I found Cesar online. What drew me to contact him was that he was a small business and a former veteran. I had an emergency where rats were getting into the apartment via a wall opening in the kitchen. He immediately sent someone over and dealt with the issue. They placed a few traps and came back for the few weeks/three months and removed the dead rats and patched the wall. They also did a walk through throughout the complex and found that there were several openings that needed to be addressed. He provided me with pictures of all the areas that needed to be addressed as well as a quote to fix the issue. Since we live in an area that has tons of apartment complexes, rats are going to be an issue unfortunately. We decided we would sign up for their monthly rat trap abatement program. The amounts of rats that our tenants have reported is now down close to zero. We have been in business with Cesar for almost three years. Had a very bad experience with this company. Last December asked Cesar to help a problem with rats. He sent a young man Jose to fix a problem. Jose set the traps and left. Next another young man came in and he did not know what Jose did, he did not know where the traps are. Finally I called to asked Jose to come and check the traps. It is not surprised, a dead mice was caught and it must happen long time ago , so the whole room was full of flies,mosquitoes. Even Jose was very very uncomfortable. I'm soo glad we found Ratting On Rodents!! Cesar is super reliable, has excellent communication, is very friendly and professional and overall does great work! His team is super efficient and hard working as well. We were experiencing a super foul smell (which I'm sure was a big dead animal) for days in the master bedroom at my house, up to the point where I cannot stay in that room any longer.
