We went with the St Elmo's shrimp cocktail, which was exceptional. For the main course we both got the filet. Wife got her's with the horseradish butter sauce, which she wish she wouldn't have added. My 12 oz was good, but not worth the price they are charging. No flavor to the steak. Lobster bisque was great. Fries were fries. Nothing to cheer about. My wife really liked the St Elmo's cola, and the Brimble mule was ok. Overall the price doesn't match the quality of the food. This place has a great ambiance and cozy feeling. It's great for a date lunch or date night. It's like walking into a library or study with cocktails and food. We received great service and decent food. Everyone in our party tried the lunch combination plates that are offered 11am - 4pm. I purchased the The Executive which came with 3 pieces of St. Elmo shrimp cocktail, 2 sliders or grilled salmon, small Caesar salad or fries. I went with the grilled salmon and fries and then changed my mind and asked for the Caesar salad. All in all my meal was good and my salmon needed a little more flavor. Someone else in the group went with the Executive as well and instead of salmon got the 2 sliders cooked medium. She said her meal was good and she would purchase it again. We also tried the Lemon drop and Pop's old fashioned. I've had better lemon drops and the the old fashioned was amazing. To end the day we all shared the white chocolate blueberry bread pudding. A part of St. Elmo's, 1933 delivers the same quality of food conveniently located at the yard at fishers district. I come here for training and I always stay at the Hyatt so 1933 is just a walk downstairs. Service is ok, wait can be VERY long esp on weekends so make a reservation. Shrimp cocktail- a classic! Super 'spicy' fresh horseradish cocktail sauce smothering in massive shrimp. So worth it, must get every time. Any of their steak is a great choice! Really love the prime rib for its value and the awesome sauce. The filet and bone in ribeye are also good options. The salad is a wonderful 'healthier' option. Wagyu meatball- can be a meal on its own! This thing is delicious! Comes w marinara sauce and grilled bread you can dip it in.. yummmy! They have a big drink selection ! My colleagues always go for their old fashions, or whisky flight. I personally love the bramble which is a blackberry Moscow mule. Me & the meatball was love at first site! I'm big on Italian cuisine & they did not miss with this! It's a bit spicy but not too spicy to where you mouth is burning, it blends all the perfect combinations of Italian spices! I've only been twice & each time the food is always on point. We went to 1933 Lounge in Fishers for Devour Indy. Since it is a sister restaurant of both St. Elmo Steak House and Harry & Izzy's, we went in with very high expectations.... And they delivered. We had a reservation for 4pm, when they were switching from lunch to dinner. The place was fairly busy. There were a few open tables but not many. We were surprised given the early hour. We had to wait a few minutes, but not many, for our table. We ordered off the Devour Lunch menu. My wife and I both had the Executive for $24. It came with a 3-piece St. Elmo shrimp cocktail, 2 sliders or grilled salmon, and a small caesar salad or fries, and a soft drink or iced tea. We both ordered the grilled salmon. The shrimp were not as large as the ones you get at St. Elmo or Harry & Izzy's and they did not have as much of the cocktail sauce. In fact, my wife could have used more of the sauce. However, the salmon was a nice large piece of fish. It was seasoned well and was filling. It came with a nice side dipping sauce but it was good on its own as well. It did take a bit longer than expected to receive our food. In fact, we kept wondering when our shrimp cocktail would arrive. Apparently, with deals such as Devour Indy, they bring all your food at one time and on one plate. So, our appetizer was served along side our entrée. Unfortunately, we were so hungry by the time our food arrived, that I forgot to take a picture.... My wife and I both just immediately "dug in". I wish we could have had our appetizer first and/or been told they would arrive together. Since we were unaware, we were left wondering and famished. Our service measured up the wonderful service we've come to expect from St. Elmo and Harry & Izzy. Courteous and prompt. There was a roaming floor hostess / manager that was checking in with tables. She did not stop at ours but did at a couple of those surrounding us. That is always a nice touch. We were celebrating a birthday and indicated this on our reservation. We were a bit disappointed we did not get a free dessert and/or a reduction on the bill for a dessert... which is the norm for both St. Elmo and Harry & Izzy. I do not know if 1933 Lounge doesn't honor such events or it was an oversight. We did receive a birthday card, signed by all the wait staff and management. As I said, we were only "a bit disappointed" because the meal was very filling! We felt it was a good value given the quality of the food and the service. We will return. read more

