    Roast beef and cheddar panini

I stopped in for lunch while passing through town because of the great reviews and I was in the mood for a sandwich. I'm so glad I did. I was greeted immediately and given a menu. I ordered and didn't wait long for my food at all. My sandwich, the roast beef and cheddar panini was delicious, tons of flavor with perfectly caramelized onions . The bread was pressed and toasted the way it's supposed to be. The restaurant was clean with a homey ambiance. If it was a nicer day I would have sat outside as I am not a fan of high tops from a comfort perspective, but I understand why they had them, because space is limited. But at the same time, I did not feel cramped. I would return without hesitation if I find myself in The Plains again

I dropped to me knees when I entered this restaurant I just knew it was going go be banging lol. Shoutout to the own for making my partner and I feel at home and letting me try one of their caramel chocolate brownies it is AMAZING. I appreciate this business being black owned as well, I will be back very soon. Preciate ya'll!

We had a mediocre lunch stop here on our way to West Virginia. Setting was quaint in the charming town of The Plains, and service was friendly and attentive. The problem was the food. We got the short rib grilled cheese and the knuckle sandwich (both got good reviews), but we found both of them to be dry and rather bland. Dogs are allowed inside, though, so always a good option for us :)

2 Kyles is not noticeable when one is traveling through The Plains. It's located in a building at the back of a parking lot - which is at the end of a driveway. I stumbled across online mentions of 2 Kyles - so I figured out where they were physically located. I've sampled both their White Chicken Chili and their version of an Italian Sub. Both were really good. I was especially impressed with the crunchy texture of the exterior of the sub bread that was used. Apparently - some of their ingredients/products are baked in New York by one of the Kyles - and then shipped down. There is a small dining area - for a large guy like me - the chairs were very uncomfortable. While I was waiting for my order to be ready - I chatted with the young lady working the counter to learn more about 2 Kyles. I will be back to sample some more menu items! #2Kyles

BLUF: Cute, cozy joint for soup & sandwiches. Gets a bit tight with more than 6 or 7 people inside. Nice staff & owner. Food is tasty but a little underwhelming. Kinda pricey, smallish portions, assembled food or trucked in. Nice setting for a quick snack but too squishy inside to relax for a comfort meal & seating outside looked a little flimsy. If you need to catch a quick bite on the road trip in or out of town & want to stretch your legs for a few, 2Kyles is a sweet spot. If you're the only customer there, it's a great place to relax, but it gets too uncomfortably tight in there with more than 7 customers. The food seemed somewhat fresh (except the desserts in the case that looked really dried out), but not too imaginative. No magical symphony playing on these taste buds, but a good rustic place to hang when it's not crowded or busy. Some outdoor seating so you can enjoy the quaint l'il town.

We've heard some positive reviews about 2Kyles on the Northern VA Foodie FB Group and from friends, so we stopped in for lunch one day. This is a quaint sandwich shop in The Plains, behind The Front Porch and they offer a lot more than just sandwiches, such as soup, chili, pizzas, salads, and interesting appetizers. Everything is made fresh in-house, including sauces and their roast beef for their sandwiches. The Kyle working up front is very helpful and friendly. He offered a suggestion of the Knuckle Sandwich, which I took and it was excellent! The Turkey, Apple, and Brie sandwich was also a fav of ours. We also tried their soup of the day, which was acorn chowder, very rich and tasty and their chili of the day was a white turkey chili. The chili was very interesting, the turkey was incredible and it had barley in it as well. They offer wines and non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy with your lunch, as well as Rt11 potato chips. There's seating inside, 4 tables with seating for 2 to 4 each, as well as plenty of outdoor seating too. Next time we're in the area, visiting wineries, we'll probably stop in and grab a picnic to take with us. They do feature charcuterie here too. Definitely suggest stopping in!

Came here for an event with my winery group and had a great experience. The owner Kyle is so thoughtful and offered great service, great food, and great wine. Would highly recommend.

OMG. I wish I heard about this place so much sooner! Super quaint place with AMAZING STAFF and food to match! I ordered 6 different sandwiches, 2 bottles of wine and a charcuterie board and absolutely nothing was left over. I wish I could give 10 stars as this is going to be my favorite place for fresh (and I mean fresh) food. A must try if you haven't already! Another Plus is they're starting a Happy Hour so seriously people should stop by, hang with the friendly staff and have some amazing eats!!!

Great place to grab a sandwich, happy I tried them out. We got the Little Italy Hero, Short Rib Panini, and the mini herbed chicken calzones for my little one. All were delish and I am excited to go back and explore the pizza and different sandwiches next time. Parking was very easy, and there is lots of outdoor seating. The staff was extremely friendly.

Stopped by for lunch during the weekday & opted for their weekday lunch special of $10 for 2 slices…read more& a drink. Ordered a slice of: margherita, grandma pizza, BBQ chicken, & plain cheese. Pizza here is delicious!! Great, thin, crispy crust. The Margherita here is with a white sauce, not red, but still enjoyed it. My son LOVED the BBQ one. My favorite was the slice of grandma's pie. Slightly thicker crust & I loved the red sauce on it. On the tangy side, which I prefer. We recently moved to Haymarket from Fairfax area & was bummed we couldn't find a good pizza spot that could compare to our favorites (Andy's, Crust neapolitan). Lo & behold, this is it!! We'll be regulars here for sure. Great, quick service too. Already planning a big order for my son's upcoming birthday party :)

Just like back in New York where I grew up. Don't often get that here. Service was quick, prompt, and efficient. There is a cooler with drinks, one cooler for non-alcohol, one cooler with alcohol. There are some tables inside to eat at after you order at the counter, or you can get takeout or delivery. Parking is a bit confusing since there are a lot of other stores, but you will figure it out. You can park behind or to the side of Valentino's and walk a tad bit. No more than a minute. It's fine.

My husband went with the meat lover's pizza. While he was happy with his pizza, I was absolutely blown away by my pasta. Everything about it was perfect -- from the texture of the pasta to the richness of the sauce. It was incredibly satisfying and easily the best thing I ate all trip. We loved it so much that we came back a second time before heading home and ordered another one to-go for our daughter (yes, it survived the 2-hour drive!). The staff was kind and efficient, and the restaurant itself was clean and well kept. This spot has officially made it to the top of my list for future visits.

After searching lobster ravioli online, this restaurant came up, and the photos looked so good that we decided to give it a try. When we arrived, we were greeted right away and seated promptly. However, it took a while before anyone came to our table. Two younger waitresses were standing in the back talking with someone they appeared to know, and after about 15 minutes, another staff member finally asked if we had been helped. When I told her we hadn't, she immediately took our drink and food orders. The atmosphere was pleasant and family-friendly, with a relaxed vibe. Once our waitress took over, she was amazing--attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. It was well worth the visit, and I'm so glad I found the place again. I'll definitely be making a trip back!
