    Great salads!

Other than being right off Hwy 46 w the busy traffic this place rocks. Plenty of seating inside and out and a great menu. Get there early for parking but this service is great and the food is excellent. From a great Axis or Bison burger to great salads and other sandwiches like a great Ruben and tortilla soup this place is fantastic!

Looks are certainly deceiving with this Brewhouse for sure. What appears to be a casual bar that might serve wings and burgers is actually a restaurant offering a diverse menu with well crafted dishes. Obviously from the name, they serve a large variety of beer and drink options but they also have an extensive menu and even offer weekend specialty dishes. I ordered off of the weekend menu. I chose an amazingly unique flatbread quiche with a Mediterranean filling and a side of potato leek soup, which was very flavorful and complimented my quiche perfectly. I'm not a big beer drinker so I decided on the mimosa flights. what appeared to be a light menu order left me filled, and satisfied with the flavors from my food. The servers are very professional and attentive and they even had a three piece jazz style band entertaining on the front deck.

I couldn't have asked for a better day then to visit The DD. My best buddy said "Bar, now" and with no questions asked I told everyone at home "Bye" and headed out. It was beautiful weather for an outside sit and have some beers. To my surprise they had a live jazz band playing. Apparently this is not a new thing they do this regularly. The music was on point. It was our waitress that made the experience the absolute best that it was. Her name was Ja'Toni and though she was not check on us as frequently as anyone would usually expect, but still she was very professional, nice, and courteous. Then there was Hannah and Annsley a good duo. They were always running around and taking care of their tables. Its good to see a restaurant or just any establishment with hard working staff. When my buddy and I were sat it took too long for us to be greeted and take our orders, and it was the same kinda wait for our food. Either way no harm done, the pretzel and sausage app was DELISH as well as the assorted sauces it came with like the melted cheese, mustard, and spicy jam. Kuddos!! One of the band members clocked my buddy and I as Marines so he brought us a cup of crayons as another app. It made us bust out laughing.

Passing through driving home to Prairieville, Louisiana and stumbled upon this place. Great food. Great service and perfect atmosphere. Bonus was live music on. Sunday night.

Finally made it here after reading about it, from back in the early days of craft breweries in Texas. Uber'd in, so can't speak to parking. Was pretty busy for the evening meal, but we were seated quickly, and had our orders in by the time our pints arrived. Opted for burgers (I had the Axis burger), Hop Queen had the sauteed veges for her side. Everything was tasty and went well with the high IBU IPA. Server was on the spot for refills, and anything else needed, other staff were friendly as well, even just passing by. Highly recommended for a meal, or a leisurely pub evening sampling pints!

Pulled up to a line waiting to get in since they open at 11a on Sundays--& we now see why. For June in Texas, the weather has been amazing--breezy and warm (not hot). We sat outside to live jazz music. Waitress, Erin, suggested the sausage links plate or fish and chips. We ordered one of each and it did not disappoint. I'm not a tartar sauce person (lean to malt vinegar) on my fried fish, but there's is exceptionally good. The pretzel that came with the sausage link plate was incredible - - comes with a side of beer cheese dipping sauce. They have a full line up of house brewed beers and some wines, including sparkling. We had a hard time deciding from the menu -- we definitely will return and recommend.

Fried okra, their pale ale offering and a lovely wine.

First visit there for my wife and I and we were very favorably impressed. The food, drink and atmosphere were all wonderful. I had the bison burger (cooked perfectly) and my wife had the axis burger. Sorry there aren't photos. I guess we were hungry. The fried okra, which we had as an appetizer, was also amazing. If you find yourself in Bourne and you're hungry and craving an excellent craft beer, do yourself a favor and stop here!

Great burgers and nachos, heart of boerne salad, like to drink the IPA beer, but the dark beer needs to be put back in the horse it came from ! Some days the waitress's are kinda gross and grungy ( dirty hair and look unbathed) just ignore that because the beer and food is better than average for boerne, Almost forgot probably the best fish and chips in the area, homemade potato chips are yum

The outdoor seating is well equipped with fans for the Texas heat. The live music is at the perfect volume, not too loud. The cilantro sauce that comes with the shisito peppers is special. The menu has a good variety of dishes. I highly recommend the fish and chips.

Covered view even in the rain.

Another great spot with terrific food and craft beer. Service was excellent and the German food plate of sausage, pretzel and warm potato salad brought me joy.

Always passing by this place when we decide to stroll thru Boerne but today was not that day! Our party of 9 was well serviced today for brunch. very friendly waitstaff! It was a Sunday and the Nelson Trio offered up some melodic jazz tunes to accompany our meal in the Biergarten. Not formal but a cozy casual atmosphere. Fantastic sunny weather with a slight breeze made sitting outdoors extremely pleasant. Quite impressed with the fish - beer batter perfection, and the fillet was moist and flaky. The house made dressing that accompanies the fish is a great relish. A little more than I would prefer to spend on a hamburger and fries but I do recommend the chicken wings, a generous amount of carrots and celery was a plus! There is a great kids menu and the salad varieties on the menu looked promising for a return visit Truly uncertain the ease of wheelchair access to the restroom, pretty tight hallway. I am curious enough to come back in the evening to check out the evening vibes!

Delicious Texas flavors and wonderful atmosphere..... I love the laid back vibe on Main Streetread more

Beware The "Pastrami Reuben"…read more I saw that hundreds of people on Yelp had reviewed Cibolo Creek Brewing and overall ratings were over 4 stars. I should have done a bit more reading and looking at the pictures. We stopped in on a mid-afternoon Sunday in early June. First impression upon entering through the front door was confusion. It was not really clear what the process was to order and get a seat. We approached the bar area and then noticed the "order here and seat yourself" signs. Several people came in behind us and so we felt a bit rushed to order. There were several craft beers on tap, but I was told I could not get a flight at the moment. I was able to get a taster, but with all the people behind me waiting to order, I didn't feel I had time to find out more about the beers before committing to a 16oz pour or lose my place in line. Shame on me for not doing my homework. We tried "The BEST Burger" and the "Pastrami Reuben", both with fries and two beers for close to $60 plus tip. The burger wasn't the best. It was sort of "meh". The homemade fries were good. The so-called Reuben was closer to a brisket sandwich than an actual Reuben. The meat was very mesquite-wood-smokey and then appeared to have been fried on a grill (definitely not steamed). It was very chewy despite being thinly sliced and had NONE of the flavor good pastrami has. The menu claims the meat is tri-tip, but tri-tip is known to be a tender cut. The meat on that sandwich was NOT tender. Cibolo Creek Brewery is in a great location (which sort of explains the prices) right next to the Cibolo Creek Trail and River Road Park and they do have a nice covered outdoor seating area with large family-style picnic tables. I may return to sample a few more of their beers and see if there is something I like better on the menu.
