Over the last four and a half years I've brought in four different cars including family members cars and all have been handled with premium care. Jeff and Jim have always been overly communicative, never do any work that they don't talk to you and get your approval first, and their team does great work. The pricing is very fair. They will even give a new car a full inspection and give you honest feedback. We had a family member buy a car from Carvana that had some issues that were covered under warranty. CD Jr dealt with the third party completely and updated us every step of the way. If you want your car worked on by honest mechanics who won't talk down to you (a complaint my wife certainly and justifiably has) and treat you with respect, go to Jeff and the gang.

They also took the time to inspect my front struts while the car was there and let me know they're starting to go and should be replaced soon. I appreciated them pointing that out and explaining it instead of just ignoring it. Their pricing was fair too, especially after getting quotes from a couple other places. Driving home after service was finished when Truck started to smoke and died in the middle of the street. (High Anxiety!!!) We trusted Rich at Ace Transmission and he completely cheated us. We were on the fence regarding…read morewhether we should put a new transmission in my 2012 car or cut our losses and invest the $7k in a new car. Rich said that the car seemed to be in good shape and if we weren't having any other issues, his recommendation was to fix it. After we pick up the car, he tells us that the muffler has some holes in it but thinks maybe they can be welded. Upon taking the car to a muffler shop, we're shocked to learn that the crossmember (underneath the car) is completely rusted with several holes. The new shop cannot believe that a reputable transmission shop put a new transmission into this car, as it's unsafe to drive and the engine can fall out at anytime. I reached out to Rich last week via text to allow him the opportunity to respond before posting this review. When I picked up my vehicle at the end of October, I was happy and ready to write a 5 star review. I had no idea we had been swindled.
