed how delicious it was and I shared my thoughts on the execution of lobster to bread ratio. I dined here a couple weeks ago, and I'm still thinking about where in Arizona I'll ever find a roll as decadent. - Cappuccino: a mark of a truly well-crafted cappuccino is the sugar test. Will the foam withstand the weight of sugar or will it sink to the bottom (poorly frothed)? I had ordered and didn't realize they would put a design on top! Visually stunning, and happy to report they make a beautiful cappuccino with delightful foam. Added pictures to showcase the design they added, and the sugar test. The rooftop has stunning views, and the food is a work of art as well. Though I had a lighter dinner with a salad + lobster roll, I was impressed with the meal and would return to try more of the menu if I visit for business or personal reasons in the future. This area has lots of restaurants, but this one definitely leaves an impression and draws this foodie back in to return. Check it out if you are in the area!

The menu is APPEALING. There are many options to choose from for breakfast or brunch. The Kids Menu also has descent. The food is SUBPAR. I could have done better at home. My order: French Toast with scrambled eggs and sliced tomatoes. The French Toast had an enticing presentation but the bread was HARD. I tried to drizzle in syrup to soften it until I gave up all together. I asked for scrambled eggs but I received a FLAT egg patty that taste DRY and reminded me of McDonald's. The tomato slices were hard and FRESH and the best part of my meal :-(. My drink was a sangria. It was OKAY. I'm convinced it was made with grape juice not wine. It was served picturesque and made for a nice pic. The service was not memorable. Overall, just a SIMPLE 3 STARS. Do not expect much here. The food is EDIBLE though.

I came on a Thurs at 1130am and was able to order/leave in 15-20 minutes. What made me fall in love with this place was, believe it or not, the Caesar salad dressing!!! It had so much flavor and was so addicting I ate the salad in 5 minutes. The Hot Italian sandwich had tender flavorful meats, great addition with the banana peppers, and bread was light/fluffy/spot on! The wedding cake was SO GOOD!
