Today was my 1st time trying this place. Very easy to find parking since they have a parking lot. The inside is small with a few tables and they also have two tables outside. They do have a salsa bar and you can get your own salsa or jalapeños. As for drinks, they do have fountain drinks, a few drinks in the fridge, and also a small selection of beers to choose from. As for the food, I tried their steak nachos. It came with steak , nacho cheese, pico de gallo, black beans, guacamole, sour cream and jalapeños. I did take my nachos to go. By the time I got home, give or take probably 10 minutes from picking up the nachos. The nacho chips were a little soft not as crispy as I would've liked. The chips did not seem like they had any salt on them. As for the nacho cheese, it was very light in flavor. The steak was small cube pieces and could've had more meat. The flavor of the steak was good. Overall, the nachos were OK, but I probably would not order them again. I might try this restaurant again and try something different on the menu. As for the customer service it was good and service was fast. They do have a TV inside and they are currently watching the soccer game, if you're interested or looking for a place to watch the game & grab some to eat. read more

The burrito itself lacked flavor and didn't feel filling. I kept searching through the burrito just to find the steak. The ingredients were okay, but when you order a steak burrito, you expect actual steak to be one of the main parts of the meal. Instead, it was overloaded with rice and toppings while the meat portion was extremely small. Overall, I left disappointed and still hungry. There are way better burrito spots out there for the same price or cheaper. Honestly, you're better off going to one of the Oakland food trucks if you want authentic flavor, better portions, and a burrito that actually feels worth your money. I stopped by 360 Gourmet Burrito and honestly wasn't expecting to be this impressed. I ordered the steak burrito with a spinach wrap and went with the spicy Cajun style, and it came out . The steak was flavorful and cooked just right, not dry like a lot of places. The Cajun spice gave it a nice kick without overpowering everything else, and the spinach wrap actually added a fresh touch that made the whole burrito feel lighter but still filling. What stood out to me most was how well everything was balanced. Every bite had flavor, nothing felt thrown together or bland. Definitely one of the better burritos I've had in the Bay Area in a while, especially outside of the typical burrito trucks. I'll be back for sure. read more

Best I've had in the bay area so far. I wanted to come back to try more. April 30th I came back after visiting Mariba Veterinary nearby with my dog. I ordered the carne asada burrito. Prices definitely went up a dollar or two since the last time I visited but the prices are still reasonable. The salsas were just as great as I remembered. I have been coming to 360 Degrees Gourmet burritos for several years. My whole family enjoys the variety and specials they offer. One of my favorites is the mushroom, broccoli and tofu burrito. So flavorful and they don't skimp on the vegs and tofu. I add the sweet and hot salsa from the salsa bar and it is perfect. My new favorite is a special being offered right now, the Mexican chicken soup. I think it is the best chicken soup I have ever had at a restaurant. Big chunks of celery, carrots and potato with such a savory broth and not too salty! The chicken of course was delicious. It comes with a bowl of rice, avocado, cilantro, sliced onions and tortillas. I came here for the first time today. The staff was very nice! They have a salsa bar and fresh agua frescas, I tried the watermelon and it was really good. I got the carnitas burrito with no lettuce and lite sour cream with cheese and guacamole, I was suprised at how good it was. I have made it a tradition to order breakfast burritos annually for our staff at a local school, and let me tell you, their customer service has always been beyond par. This year, I messed up the dates and they were so flexible and were able to still cater with a two-day notice. They have never steered me wrong. I've only had the steak, chorizo, bacon and chicken apple sausage breakfast burritos. Their portions are huge and generous. I never finish it in one sitting. Anyway, the staff there has always been so accommodating and kind and their burritos are delicious. I must try their regular burritos one day. I ordered a bowl and the carnitas were soggy and had zero flavor. The bowl itself was bland all together. I asked for no pico. Tipped 20 percent so it ended up being almost $20 for this gross bowl I could have made better at home. Totally didn't see the salad bar so I added chips and salsa and he gave me a thing of pico and chips for $4.75. Why would I want pico when I asked to hold the pico in the bowl? I saw a lady packing multiple salsas to go and asked her what she paid and she said she paid $2.75 for chips. Another plus! The service was fast, but the cashier wasn't very cordial. They aren't the small talk type here, which is fine. Especially if you're in a hurry. I ordered the classic prawn burrito and my coworker ordered the steak burrito. They even have little pre-packaged desserts up at the front as well as various canned/bottled sodas and fountain drinks. A drink, a cookie and a burrito cost me a small $15 to feel full for the rest of my work day! So I went to this place and asked them for a small breakie burrito...just a little bit to tide me over and not make me fall asleep in this meeting. Be careful how you order with these people. If you do a Google search and use door dash for your order you're going to be treated like shit. I ordered a burrito and when I got there to pick it up they wouldn't give me any napkins or allow me to use any salsa telling me their contract with door dash takes 30%. I grab napkins out of the Dispenser while the owner protested and got the hell out of there. Then, to avoid posting this, I called the owner. He proceeded to blame the ordering services like door dash for this problem because they take a percentage. It's amazing, he completely misunderstands that their percentage is a function of cost and need to make profit for hosting his menu and processing his order. He insisted that I call door Dash and make it clear that they should clarify the lack of service by using their service. When it is completely obvious that he is making the choice to sign up with these services and treat DoorDash customers or any other customers of an online ordering service completely differently from someone who walks in. The owner is a nice man who emigrated from somewhere and works hard at his own business, I salute him for that. However he needs to understand that he is in the service business and customers to be treated equally no matter where they order from. I live in Alameda and appreciate those who conduct business here so I'm not trying to hurt his business, I just want him to act in an equitable fashion across the board. After an intense and fruitful 2-hour parent teacher conference yesterday, I was ready for an adult beverage. However, I needed to go back to work and had a personal no alcohol before noon rule. So instead, I decided to get something to go and take it back to my office in Martinez. I normally get off the island on the Park Avenue side. However, the guy sitting next to me on my recent flight to Houston was once stationed with the Navy at Alameda. So I decided to take a look at a few places on the Webster side that he pointed out. That part of Alameda's post-Navy renovation unfortunately has a ways to go.....Sorry Rick. Afterwards, I ended up at 360 Degrees since it was on the way out and I used to go there when my son's mother worked across the street at a now failed "Bio Hatch" start-up.
