My husband ordered the steak fajitas and really liked them, his only comment was that the steak pieces were a little thin. Overall, everything was great. This place is terrible. We found four hairs in our food. One was wrapped around my chip. We found one in a drink. Two others were in a meal. I might also add that the food was cold and took an hour for the food to even come out. Also, the queso comes in very small portions. It took about twenty minutes to get our drinks out. They weren't even that busy which doesn't surprise me. We also had to ask multiple times for tortillas and refills of queso .My friends and I will never be eating there again, this is totally unacceptable and discusting. This place has gone to hell! Their service is terrible, food is average, pretty sure I could do just as well at PePes and that's not a good thing! Brought our food out, no plates, no silverware and the kids orders were wrong. This is our second time to have equally as bad service, we try to give every restaurant 2 tries before we write them off. This version was breaded in what seemed like flour and tasted like it had been cooked or reheated on a flat top instead of properly fried. The texture was completely off. The filling was even worse. It tasted like a cheap ground beef blend, possibly something like 70/30, with a mushy texture closer to oatmeal than seasoned beef. It was so bad that I sent it back, which is something I rarely do. The waiter kindly offered another option, but then came back and said the cook -- possibly the owner -- said I would have to pay for both plates. At that point, I decided I would rather stay hungry than gamble on another dish. For a restaurant with this many positive reviews, I expected much better. The service was acceptable, and the dining room was pleasant, but the food quality was extremely disappointing. A nice atmosphere cannot make up for poorly prepared food and a kitchen that refuses to stand behind what it serves. I would not return.
