The Master Chefen has your choice of rice, chicken, beans, cheese, sour cream, guac, tomatoes and lettuce. My SO orders the Royal Chefen it has all of the above minus the beans and add bacon. This restaurant reminds me of a chicken kitchen. First of all it is always busy. Good luck trying to find parking outside. There are about 20 spots and most people park in an adjacent parking lot or in the street. The food is prepared very similar. Right in front of you as you order and there are many options to choose from. They're constantly bringing out fresh trays so you know the food hasn't been sitting. It is a little pricey but a good option for a healthy meal. The food was fresh and tasted great. The portions are a good size to share or good for lunch the following day. I could only eat have of my meal. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the sauces. I tried the cilantro sauce and didn't find it that good. Overall it was a good experience. Always a fan of this place and food. But prices have been increased 15% or more. You Don't know until until you see the receipt that it doesn't match what's on the menu. Also coupon on the receipt expires two months before your original visit. How can a deal on my next visit from a visit on 8/20/2020 be used if that deal expired 5/15/2020. The chicken chop chop business has added another contender. 3 Chefs and a Chicken (how awesome is that name?!) has a feel of being more "trendy" and has a nice clean design inside compared to their competitors. I had the Royal Chefen, which had deliciously marinated/seasoned chicken breast (they add A LOT more chicken than other places), lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream, bacon bits and cheese all over a bed of yellow rice. Yea, I said bacon bits! It was extremely large - if you can finish it in one sitting you are a beast. Then the star of the show: The Sauces. They had about 6 or so sauces to choose from including my two favorite: Garlic Cilantro and Curry. Both were great! The tables were cleaned AS SOON as the customer got up to make way for the next person to sit down. They had a very nice older lady working the cleaning and she was super on top of everything from tables, to garbage to cleaning trays. I really dislike your drive thru and parking situation. During the pm hours, It's an accident waiting to happen. Nobody fits, and we have to do a strange maneuver to fit into the drive thru only to scrape the side or undercarriage of your car with the protruding medians and dodging incoming cars. This has happened to me twice! Whomever designed this space did not take car measurements into accountabilty. There is way too much sidewalk space and decorative palm trees. We need more driving space and a flow of some design. Here's an idea make the 82 ave entrance an exit only as to prevent drive thru "I was here first" mayhem. I waited and boy the wait was so worth it. The menu has alot of different options, enough to accommodate everyone. I decided to order an executive for my step dad with yellow rice, a sweet potato stacker for my mother and I ordered a burrito with no rice but added sweet plantains. Everything was delish!!!!!!!!! My family loved every bite and I was pleased with their smiles. A bit disappointed as lots of my Elite friends have raved about it. However, the chicken we got was rather bland, and worst of all, very dry. The skin and meat on the drumstick had shrank half way up and separated from the bone, that shows you how dry it was. I would say most of the rotisserie chicken, even the ones from Costco and Whole Foods, taste better than what I bought. It's a shame, I like their variety of sides and sauces, but I won't be returning. Especially consider how hard it is finding a spot in that little parking lot. They do offer free valet, though it feels an overkill for a fast food joint. One question though - the menu says "farm raised premium boneless breast". You walk in to the place and BANG- to the right is the menu and to your left the line to order, which is a tad bit too close to the entrance if you ask me. You place your order and then proceed to another booth where you pay once you have your food. The place is a little cramped in. I highly doubt 50 people can sit in there but the decor is pretty nice and you would've never known this place was a check, cash-in store before. They have a drive-thru as well as delivery in the nearby area. As for the food: it was good. Nothing more, nothing less. I swear their BBQ sauce tastes just like McDonald's BBQ sauce and their Curry Mustard sauce is just decent. They would get 5 stars if things moved a little faster. This place is in the heart of bird road so it's VERY VERY busy. I've tried ordering via delivery but it takes way too long for me to receive my food. Longer than an hour to get it. The reason it is so busy is because their food is fresh and tasty. My favorite menu items are the soups. They have this amazing tomato basil soup and spicy chicken soup that I always have to order whenever I go. Granted their chicken and tropi chops are good as well but you've had them once you've had them all. Their chicken is very flavorful so I usually get the soups and a side order of the chicken alone. Parking is a NIGHTMARE! It is a small parking lot with a drive through and it's located right in the middle of miami madness, regardless of the time! bird road and 80th avenue. If you intend on going bring lots of patience, the wait inside is not any better once you actually find parking, tons of people either pre-order or order there and it moves very slow. There are changes that management should and can do to move things along. BUT even with the parking issue, the delay in delivery and slow lines I still manage to go back for those soups!
