A vibey spot for tapas! My friend and I tried a few different ones and they were all pretty good,…read morealthough we noticed a couple of items were a bit overcooked/burnt, including the patatas bravas. That may be the way they're supposed to be served here but I didn't like that part. The service was super friendly and the food was brought out quickly. I loved that the staff were all wearing Spain jerseys to celebrate the World Cup win! One last thing I didn't like: there's a QR code at your table to pay your bill on your phone which is convenient, but they tack on a sneaky $2 platform fee if you use it, and it takes some extra effort to have your server actually bring you the bill to avoid that. Two bucks isn't a big deal but it's the principle! I'd rather put that amount towards the tip.

The low lighting, music, and stylish décor create a fun atmosphere that's great for catching up with friends or enjoying a night out in the Seaport area. The service was wonderful on both visits. The servers were attentive, friendly, and made the experience enjoyable. The drinks were another highlight. I tend to prefer sweet, fruity cocktails, and the lychee drink was right up my alley. I'd happily order it again. As for the food, it was... average. Nothing was bad, but nothing really stood out either. During dinner, we had the paella and the steak. On my lunch visit, we tried the roasted chicken, patatas bravas, garlic shrimp, and the ham and mushroom croquettes. Everything was perfectly edible, but I'd rate each dish around a 3/5. We ate because we were hungry, but none of the dishes left me wanting to come back for them. Overall, Boqueria is a great place if you're looking for a nice atmosphere, good drinks, and excellent service. If you're going primarily for the food, though, I think there are better options. I'm not sure I'd return to eat, but I'd definitely consider stopping in for drinks.

You must order the kale salad. I am not a kale salad person, yet I have dined here three times in…read morethe last week to eat the kale salad and am already planning my next visit. You know when you're eating a kale salad and the pieces are too big and you're kind of cramming them into your mouth and then the salad dressing is all over your face? This is NOT that salad! The kale is perfectly chopped so you can enjoy it with just your fork as you talk to your friend/spouse/date or just read your book. The dressing is such perfection, and the perfect amount, no gloopiness here! Crunchy breadcrumbs add magical texture and then there's a shower of finely grated gouda cheese on top. Have you ever read a good book and as you're reading it, you're so into it that you don't want it to end? So you slow down your reading speed to make it last a little longer? That's how I feel about this salad. There are other delicious items on the menu, I saw someone eating the burger that looked so good, I also want to try the Brussels but the call of the salad siren is too strong. Everyone is super welcoming and friendly, especially Catherine, and the kitchen team even shared the dressing recipe with me. Excellent wine list, casual and cozy space with twinkle lights, a lot of bar/counter seating, great date spot. Also attached/sister company to American Provisions I believe (great spot in Southie for sandwiches, cheeses, wines, pastries, rare food items).

I absolutely ADORE this place. It's one of my top 3 places in all of Boston. The vibes, the food, the wine, the prices, EVERYTHING is 10/10. This is one of those places where I feel at peace because I feel like my money was 100% well-spent. The prices are fair, and I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of. And the FOOD, the food is exquisite. My favorite time to go is on Tuesdays for the $1 oyster deal, definitely my favorite $1 oyster deal in the city. They mostly have small plates and a few large plates, but you seriously can't go wrong with anything on the menu. And the wine options, amazinggggggg. Gray's is a true gem!

Even though we just had drinks and an app here, I still would like to try and come back for their full menu. On a busy Saturday afternoon in Boston, walking around the Tall Ships, we stopped in at the Envoy hotel to use the restrooms. I remember this restaurant being here, but it's been quite some time. Since we could use a drink and some food, we saw 2 spots open up at the bar so we grabbed them. The place was packed! The outside was slammed. Plus, they had live music which was pretty cool. So, we decided to stay for a cocktail and an app. We ordered the guacomole which was good and I had their Clover Club cocktail, one that I have been meaning to try due to a competition bartending show on Netflix. The cocktail was excellent I had to order another. We didn't plan on staying long, but after meeting some new people and enjoying great conversations, we stayed for awhile. The bartenders looked pretty busy and very overwhelmed but they did the best they could. It was a great time! I know we will be back again for dinner or another time to try their full menu. Definitely a place to check out for sure! Cheers~

I've been a loyal fan of haley.henry for years and have recommended this spot to countless friends,…read moreso I was really excited to finally bring a new coworker here. Unfortunately, this most recent visit didn't live up to the high standards I've come to expect. While a few dishes hit the mark, the majority of our order was a letdown: Tinned Octopus: Surprisingly chewy and lacked seasoning. Mushroom Toast: The texture was rubbery, and the flavor was completely drowned out by an aggressive amount of balsamic. Beets: Had a very overwhelming cumin flavor that threw the dish out of balance. Roast Beef Slider: Served cold and felt a bit uninspired. It's such a cute, intimate space, and I've had so many wonderful nights here in the past, but the execution was just off this time around. I'm hoping it was just an off night, but it was definitely disappointing given how much I usually love this place!

The wine selection is excellent and thoughtfully curated -- whites, reds, bubbles, orange wines, and more, so there's truly something for every palate. My friend and I both ordered a red, and it was absolutely perfect. Our server was super friendly and attentive, and she even offered a few samples so we could try before committing to a full glass, which we really appreciated. For food, we shared the hot dog with fried oysters to pair with the wine, and it was surprisingly delicious and a fun, elevated bar bite. Overall, the experience was fantastic -- great wine, great service, and a comfortable atmosphere. Pricing is definitely on the higher end, with wine glasses around $20 and the hot dog at $14, but the quality and experience justify it. I'd absolutely come back for another wine night.

Broccoli Caesar is tasty, but probably would try something new next time. Focaccia is just as usual. Endive salad was interesting, but slightly salty and the dressing wasn't evenly tossed which led to disparate bites. Wished there was more pear to balance the salt. Kitchen is very small, so orders have to be put in at once. Recommend getting a reservation as it's busy. No parking lot so street parking only.

I usually don't love high-top seating, but our table was pretty comfortable. For drinks, I got a glass of Pinot Grigio, which was nice and crisp. For my first course, I ordered the Insalata di Indivia, which was different than I expected, but still very tasty. I just wish it had a bit more sweetness from the pear. I also tried a bit of my friend's Broccoli alla Griglia "Caesar", which was even better! I highly recommend ordering this as a starter. For my entree, I chose the Spaghetti con Vongole. This was absolutely delicious. The pasta was perfectly al dente and I loved the tomato butter sauce. Service was friendly and seamless! My friend is gluten-free and they brought out a special gluten-free menu for her and double-checked about dietary restrictions at least 3 separate times. Overall, we loved this spot for dinner!
