First, I called and scheduled an oil change and emissions on one of our cars. It was scheduled for two days later. Dropped it off, waited about 30-40 min and then done! I had my insurance roadside tow my car down the street here. They called to let me know one could just be repaired but the other one should be replaced. We replaced both tires and got an oil change. Everything was done by the next morning. Prices were reasonable and service impeccable. They picked me up to get the car. Timmy always provides above and beyond customer service and really makes you feel like a valued customer. I have been to so many auto shops in Loudoun County and none were as honest and convenient! They said the muffler was not connected to the manifold gasket properly. They also said that the axel was connected with a zip tie instead of a metal clamp. Took the bill from the other shop to the AAMCO owner and he said he would send me a check. I detected some sarcasm but wanted to see if he would follow through. Haven't received a check yet. One of those situations where I wish I had taken my vehicle anywhere else from the beginning. I will never take a vehicle there again and would encourage everyone that I know that has a transmission problem to stay away from that shop.
