We wanted real tortas and tacos before heading home to Louisiana. Just so happened to spot this place along the way, and decided to stop. It did not disappoint. We were given chips and salsa, the green hot sauce was very good, and I knew our food would also be good based on the hot sauce alone. The fajita tacos were delicious , and on fresh made corn tortillas. All of the meats on our different dishes was very flavorful; we got fajita, barbacoa and brisket. Definitely a good little joint to stop at and support small business. Only about 3 min off the freeway. Our servers were very friendly and fast with our food. It appears as though the name may have changed recently, the signage says Cocina Sosa I believe.

The saying "delicious hole in the wall" perfectly describes this place. Man I love this place. The brisket tacos are my favorite, the corn tortilla they are on are delicious and the green sauce is one of my favorites. The food is authentic and makes me happy. Whatever you get here just make sure you get to try at least one corn tortilla, and dip it in the green sause....so dang good. This is my favorite taco place in the mid cities, my whole family (including kids love this place)

Ordered 3 Ninas to go via Door Dash. The food arrived perfectly! The flavors were wonderful and I can't wait to try more dishes from this restaurant. I got the Pastor Taco Plate which was just the right amount of food for lunch. I didn't feel like I needed to go into a food coma after eating!

I've been to 3 Nina 2 times and they never disappoint. Everything tasted fresh and authentic. The green sauce is very good, and the chicken enchiladas are yummy. The tacos are fresh with homemade tortillas. The place is small but good for a small group. It has a homely vibe. Come have a taste of homemade cooked Mexican food.

I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to find delicious tacos in Hurst instead of having to travel far to satisfy my craving. The staff is friendly and there are various items on the menu, but the street tacos are what caught my eye. Priced reasonably under $2 per taco, you get your choice of meat and tortilla type (price varies depending on meat and corn vs flour tortillas). I opted for carnitas, barbacoa, and pastor on corn tortillas, topped with onions and cilantro. The corn tortillas are the best corn tortillas I have ever had! Mainly because I could tell they were made in house. They were soft, fresh, and took the taco to a whole new level. They also have green and red sauce. The red sauce is spicier than the green, both had great flavor and I loved that they were actually spicy! I enjoyed eating at 3 Ninas and I will definitely go back. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I believed that the meat could use a bit more seasoning. The pastor was good, but I felt that cumin overpowered the rest of the flavor. The barbacoa and carnitas tasted similar, but of course the barbacoa was more tender and fattier, which I love. Both were good, but again, they just needed a few more spices to take it to the next level. However, the combination of the sauces, fresh tortillas, and friendly staff is what's making me want to go back! Side note: pay with cash to receive a 3.75% discount, otherwise there is a 3.75% service charge for other forms of payment.

Can't front. This is possibly by favorite taco place in Hurst. Some incredibly flavorful tacos here, without a doubt. But for me the star of the show are their handmade corn tortillas. Structurally strong enough to maintain their integrity while being pinched around the edges to hold in diced chicken or shrimp despite the rigidity of those meats... yet somehow soft enough to come apart in your mouth without really needing to chew. The texture is comparable to the inside of a Colombian arepa. It's pretty mind blowing. The staff is very sweet which is a definite plus. Highly recommend.

I've been craving some north side stockyards street style tacos! So when this came up nearby on yelp I had to give it a try. Tacos were tiny but that's to be expected of street style tacos. I got fajita tacos but the barbacoa taco was best in my opinion! The others were pretty dry an overcooked tasting, Chips seemed stale, but the salsa had a nice little kick! We paid about 15 for two taco plates. (Will include photo) This was a little hole in the wall joint but the service was friendly. My complaint is the rice an bean sides were so small I really recommend just getting tacos. I'll for sure be back for a couple barbacoa tacos. read more

Was in the area and stopped in here for lunch. Small place with at least 10 tables, maybe less. Cheap at $1.45-.1.75 a taco. Order at the counter. Nothing fancy, but I enjoyed the pastor taco and asada taco. Chips and green salsa were good. I would be here alot if I lived in the area. read more

Chips and salsa are pretty good. Service is inviting and friendly. The taco plate with brisket, pollo, and the pastor. All three where very good,especially with some if the spicy salsa. Be warned though it is pretty hot. Not for the faint of heart. I recommend if your in the area make the journey to this hidden gem. read more

Wow, have driven by here for a longtime and never stopped. Our BIG MISTAKE. Open at 8 everyday but Monday, we stopped in after church and each had the taco plate. Hand made flower tortillas (3) with your choice of meets, refried beans and rice. Incredibly fresh and perfectly cooked. Not a spec of grease on either plate. I loved the green Salsa, lightly spiced, the refried were awesome not the usual heavy lard after taste. Oh and doesn't forget the Flan, we split one cool and creamy with just a hint of chocolate not overly sweet.. absolutely how you would get it in Mexico. Bravo to the 3 Ninas. Not a large dining but clean. We will keep coming back read more

