We got the Cajun shrimp platter and the anti gravity noodles. The anti gravity noodles could have had more flavor and for the price, the portion is not that big. The Cajun shrimp platter was well flavored and enough for mostly a snack and not a full meal with a bigger party. The food does take a while to come out, but it's in the Anaheim packing district so you can browse while you wait. read more

Three stars! Argh! I feel so conflicted, but I can't see myself giving more than three stars for what I experienced. Getting the good out of the way, the food was so instagrammable. I really love how their menu perfectly fits the vibes of the Anaheim packing house. Amazing. Negatives.. the way the noodles are positioned means they cool off way too fast, to the point of actually being cold when you eat them. Also, the sauce is very thick and the noodles are very starchy, which means that you're not getting beautiful strands of noodles, but more like clumps. And for the price..You're gonna expect better. 110% chance I'd try this place again and order something else, but as for the beautiful noodles I have posted, it's a pass. read more

I really wanted to support Vietnamese Cuisine at the Anaheim Packing district but it was difficult. We ordered 2 Pho Ga and it was disappointing. It saddens me that I write this review Maybe it was an off day for the entire team in Wednesday afternoon. Firstly the cashier took his time to get our order down. Upon pickup I had to remind him of bean sprouts, limes, hoisen and sriracha sauce. When we sat down to eat, the pho noodles were over cooked and soggy. Broth was not flavorful. It's an unfortunate introduction to Pho within the District, patrons should be advised to visit Little Saigon, Bolsa area for authentic pho Ga. (Excellent Flavor, reasonable price but lackluster service in Bolsa) Overall, this restaurant is more appearance and illusion "anti gravity" noodles. Too much flair, no flavor. read more

I came because I was drawn by the floating noodles concept but ended up throwing away most of it... I thought the sausage was an odd combination to have with the noodles, it was quite dry and tasted like pure egg noodles. It would be better if they served it warm with more signature house chili oil. Perhaps the standing nature of it dries it out faster. I also thought the sausage was pretty hard and not that chewable. Ground pork would make a better meat choice. My friend got the peeled shrimp platter and kudos for the portion being massive. I do think the other shrimp platter (unpeeled) is more appetizing bc it comes with corn and sausage as well. read more

I visited this spot a few months ago and was pleasantly surprised by the taste of the seafood and noodles! I ordered the Cajun Crab & Shrimp Platter, Cajun Mussel Platter, and Anti-Gravity Sausage Noodles. I didn't expect the flavors to be so good, as most aesthetically pleasing food spots tend to be average. However, the seafood boil sauce and noodles were decently seasoned and tasty. I've never been to the Anaheim Packing District so my friends and I decided to do a little food tour and made this our first stop! It's a cute little spot with super cute decor and plenty of photo ops. We shared the Anti-Gravity House Noodles which I thought was packed with flavors from cajun to garlic with a bit of citrusy kick. The dish came with garlic noodles, shrimps and sausage; they're generous with the protein portion as well. I loved how everything went so well with each other and the little crunch from the crispy onions add the perfect texture to each bite. Only gave this a 4/5 stars because it was a little too much on the oily side. :T read more

I decided to check this place out given all the social media on it in the Anaheim Packing district. For a price of $16 before taxes, it was OK. Portion wasn't too big but was filling enough given the noodle itself was quite heavy with butter and garlic. The shrimp and sausage were both good too. I will say, they use a massive piece of radish as a base and put a straw on it to hold up the noodles, so as a result; there is actually less volume in the bowl, meaning less noodles which was a bit disappointing. Was it worth checking it out? Yes, given the gimmick. However, if I return to the Packing district again, I'll most likely check out other restaurants instead. Service wise, they didn't provide me with any napkins until I specifically asked for it even though I tipped them in a counter service. Ambiance wise their storefront is quite picturesque, and being located in the packing district it was very grammable location. read more

Not bad... Stoped by the Anaheim Packing House for a quick lunch. Yes, there's east parking and plenty of choices inside to partake in, but very hard to get seating. Today we went with BCE noodles. I orders the Cajun shrimp platter which comes with potato and corn. We also ordered the house special pho. The pho was great and presented well. It was loaded with meat and noodles in a hearty broth. Onto the shrimp...the plate is great for two to share. It's plated well and has an appealing appearance. The corn os tender, the potatoes made just right and the shrimp are cooked well. Unfortunately there is a major lack of Cajun flavor. I tried the medium which tasted mild and asked for a hot sauce to spice it up. Sadly the sauce provided was more of a chili seed oil, not a Cajun sauce. This is primarily a noodle house which serves great noodles. They also have shrimp. As for the Cajun, the overall appearance was great but was not Cajun. I will come back and try a different flavor. Minus one star for lack of Cajun flavor. After looking at other peoples reviews and photos I truly believe they just ran out of Cajun flavoring on 2/11. My plate looked nothing liked other people's pics and had no spiciness or Cajun flavor at all. read more

