Amazing. Such a great experience for my son. The trainers are experienced and work so well with the kids. Highly recommend.

Facility, it is always clean and ready to go. Whether you sign up for a 15 minute session or a 45 minute session or you use the free weights it's ready for you. Another reason I really enjoy going here is because of all the lovely contest and decorations based on the season you'll see it and don't forget to log into their IG account at this location. They have the cutest little Advertisements and love for Hotworx. I love being called a warrior, and I enjoy seeing the smells when I come into this place. One of my favorite times was coming during Halloween because they had the cutest treats to take home that were actually very useful such as hand sanitizer and little hot works bracelets along with nail files. (Massage Therapist always need to manicure their nails) Not the real reason that I come to Hotworx when I can afford it and place it in my budget is because I understand the significance of the sauna Benefits and the sweating that occurs to help with detoxify my body. I love that there is an option of using the free weights because it allows me the opportunity to do some additional sets without worrying about if it's going to be crowded in the weight area . They have rib vent their platform for an additional workout class called the stretch I believe. I haven't tried it out yet, but one of my favorites is hot buns. The hardest Workout , that I have done here is the Warrior. I hope to be able to complete the Warrior in a couple of months with consistency.

Both my wife and I are recovering from multiple surgeries (her right arm x4, my left ACL) and had been released from insurance-covered physical therapy, which basically just means you are somewhat human again (can perform simple daily activities). While researching where we might get some good personal training in the area to help us regain strength the RIGHT WAY and THRIVE as older versions of our previously fit younger selves, we came across Streamline CrossFit. We also fortunately came into contact with a very nice couple who coincidentally had been Streamline members, missed it, and were thinking of going back after a few months of being away. Streamline offers a free evaluation (which was very hands-on and informative) and a free week of classes to any potential members. After our evaluations, I took one free class and decided to start the Fundamentals course right away so that I'd have a working knowledge of the movements. They allowed me to resume my free week after finishing Fundamentals, and now I'm a member. My wife has been getting personal training from Ely to build up to the point where she can safely participate in CrossFit classes. Despite his young age, Ely has proven to be extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He finds creative ways to describe or illustrate movements to help you "get it," and he is ALWAYS encouraging. Ely has helped my wife regain strength and athleticism that she wasn't sure she'd regain after her arm surgeries (yes, plural), and he's only been working with her a few weeks! In a couple more weeks, he expects to see her in his classes. She is very excited about her potential. Streamline does also have a childcare area, which is something that I've seen many members taking advantage of. Just check the schedule on their website for supervised hours. And there are Streamline Kids classes, which I understand are taught by Ely. I've seen parents with their kids there, and it's really cute and also great that they're setting an example of fitness and wellness. We are glad to have met Austen and Ely and their family members who also work there, as well as the other trainers JB and Jamie whose classes I've also attended. Everyone from the owners and trainers to the other members has been very welcoming and encouraging as we embark on a journey of rejuvenation through physical exhaustion (er... I mean EXERTION)!

I walked into Heroes CrossFit and after watching the last 20 minutes of a workout, I was convinced I would go to the my first class, (not get rich) and die trying to survive that hour. Here I am, almost 2 months after that and I can proudly say I survive on a daily basis and I can't get enough! SO, If you're thinking about joining, do yourself a favor and give it a try! I guarantee you will not regret it and, most probably, you'll be hooked like me. (The ONLY regret I have: not joining earlier!!) COACHES: Hands down, they're some of the most amazing people you'll meet, they've proved me I'm capable of more things than I give myself credit for. Every day I learn something from them and EVERY DAY they make me walk out feeling accomplished and proud of myself. ATMOSPHERE: I honestly felt welcomed since I first stepped in. Everyone is very friendly and wearing a smile on their faces (even at 5 am...). The team spirit between athletes is wonderful and as someone who finishes last on a 99% of the time, I am probably the one who gets most high fives and cheers! -wink- BEGGINERS: Even if you've never worked out in your life, don't let it stop you. They have an "Elements Program" which are three one-hour classes and basically get you through CrossFit movements and methodology. So no matter what, you will be prepared and you will understrand what is going on. Previous experience NOT required!! **FREE** : I bet that cought your eye. Yeah...we all love free stuff. Before you join you get a FREE weekday class. Once you join you get a super cool wrist band. After the Elements Program you get an even cooler WOD book. And every Saturday you get to enjoy a FREE community workout. Trust me: this place is AWESOME!!

In the past year I have HEALED a lifetime of untreated injuries from going there. I'm no longer in constant pain every time I move, use stairs, or even stand up after a period of sitting. I've dramatically increased my range of motion as well, and learned how to do things I'd never thought possible. My overall fitness level is phenomenal. Coaching: I can't emphasize enough the value of the coaching, especially as I have tried out a couple dozen other CrossFit gyms. The coaches here have a well thought out warm-up and cool-down, including mobility and accessory work. They also explain the "why" of it. There is careful instruction and demonstration for each movement of the workout from the best of the best of the best coaches. During workouts there is constant attention and coaching to both increase performance and eliminate the risk of injury. Ownership: The gym transitioned owners about 11 months ago. Every aspect of the gym has improved in that timeframe. Facilities, programs, and culture literally improve daily. The owner actually cares about the outcomes of the members and isn't just there to maximize profits, but instead focuses on the well-being of the members. The members are also really fantastic humans and have become the foundation of my social circle in and out of the gym. This is an incredibly inclusive community that will accept people wherever they are in life. Finding this gym has been the best thing that has happened to me since coming to Austin 6 years ago.