This is a lovely place located in the fishers district. The food is tasty just basically have a menu of Harry and Izzy and St Elmo's. What makes this place special is that it is also a lounge where you can just chill and have drinks. It has a great atmosphere. Our service with Steve was probably the best I been around. There is free parking and I would probably dress up just a little bit to go eat. Overall I would say a 10/10 would try again. The Mac and cheese was great! This is the worst tuna I've ever had, and this wasn't very fresh either. Understand that it's hard to get fresh seafood given the location of Indianapolis, though given the price of the place, I had expected better quality . The waitress didn't really check on us either. You'll find many old favorites from the downtown location on this menu, with some new dishes only found here. They have a nice outdoor seating area perfect for just grabbing a cocktail, while the inside is decorated with rich tones. I think by far my favorite dish was the 1902 sushi roll. I had never been a huge fan of sushi before trying this roll, but the quality of the 1902 roll has changed my mind. Another noteworthy menu item is the wagyu slider topped with Brie cheese. Boy was this place CLASSY! I was with a group of 8 more people and without a reservation I thought we would be turned away, but to our surprise they were able to accommodate us immediately despite it being moderately busy. I opted for smaller plates and got the Wagyu and Fillet Sliders along with the Lobster Bisque. The Fillet was so juicy and tender, and the Wagyu was fantastic with the melted brie (if I were to go again I would definitely get the large version of this burger). The Lobster Bisque was so unbelievably rich and had such a great flavor with large chunks of lobster throughout. I really wanted to make room for dessert and the bourbon butter cake did not disappoint! The cake was so warm and was quite a large portion (definitely shareable). So glad we got to visit 1933. Everything was simply amazing the covid protocols were spot on . We Made a reservation and was seated immediately . Our server was great and was very knowledgeable about their extensive menu . We decided on two medium rare steaks that were cooked to perfection very juicy not dry at all. For the sides my husband got a lobster tail and a got the lobster Mac and cheese that was very cheese and filled with large pieces of lobster with every bite and we split a French fry . We made a last minute reservation for 4 and I do think you want a reservation here. I've tried to sneak in for a table of 2 or even a spot at the bar on the weekends and never had luck. As with all in this restaurant group, the service is impeccable. Our server was attentive and helped guide us when we asked for his input. We ate well on this outing. Really really well. The group started with the classic shrimp cocktail and oysters. Everything was fresh. I had the steak salad and it was fantastic. All our entrees were cooked exactly to our specifications. I kept sneaking bites of my tablemate's mashed potatoes, they were well-seasoned and creamy. Lastly, as always, the cocktails here are perfection. If you want an overpriced meal with mediocre service this is the establishment for you. Decided to dine here with a group of friends to celebrate Valentine's Day. We started off with drinks. No complaints they were all great and our server was very prompt. Everyone order appetizers and we got the Izzy roll it was delicious and we also tried the shrimp cocktail very good. Everything went downhill after this. We all ordered steaks. I went with the filet mignon. I ordered my steak medium well. It was served well done. A friend ordered her prime rib well done and it was medium. At no point did anyone apologize and we had to wait an additional 20 minutes to receive new steaks. The sides were terrible. The asparagus was drowned it salt it wasn't even edible. I had high hopes for our king crab Mac and cheese was left disappointed. My husband and I joked we have had better meals at Texas Road House for a quarter of the price we spent here. We had made reservations for two so I was surprised when we were seated at a high bar table for two 2 tables away from the busy entrance. Very noisy & distracting & hard to hear a conversation. The other issue is that the high bar chair is difficult for a shorter older person to use. It is our fault that at this point we didn't ask to be reseated but it was very busy & just were trying to make the best of it. Our server was very friendly and helpful at the beginning but when we asked if we could get rare-ish prime rib she said it was more to the medium temperature. We were very appreciative of her honesty. So my husband & I decided to just order appetizers & drinks. I feel at this point our server ghosted us & when one of the appetizers was brought out by her "helper" he did not brings plates. We waited about 10 minutes until we asked a passerby waiter if we could have plates. We asked for the check & server asked if all was okay & we told her why we just opted for appetizers. She informed us that they don't serve the prime below a medium temperature ever. It would have been nice to have that information listed on the menu or somewhere. Expensive dinner & we didn't even get an entree. Someone mentioned in an earlier review that this place is more geared towards grabbing a drink and an appetizer not for a nice sit down meal. I tend to agree & will know better in the future. Shrimp cocktail was outstanding as it is at all the HC restaurants... do not recommend the grilled bacon slab, it is tough & hard to chew. Yum, yum, yum!! Love that St Elmo brand has expanded to Fishers. We came here for a special date night during covid. The tables were a little more spaced out than normal but it still felt pretty full. They seemed extremely busy which is probably normal for a Friday. For our entrees I got the fish special and splurged for the lobster bisque starter. The bisque was creamy, smooth and had so many chunks of lobster. The fish entree was served with a truffle creamed corn. It was to die for. My husband got the French dip which is his favorite and he orders it every time we go to a St Elmo restaurant. Everything was mouthwatering and I am still thinking about that lobster bisque. For dessert we got the bourbon cake but I was so full at that point I don't remember if it was good or not.
