These guys were fantastic. We hired them a few weeks ago to move our furniture only a few miles away. We wanted to do the boxes ourselves to save money and they were very accommodating to us. I was concerned paying per hour that they might be slackers but not these guys. 3 men and a woman who all hauled it and worked so incredibly hard and got us all moved over in 5 hours! I saved a ton more than I would have paid from the estimate I received from those few men and a (must be Mercedes) truck that wanted thousands from us! Seriously, you can't go wrong with 24 hour movers. I wanted to do this review since I know how stressful moving is and finding the right help makes it harder. Hope it helps. read more

Terrible experience. Showed up late b/c their gps took them down a closed street and they couldn't figure out how to find an alternate route (probably bc they were high but what do you expect in Colorado) Manager called from the office to get directions but he seemed to stoned as well. They kept asking us what else to load on the truck even though we already pointed out the few items on the main floor that was staying. We told them to use the area rugs in the house when they ran out of moving blankets but they couldn't be bothered to do that. They put a medium sized table on top of a medium moving box that ended up getting crushed. We gave them bags to put the mattresses in but they didn't tape the bag closed or even try to secure the bag so it just fell to the floor after being in the truck and the mattress got dirty anyway. They didn't pack the truck efficiently either time wise or space. Took 6 hours to pack a 26' truck and couldn't get everything on there. We had to show them how to get the last of the items that we could fit onto the truck. If I wanted to hire dumbasses that needed to be supervised at every turn I could have just found some teenagers in the neighborhood and paid them a lot less. Would never do business with this outfit again. Bunch of rude stoners who don't care. read more

These guys were available quickly, which was nice. Fast or fore thinkers, not so much. We waited all day to get our belongings and they got lost, which cost us and a leisurely lunch was also on us. Two days of it. They show up at dusk and no beds or even a couch. So we have nothing to sleep on the first night. Second day. Same scenario. All i can say is our things got here and they didn't break anything. It was costly, even with the "deals thrown in" after the lunch and getting lost, etc. And I guess sitting at the end of our driveway to calculate everything. I could have complained but I was so worn out, what is the point?? Millennials. read more

Do not hire these people! The guys that showed up to our house made it clear several times that they aren't professional movers, just laborers. He said it at least 3 times and was totally rude. They call and can't tell us where they are. They said the gps was taking them somewhere else because the road was closed. The road was not closed, it was taken down to two lanes that cause a 2 minute delay. I even called a local business on that road who looked out the window to verify it was not closed. They wanted to take a back way to get high on the way to our house. They arrived (well, one dude) reeking of marijuana. Great, I really want stoners loading my stuff and being around my children. They also picked and chose what to load on the truck. Why would they not understand that everything in our house was going? Why leave my headboard, but take the frame and mattress? Yeah, we didn't have all things packed, but that doesn't need to stop them from moving everything we did have ready to go. It started raining and he's like oh I can't work in the rain, we will be electrocuted! I'm like dude, you can still move stuff from the upper level or lower level to the mark level. These guys just don't want to work, or know how to work. Not sure . The guys that unloaded our truck in our storage unit said it was the worst packing job they had ever seen. Took them less than an hour and a half to unload our 26' truck. What a freaking waste of our time and money. read more

All I can say is wow! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Nate AJ and Liam were amazing. Very friendly and professional. They were able to get me moved within a few days notice and worked with me when I needed to reschedule last minute (basement flooded ). Helped finish packing even disassembled and reassembled beds at new place. Another major plus they didn't drag their feet to drive the cost up. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future if I move again or for other services (handymen). read more

Movers smelled like weed, took their time and broke my desk then blamed it on the desk. I previously gave them 5 stars but this was a whole new experience. When moving my cat tower one of them said "I hate cats". Super unprofessional. Complained several times about things being heavy. read more

Absolutely the Worse!! I used them before and they broke a glass table and they were very slow. Hirehelper took care of everything and reimbursed me. I thought I would give them another chance as I was in a very bad situation. Nate informed that If I went through him direct, I can get better pricing, BIG Mistake! They were VERY Slow! They were caught dancing to music, constant talking. My 16 year old daughter was faster then them. James and his team complained on how small my Uhaul truck was and that my stuff won't fit and it was my fault. Then they complained my storage was too small. I know it was not, as I had it delivered in a POD from NY. Absolutely do not know how to pack things in a truck or into a storage unit to minimize space; they just placed items all over with no organization and as fast as they could. I had several items laying out that needed to be placed in the front of the storage unit and one particular box that stated "Fragile do not place anything on top"; what do they do, they place it way on top and placed another box over; so both boxes fell over and my stuff broke. The stuff I needed access to, where thrown to the back of storage and can't get to them. Looks like a tornado packed it! When James was carrying in my kitchen table, I walked behind him and he slamming my kitchen table against the walls for over 3 times and finally said, "hey can you please be careful"; and no response. Now it has a lot of damage amoung other things. Bought then drinks and tacos, no appreciation. Lastly, James and myself had an agreement and completely lied and tried to charge me more money and the security police got involved as I was being Threatened by James and another kid working for him. Yelled and screamed to throw me under the bus. I called his wife Chelsea and Nate; and they stated they are not responsible for all my damage; nor would give me any type of refund!! ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE; THEY ARE THE WORSE!! read more

I've done many moves, and this was by far the worst. I let them know exactly what we'd like done and they quoted me two hours worth of work. Well it turned into 5, which more than doubled my estimate from 250-550. The owner said he couldn't get the baby's crib apart because one of his guys left a bit on another job site, and when I said he'd have to figure it out, he replied "you're lucky I'm even taking this apart because it wasn't requested ". I told him that I specifically requested that everything be taken apart and that this was about my 10th move and that I knew what they had to do. His excuse was that his wife was probably overwhelmed with all of the calls about moves and documented the wrong file. Once they finally had my 3 bedrooms broken down (about 2 hours) then they proceeded to my new home to unload. Once they arrived, I received a call from the owner's wife asking if they could leave and go to another job before putting the furniture back together. I told them no because I didn't trust them to come back, and that the baby needed a place to sleep. Then the owner had the audacity to ask me to put the crib back together, which I wasn't doing because I was paying them to do it: After they left, I noticed that they didn't complete the setup of a bed (they just left it laying on the ground). They had taken couch feet apart and left them on the garage floor with screws strewn about. Bottom line, if you want bad service and to pay double the quoted price then this is your company. I'm sure they'll make some excuse in regards to this review because they made excuse after excuse while moving our stuff. read more
