Not knowing about what this food truck could offer, I was standing talking to who appeared to be the owner of the restaurant, Kostiantyn. He welcomed me with a nice warm smile. I asked him what the first item on the menu (Dumplings with meat) was like and he quickly offered me a little glimpse of it by giving me a sample. "Yum!" I, without a hesitation, went with it. The food came out so quickly as there was no line. With the price of $13.60, this dumpling dish has all sorts of flavors and yummyness. There were 8-10 deep fried dumplings on one end. A curry like stew type thing in the middle, the other end had some pink cabbage. The portion size is/was quite large and generous. I was with two other friends and one of them got the Stuffed Cabbage (Golubsti). She kindly let me take a bit of it and oh my gosh, this dish was also delicious. This food truck moves around quite a bit in the greater Denver (per his google calendar, his location for yesterday was supposed to be Golden and yet he was up in Arvada. Appears to be a last minute change which I didn't ask and yet, had he gone to his original location then I wouldn't have discovered this wonderful restaurant so for that, thanks Kostiantyn! Everything was delicious, I originally asked for their recommendation on which tacos to get and he said you can't go wrong, so I opted for one El Pastor one Carne Asada, and one birria taco add cheese. Everything was so good, the perfect balance of flavors and very generous portion - these tacos were stuffed! They also have an awesome salsa and topping bar with tons of options and a serve yourself format with little containers and lids. At $3.50 per taco this is a super reasonable place for a bite and I'll definitely be back anytime I'm near Westminster.

Need to know - Two permanent spots. One offers drinks, including wine, craft beer (rotating brewery of four taps), and other NA options. The current brewery is New Terrain. They will be changing this up periodically. The other is Simply Pizza, which offers wood fired pizza. Ask about their daily specialty pizza! They also sell soda. The other spots within the park are rotating! So, you could go everyday and enjoy different cuisine from many of the amazing food trucks in Denver!! Best bite: I texted a friend after my second bite of the cheesesteak, and I'm quoting myself here: "I think I just had the best Philly cheesesteak I've ever had."