I ate here a couple weeks ago, and I'm so impressed. These people love food. I tried a sope with brisket, and was immersed in a flavor and texture experience to rival expensive French cuisine. Crisp lettuce, tangy sour cream, earthy bean, soft tortilla, and umami brisket came together in a perfect symphony of flavor. You've gotta try this place! The employees were quick and helpful; they brought iced water even though we requested without, but we're used to that. read more

Can't believe I always passed this place without giving it a try! I had always had the intentions of going since it's on my way to school, but never took the time to pass by. I had heard great things about this place by my friends recently so I finally decided to go on my lunch break along with my friend. As soon as I walked in the girl greeted us with a smile. The inside is colorful and very cute !! And they give you chips, salsa and bring the food to your table !!! Food and prices are GREAT !! Totally recommend!!! Was kinda disappointed however about the flan ...I ordered it because in the picture it looked good but when they gave it to me it was in a cup and very basic and not worth my $2.50. read more

My family and I ate dinner there last night and we all left hungry. That shouldn't be the case when you drop $42. The rice and beans needed flavor. The tacos were just ok. The corn tortillas were ridiculously small. My husband ordered a torta and that's exactly what he got. No fries or anything on the side. We also ordered flautas but the chicken was not seasoned so it was bland. Stale chips to complete the meal... Salsa was too sour. Not sure if it had tons of lemon/lime or if it was bad. We just left quietly and all agreed we wouldn't be back. Probably the best thing we ate was the guacamole I made from the slices of avocado and tomatoes that came with the flautas. read more

Checked Yelp for a new Mexican food restaurant and found 3 Niñas in Hurst. Food was very fresh and tasty. One poster on Yelp said that their refried beans didn't have that "lard" after taste, and we agree...very fresh/wholesome. A HOT sauce and a verde sauce to die for. Street tacos were very good and their fluffy corn tortillas are the best we've ever had. Family run and very friendly, nice people and service. We highly recommend 3 Niñas. We'll frequent this place. Will get some of their soup when it cools down in the next couple of weeks. read more

Was in the mood for some tacos, so I stopped by while I was in the area. I ordered 3 fajita tacos, and one barbocoa with a side of rice. The price came out to be under $9 which seems really fair. The fajita tacos were pretty good, but the barbocoa was really underwhelming, more fat than meat. The green salsa was runny and bland, no spice to it at all, rice was just ok nothing spectacular. I think I would give this place another shot, just not the barbocoa tacos lol... This place gets a 3.5 in my book read more

Best Mexican food in Hurst-Euless-Bedford across from Shady Oaks Baptist Church. Many visits in last couple years - food consistently excellent, clean restrooms and kitchen, excellent service by couple and their daughter. I work down the street, the proximity and the tomatillo salsa is not good for my waste line. Breakfast tacos ALL DAY! The corn tortillas are made fresh daily, they don't have the same texture as store bought or others I've tasted. Temoc is the owner and his daughter Jenny is typically running the front end, as well as her sister. They've been open since February 2016. I love the family vibe. Temoc always has a smile on his face, very friendly and kind. I'm just happy we have a street taco place in the mid-cities that I can count on. I don't have to drive to Fort Worth or Dallas to get quality tacos. If that means I spend a little more (as others have mentioned), that's cool for me. I honestly think they are reasonably priced, especially to all the fast food joints around here. Why go spend $7-8 for drive-thru processed fast food when you can get three homemade breakfast tacos for $6.75? Egg, potato, bacon on corn! read more

Had lunch with co-workers today around noon. Restaurant was totally empty We all ordered the taco plate. With different meats You can pick the type of meat, corn or flour tortilla. Plate comes with 3 tacos rice and refried beans Complementary chips and 2 types of salsa Green and spicy red!! Delicious barbacoa Tacos. The taco platter and the sope were amazing. The salsa was spicy for the nachos we tried the fruit punch soda and it was just the right amount of sweet for us to share. The service was excellent. We had not been there before and they told us what their favorite foods were and all about the handmade tacos and food. We will definitely be going back in the near future. The prices were very reasonable and was for the amount of food we had. read more

This place has the best sopes and gorditas! Everything here is probably great, but I won't know for awhile because I don't see myself not getting the sopes every time I go! The owner is incredibly nice too... The hours are a little odd, but I don't think it deserves a negative review for it like that other post... Just maybe call ahead to be sure if there's any doubt. read more

Overall a great experience, comfortable atmosphere, plenty of seating, and genuinely solid coffee. I stopped in after lunch this time but will definitely be back to try their food next time.

Fresh ingredients, and, while the tacos looked small, they were plentiful with the meats, the Quesadilla was amazing, and the Brisket Huarache (???) was delicious.
