The people who actually do the work are great however the rude girl upfront is only kind of you are with a man. It's 2023 a woman can't bring in her car to get done without attitude? She's extremely unprofessional. She's look you up and down and has a nasty look on her face. 360 Auto Clinic to the rescue once again! They changed my alternator a few months ago, along with performing the regular oil change and brake pad replacement. My car is 14 years old but their repair and maintenance has it running like new! This week I had a nightmare experience with AAA replacing my battery under warranty, but after getting it towed to 360 I knew my car was in good hands. They ran the proper diagnostics and was able to clearly provide details on the test results. They are quick in obtaining parts and are fair in their labor quotes. They are responsive and are excellent in keeping you updated which is usually an area that other dealerships/mechanics lack. I trust this place thanks to Rita and Serjik! read more

My family and I have gone here for a number of years. While the owner and staff have been kind and fair with pricing, there have been multiple issues with fulfilling larger service requests where the work had to be redone. I had a car break down on the freeway the same day it was returned to me. Our family has multiple brands (Honda, Toyota, Audi) and our recent consensus was that the services was unsatisfactory. I would not recommend them for German cars at all as I have heard and experienced multiple issues with repairs on those cars. I would not recommend this shop for anything more complicated than an oil change. read more

Cross posting since Serj is the same owner of German Hi Tech next door and cannot be trusted. Literally the worst mechanic shop ever. There was a change of ownership, and in between that I discovered that the work I had paid over $2000 for was never actually done (fun). And the new owner Serj would not lift a finger to help me. I took matter to my own hands and took German Hi Tech to small claims court and won, but unsurprisingly they have yet to pay on their verdict. The owner Serj now has a bench warrant for his arrest and soon will have a sheriff posted at their business to collect, if that tells you enough about what type of person is running this business he does not pay his debts. Do not trust your car with them, seriously, take your car to a reputable shop instead and save yourself the headache. read more

This place has the worse policy when it comes to oil changes, I use Mobile 1 oil and filter, and they would not change my oil, they want to buy the same oil, and change it rather than use the oil I had already purchased.... no logic behind this at all. It's not like I'm bringing you meat to cook for me, it's just oil... and if I did go to a restaurant to eat, I would go someplace that had good meat and service.. your standard oil you used is not mobile 1 synthetic, so please compare Apple and oranges.... In this case motor oil to meat.... I still don't see the logic in this... the only point you are getting at is that your profits are more important than the customer service you want to provide . read more

360 Auto Clinic = AMAZING Service I searched for an auto shop in Santa Clarita, Valencia, and surrounding areas... I must have called 8 different locations before I finally found 360 Auto Clinic. Here's the problem, we have a 2019 Ford Flex and a 2017 Jetta GLI and both needed oil changes and tire rotations... I was surprised to find out most places couldn't complete an oil change for my GLI... Apparently, the previous locations didn't have an oil filter for my car. I called 360 and Rita answered and said they could accommodate my request for a convenient way to service both vehicles at the same location... They were great! Fast, efficient, and texted me along the way with time estimates for completion. I would strongly recommend 360 Auto Clinic for anyone in the SCV or nearby cities, they're great and the staff is friendly! Looks like I've found a shop that's earned my loyalty! read more

Three weeks ago took the car to 360 Auto for diagnose since it was hesitating guessing it should be the clogged fuel filter. The owner Serj checked it out and said its not the fuel filter but the spark plugs. Gave me a quote to change 4 spark plus for $ 300.00 Took the car in on September 17th, 2024 for repair. The Subaru dealership in Valencia had quoted almost the same $ 300 which I thought it will be better to help a small outfit rather than a big corporation so I took it to 360 Auto. When I came to pick up the car the price was $ 465.68 (tax included) . The owner wasn't there but his worker handed me the bill. When I complained, he said you don't pay, you don't get the car. We gave you a discount from $ 680.00. An OEM spark plugs retail at the dealership is about $ 11.00. He charged $ 91.80 ($ 22.95) each) on his billing, double the price. Previously they had done a break job and tightened the front left wheel too tight, so when the bolt was taken off it stripped. He changed (correcting their own mistake) the bolt and charged $ 30.00 calling it tire rotation. My experience has been dealing with 3 bad players last 40 years in this valley who packed up and gone. This is a high income valley which attracts shoddy businesses from other areas to harvest as much as possible before they vanish. This clever business man is headed the same route after hearing from authorities. Perhaps all he needed was the cost of 2 bags of groceries. The consequence is that he lost business of my family with 6 cars. Was it worth it? read more

I would do NEGATIVE stars if it was possible!!! This was the worst experience of my life dealing with this auto shop. First I called to get a diagnostic check on the car. I dropped off car at 11am on Monday. They never told me the car would take an entire day to inspect. I did not hear from them until Tuesday 10am. If I knew it would take this long I would have never dropped off my car. I had to miss work and I and stranded in Valencia. So on Tuesday they finally knew what work needed to be done. They told me it would be done by Wednesday at 5pm. So here I am thinking ok it will be done. Well boy was I wrong because around 10am they informed me that they need to order another part and it wouldn't be here until Thursday. Like were you not aware that you needed that part after having my car at your shop for the entire day! Well here comes Thursday my car is finally done so I thought. I get to the shop and Vik is explaining to me what was replaced. He then proceeds to tell me that the price he quoted me has gone up. They quoted me $1780 and he was trying to charge me $2558 without my authorization. So please be aware when coming to this shop because they will try to overcharge you. I don't know if it's because I am a female or he just thinks I am a sucker and would just pay it. Like is this what this shop does scam people. I finally have my car many days later thinking it is fixed. I drive it 3 miles and guess what happens. The check engine light turns on once again. So you're telling me you had my car for 4 days supposedly did the work it needed but I drove it 3 miles and light turns on! Then when I call Vik to let him know, my options are to leave the car again for another 3 days for them to see what's wrong. HOW is this shop in business? I will never go here again. I will never recommend this place to anyone. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with an auto mechanic. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CARLESS AND RIPPED OFF!!! Update: I brought car to have the engine light rechecked and after having it for the entire day. Vik calls to say that it is not their issue. When I had originally spoken to the mechanic/owner that once I fix cooling system the check engine light would turn off. This shop is full or LIARS! And to make it worse they failed to put all the screws in fender so the front was loose. DO NOT COME TO THIS SHOP! Nothing but headaches and still nothing resolved!!! read more

I put off fixing my flat tire cause of budget and COVID constraints and finally took the time to get it done. I needed somewhere close and someone who would make it easy. 360 Auto Clinic definitely did it all. Their website makes it easy to look up tires suitable for your car, order, and schedule an install. The whole process was so easy I don't know why I delayed doing this for so long! They are also quick to reply and communicate and made sure my tire was delivered before I had to drive out to them. Installation was under an hour and they have a lovely little bench you can sit at outside while you wait. I dropped my car off on a Thursday night and it was fixed by Friday afternoon. If I would have taken it to the dealership, it would have taken a week to even diagnose. 360 Auto Clinic diagnosed my car first thing in the morning after I dropped it off and their diagnostic fee of 184.00 was over $100 cheaper than the dealership. Mechanic was great and gave good advice on what to do with my car. Also alerted me to other repairs/maintenance that needed to be done. Overall, very honest and helpful. Prices are pretty competitive to the other shops in the area. The only reason I am giving a 4 star review is because the office seemed semi- unprofessional with the fact that they had a fairly big dog in the office, which will jump on you when you come in. I love dogs and I was ok with it. But I can imagine some people may not find that ok. Won't stope need from coming back though. read more
