Oh my word this place is soooo yummy! We ordered the garlic shrimp and when I tell you I'll be dreaming about this garlic shrimp for a long time, I'm not exaggerating. The rice that came with this dish was also topped with roasted garlic and I quite literally inhaled this entire plate. If you love garlic like me, this is the dish for you. The shrimp and rice were also cooked to perfection! We asked for sides of beef pho broth just to have a soup to sip with the meal and was this a side size? No! It was a full bowl and they brought out garnishing for the price of a side of broth. I was so grateful for this lovely gesture! The broth was a bit salty, but rich in deep, beef flavors. I enjoyed every sip! Our server was also really helpful and the food stall itself is the cutest. Lots of imported treats from Asia and an unmatched aesthetic/storefront! Gimicky, overpriced noodles. For $15, you're essentially getting a dressed up bowl of instant ramen. I got the anti-gravity shrimp noodles and they were just ok. Noodles were properly cooked al-dente, but that's honestly not too hard to do and should be a baseline expectation. The fried shrimp included in the dish were pretty soggy. I've tried the anti-gravity noodles and cajun shrimp platter here. The anti-gravity noodles are basically garlic noodles with a visual twist. I expected it to be Instagram-worthy but not that tasty, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was also delicious. It is pricey for garlic noodles, so it's not my first option if I'm just craving garlic noodles without necessarily wanting that visual. I got the cajun shrimp platter to-go, and it came in an aluminum tray! It was massive! It was yummy, and I got at least three meals out of it. Definitely a bang for your buck. The only thing is it is hot and a little heavy/quite a handful to carry if you're parked a little far. Parking at the Anaheim Packing District is always difficult around dinner time. I've had better luck around weekday lunch time, but I usually park by Presotea/Okayama Kobo on the other side of the Packing District. read more

Finally getting to try these infamous noodles and they honestly did not disappoint. Service was super friendly and the storefront is beautiful! Nice spot on the bottom floor of the Pack House and lots of seating (it was a slow day on a holiday as well). I got the Anti-Gravity House Noodles. They were insanely good and I was surprised to find they were thin egg noodles (mì) and not chow mien noodles that I'm used to seeing in traditional garlic noodles (also my fault for not looking at the photo that was accurate for what you get lol). I'm a big lime girly, so ask for a couple more on the side to help with the rich sauces if you're also into that! My family wanted to try their Cajun Tater Tots. Though fried, it was light and crispy with a deep Cajun seasoning flavor. So yummy! It was nicely spicy and the perfect amount of richness plus a lime to cut through some of that rich. The sausage was a bit heavy, but had a delicious spice that helped with it, and the shrimps were plump and actually a bit snappy alongside a nice flavor from the fry on it. Everything combined was amazing and I will definitely come back on my next trip! Went to the Anaheim Packing district to walk around. Smelled this place and made a mental note to come back. Well.... I'M back!!!! Got the Cajun shrimp. Comes with 1 lb of head-on shrimp, corn, potatoes, and a choice of noodles or rice (we picked noodles), in a Cajun sauce. Did not disappoint! It fed 3 of us. This is located on the first floor of the Anaheim Packing House. There are no patron only seats for this restaurant but there are seats throughout on the first and second floors. I've been to the packing hall twice - once during the weekend when parking was ridiculous and once on a Monday when there were plenty of spots open. The store has various Asian snacks located in a little shop set up on the side. We tried the anti gravity shrimp noodles, chicken egg rolls, and the garlic butter shrimp. The noodles were served dry style and the shrimp was lightly battered - a lot of the flavor comes from the chili and fried onion toppings. The noodles remind me of Indome style instant noodles. The chicken egg rolls come in a set of 3 with a side of sweet and sour sauce, would get this again as it was a good appetizer. Lastly the garlic butter shrimp was a huge serving with lots of rice - was tasty in all its garlic butter goodness, would recommend this dish. I probably won't go here again. Service was good, but something was strange with the flavor of all the food we got. The Cajun shrimp platter and pho were decent, just a little less tasty than I've had at other places. The shrimp platter is kind of like kickin crab, just not as good. the pho is pretty basic and the raw beef was super, and I mean SUPER CHEWY. Great concept! I love the creativity of the anti-gravity noodles. It's an eye-catching and fun dish to sell. The mystery and excitement of this dish does wear off once you figure out how the noodles are floating though. The contraption is quite big, but the portion size is pretty decent. They're famous for their "anti-gravity" noodles which are presented in a way that makes it look like a ghost hand is executing a noodle pull. You have to see it to believe it. The aesthetic of the noodles was definitely more impressive than the flavor, but that being said, the taste was still there. BCE is cajun-inspired, so the dish was slightly spicy and very rich. I'm a sucker for good marketing and their "anti-gravity" noodles are what sold me. Unfortunately, I am here to report that I'm not super impressed after finally trying it out. Because their line was extremely long, I decided to order it for pick-up on their app thinking "Cool, I can skip the line while I chat with my friend, then finally try out the anti-gravity noodles!". When the time came to pick up my order, I was so disappointed to see them hand me everything in a to-go bag with styrofoam boxes. I looked sadly behind them to someone else's anti-gravity noodles with the hanging chopsticks, and I'd asked if I could get that since I have placed for pick-up. Lesson learned they informed me that all pick-up orders come in to-go containers. The mystery remains on how they keep the chopsticks floating in the air. To start, their egg rolls (3 pieces) were pretty tasty. No complaints there and started that off as an appetizer to my meal. Now to the main course and see what the fuss was about. I opened my garlic shrimp with the anti-gravity noodle bowl only to be disappointed with the small amount in there. For $16 (+$3 for extra sausage), I was hoping there would be more to it, but no. It's just 5-6 pieces of fried garlic shrimp with a handful of garlicky noodles. The shrimp was tasty and the noodles were decent, however, it was incredibly over-salted. My overall score for the eggrolls? 7/10. My overall rating for the shrimp? 6/10 Noods? 4/10. This was definitely a miss. I'm just glad I got to try it at least once. read more
