I wanted to upgrade my 1969 built home's electrical panel from 100A to 200A in Redmond, Washington . So I have 3 plugs in the garden all of which decided to stop working at the same time. I approached 3 companies for a quote. 206 were the first to respond and what particularly impressed me was they didn't want fees upfront and were very competitive with the price. I contacted Sergey and he was available to come today on Sunday. No extra charge for this. Sergey turned up on time in fact he even called me prior to the appointment to see if he could fix it over the phone without coming out or charging me. That was very impressive and shows real customer care. We couldn't make the fix over the phone so 206 arrived on time and as I took them through the issues Sergey was excellent in explaining possible issues and what could be done. This company did a excellent job. This job was completed in a timely manner, for a reasonable fee.

They cancelled my first appointment 45 minutes after the appointment time and so we rescheduled. Got the confirmation text the morning of, to which I replied immediately confirming the time. Appointment time came and went with no one showing up or calling to report a delay. I texted an hour after the scheduled time to verify someone was still coming to which I was told their phone didn't alert them to my confirmation text that morning. Not sure why you wouldn't check in another time after an appointment was already set. Very frustrating waste of time. read more
