I politely texted that I understood they may have run longer and to please let me know if they would still be able to come out. No response. The next day I waited until about 10am to give them some time in case they were still. busy. I called, and they didn't answer and there was no way to leave a message. I get it if you are booked and can't help out, but to be "ghosted" by a business and not have your calls returned is crazy. All they had to do was return a phone call and say they couldn't help. I must assume that they are flush with business and don't need anymore work so more power to them. In the meantime I will just have to tow my car to a dealership to get something fixed that should have been relatively easy. I would have attempted to work on it myself but my hand is out of commission for the week which is why I was opting for a mobile mechanic. Waste of time

The service was just a brake check. The technician went over it very thoroughly. For a 15-year-old truck it should not need that thorough of a check and everything new for replacement parts. Turns out all they did was change the battery I could have done myself and clear the code. Then they said if the light comes back on bring it back and they would diag for an additional fee.
