First, I called and scheduled an oil change and emissions on one of our cars. It was scheduled for two days later. Dropped it off, waited about 30-40 min and then done! Best of all they did not try to make me do a bunch of unnecessary things. Paid and I was out. $99 for an all synthetic oil change was very reasonable. Second, I had two flat tires. I had my insurance roadside tow my car down the street here. They called to let me know one could just be repaired but the other one should be replaced. We replaced both tires and got an oil change. Everything was done by the next morning. Prices were reasonable and service impeccable. They picked me up to get the car. Timmy always provides above and beyond customer service and really makes you feel like a valued customer. I have been to so many auto shops in Loudoun County and none were as honest and convenient! I'm so glad we found a reliable place nearby with such excellent service!

However, my mother took her Toyota Prius here recently due to a headlight being out. She was quoted $100 for her headlight to be fixed. They called her and told her due to the type of headlight it was actually going to cost $250. As they were doing work on the vehicle they saw the Ballast was broken. They called her and told her it was going to be $500. When she got to the shop to pick up her vehicle, the bill was $680. We were really shocked with how expensive it was. With some negotiating the price went down to $580. Once we paid and got to the vehicle there were multiple easily observable scratch marks on the paint near the headlight. Thankfully they ended up agreeing to fix the paint scratches. The prices for the parts seemed excessive compared to what you can find online. I would recommend bringing your own parts here.

Since moving to Virginia I come here for anything that is not an oil change or a state inspection (mostly because I live in Alexandria and Manassas is a bit of a hike), but my fiancee has been coming here for years with nothing but good comments. One example was a problem with her Honda Civic that the dealership told her would be $3,100 to fix. Logan found the same problem and another that the dealership did not find and fixed the car for $1,600. Most jobs are completed same-day if you call ahead to let them know you are coming. The work done here lasts and those that work here are very nice. Furthermore, they will describe problems in lay-speak so you can understand what is happening with your car even if you are not a gear-head. Logan taught (not sure if he still does) a class for people about cars so they can be educated enough to not be taken advantage of at other service shops. The building is a little hidden from the main road, so finding the place is helped by using Google Maps or a GPS. There is a lobby for you to wait while they work on your car, and though it is small, it features a television, free coffee, filtered water, and free wi-fi. Bottom Line: tucked away in a small unassuming building, is this great car doctor with excellent bedside manner.