Cute place! I got the anti-gravity house noodles, it came out really fast and I didn't wait long. But I honestly got it for the aesthetic, flavor was 3.5/5 it just tastes like chili garlic noodles with a hint of shrimp flavor. After a long day at Disneyland, I decided I wanted to try something unique for dinner. I always enjoyed the variety and atmosphere of Grand Central Market, and I liked how Anaheim Packing House had a wide variety of food vendors to choose from. So after a long day of enjoying many rides and constant walking, we checked into our hotel, then drove to the Packing House for dinner. Although I was initially thinking about getting poutine, the presentation of anti gravity noodles was quite eye catching. I decided to order the anti gravity sausage noodles. There was a long wait for the food, so I got some boba from a different vendor while waiting for my dinner. The noodles have a very strong garlic flavor. I really liked it, but I can see some people finding it a bit overpowering. I loved the cajun sausages which had a kick but was not too spicy at all. It was just a bit too salty for me, but not so much that eating it was unbearable. read more

I love how the take out container for this dish is in a foil pan. This makes it so much easier to eat everything. This place is on the first floor of Anaheim Packing House. When you go down the stairs, it's on the left side. The lady who took my order was very patient and was able to answer all my questions. I ordered the Cajun shrimp platter. It came with rice, shell on shrimp about 15 pieces, one corn, and potatoes. The taste was sooo good! It wasn't salty at all. I was able to choose my spice level, so chose medium. The medium was a perfect touch of spice for me. Only thing is I'm a garlicky type of eater, so having some "Cajun garlic" flavor to it would've been better. This platter can most likely fee two people, as I got full very fast. read more

Went to the Anaheim Packing district to walk around. Smelled this place and made a mental note to come back. Well.... I'M back!!!! Got the Cajun shrimp. Comes with 1 lb of head-on shrimp, corn, potatoes, and a choice of noodles or rice (we picked noodles), in a Cajun sauce. Did not disappoint! It fed 3 of us. Of course we have to save room for other food there! We sat outside where the Packing district had a "park" set up with tables/chairs. Nice ambiance! Next time I'm trying the anti gravity noodles. Stopped by the APD to see what new places had gone in. I didn't notice this place before and their pictures of what they serve outside their venue are what drew me in. Ordered the shrimp platter with medium heat. This was beyond delicious! Polite peeps, speedy service. I plan to try their other dishes like the gravity noodles and pho next time. Some previous reviews were pretty harsh on these guys regarding those mentioned dishes. I wouldn't pay attention to those haters. Outside of the floating aesthetics of the noodle dishes, I was genuinely curious about how the flavor of the Anti-Gravity noodle dish would be. The noodles were alright and the house garlic sauce was pretty average-tasting. The sausage was cooked well but didn't have it's own flavor since it just absorbed the same garlic oil. The entire flavor profile is very one-dimensional. I think if there was an acidic element or tang from some lime/lemon juice then it would elevate the dish and my taste bud excitement. read more

I've passed this place a few times and seen the employees do less than the bare minimum. Sausage noodle was not up to par. It was somehow wet and dry at the same time. I simply asked for water soon after I ordered and one of the girls prepping plates rudely said they don't give waters. She was the last straw. read more

Oh my word this place is soooo yummy! We ordered the garlic shrimp and when I tell you I'll be dreaming about this garlic shrimp for a long time, I'm not exaggerating. The rice that came with this dish was also topped with roasted garlic and I quite literally inhaled this entire plate. If you love garlic like me, this is the dish for you. The shrimp and rice were also cooked to perfection! We asked for sides of beef pho broth just to have a soup to sip with the meal and was this a side size? No! It was a full bowl and they brought out garnishing for the price of a side of broth. I was so grateful for this lovely gesture! The broth was a bit salty, but rich in deep, beef flavors. I enjoyed every sip! Our server was also really helpful and the food stall itself is the cutest. Lots of imported treats from Asia and an unmatched aesthetic/storefront! Gimicky, overpriced noodles. For $15, you're essentially getting a dressed up bowl of instant ramen. I got the anti-gravity shrimp noodles and they were just ok. Noodles were properly cooked al-dente, but that's honestly not too hard to do and should be a baseline expectation. The fried shrimp included in the dish were pretty soggy. I wasn't full after finishing my dish, so consider this a snack for sharing with a friend before you get a real meal elsewhere. read more

Located on the lower level of the Anaheim Packing House is 206 BCE, an intriguing fusion restaurant blending Cajun and Vietnamese flavors. The first thing that caught our attention, my dad and I, was the anti-gravity noodles, a unique concept worth trying. My dad also ordered an extra side of Cajun fries. The server was friendly and informative, explaining the ingredients in each dish. Our meal buzzed ready about 15-20 minutes after ordering. The presentation was impressive, with the noodles actually appearing to float! After snapping a few photos, we prepared to dig in. That's when I noticed the downside of the anti-gravity feature--the noodles wrapped around the chopsticks were cold. However, the noodles themselves were flavorful and well-seasoned, which made up for the temperature issue. Unfortunately, the sausage was a letdown, tasting overly smoky, as did the shrimp. If you ever try this dish, I recommend opting for it without the proteins, as the noodles stand out on their own. On the flip side, the Cajun fries were disappointing.
