I recently had some repairs done on my car and the team was awesome with communication and got my car back in a very quick manner. I will admit, when I first dropped my car off, I was a little thrown off that they smoke cigarettes inside, as I'm really sensitive to smoke. But don't let that fool you, the team is great! Huge shout out to Susan, the office manager, as we had lots of back and forth with StateFarm giving us the run around. She was patient, made lots of extra calls into StateFarm to get the job done, and was fantastic with keeping me in the loop on everything. Pleasure doing business with a local shop vs going to a big corporation, I feel they really take customer service to the next level. When I picked up my vehicle, it was not only repaired, but they detailed it and looked great! So nice to be back in my own vehicle. Shiny and like new! It never ends with these people, 3 and a half months after I thought our ordeal was over we get a bill from Hertz rental cars. The car was arranged for and supposed to be paid for by 360 of perfection. Part of the price they charged the paying party. Apparently they never paid for the car and now Hertz is coming after me for the cost. These people should be avoided at all costs. They are a terrible business with horrible customer service. read more

360 Degrees of Perfection doesn't live up to their name. I had my Mercedes delivered to them on 2/19 for tune-up/fuel line cleaning and hail damage repair for the entire car. Drew said it would be a paint-less dent repair job. He later called and said the hood and deck lid needed to be replaced and that the roof needed body work and paint, which I said was fine. I did not get my car back for nearly 2 months (4/13). And when I picked up the car, there are still hail dents in my doors and fenders. He said that I need to pay extra for those dents and leave the car even longer. If I knew this would cost more and take even longer, I NEVER would have agreed, and would have taken it elsewhere. When I asked why would I pay for a PDR job and leave dents in the doors and fenders, Drew said a lot of customers do that. Really????!!!! On top of all the excuses they gave me why it was taking so long, this was topper! He patronizingly admitted it was his miscommunication, but would not do any more. If you care about your car, trust and integrity, I do not recommend 360 Degrees of Perfection. PS. - I am still trying to get a receipt for my payment. They tried to write it on a post-it note (what a joke!) and I have left their accountant a voicemail message. Still have not heard back. read more

In the last 6ish months, I've been hit 3 times...while parked! The gal who hit me the first time recommended 360. Because of the exceptional service and care, I've taken may car back the last two times as well. Each time Avery has assisted me with my repairs. He has gone above and beyond; I honestly can't tell you how appreciative I am to him and the staff for constantly work harder to make my life easier when going through these unfortunate situations. And, my car is always completed on time. While I truly hope I won't have to go back any time soon, if I do, I'd definitely return and highly recommend 360! read more

Had some minor bodywork done by this outfit, which included a spray of rear door and panel. The paint work was mediocre and they did not hook the brake lights back up. Found this out when it got pulled over for faulty equipment. There are better shops, go there. read more

The experience my husband and I have had with 360 has been an absolute nightmare. My car was very badly damaged from the hail storm this past May. I selected 360 because they were able to get my car into the shop quicker than others. I dropped my car off to them on May 21st. Throughout possession of my vehicle, their staff was untruthful more times than I can immediately count. Repair statuses and pick up dates for my vehicle constantly changed. I was finally promised my car would be completed June 27 and they failed to meet this deadline. I have this promise saved on a voicemail from their management team (Susan). This caused me a financial burden because I reached my maximum rental car coverage limits via my insurance company. After other multiple reassurances that the car was ready, I was finally able to pick my car up a few days later. I thought my problems were over after constantly calling and emailing and eventually notifying them I would be seeking legal counsel if they did not deliver on their promise of a pick-up date for my vehicle. I was assured that management would give me a call and also reimburse out of pocket expenses for rental cars, UBER fares, etc. There was zero follow up. Fast forward a month. I took my car to the car wash and noticed a leak in my headliner. I immediately called 360 to schedule an appointment since it was obvious oversight from the initial repair since the car hadn't gotten wet before that time. 360 offers a written warranty on their repair work so as much as it pained me I had to take my car back to them. I made two more trips back to 360 with a leaky roof. Each time I received the same lip service on how they identified the problem and water tested with their highest PSI devices. I would take my car home from the shop and use my garden hose for a simple water test. In the end they were incapable of fixing this issue. I came to the conclusion that I would have to cut my losses and deal with a leaky car roof on my own. I wasted enough time and aggravation with 360 and that it was a more sensible decision to pursue other alternatives even if it put me out of pocket. read more

Please never take your RV here for repairs. They lied to me several times about the estimates that they never finished. Meanwhile, I'm stuck without an RV for an entire camping season. I even talked to the owner and she was no help - will neither return emails or phone messages. A sad way to run a business. Kind of wish zero stars was an option. read more

The name of this company is 100% wrong. 360 Degrees of Imperfection would be more accurate. It's too bad I can't give negative stars as I would give them a -5. I brought in my S10 pickup because a ball joint had broken and the control arm separated from the left front tire. The axle on was broken as well. It took three times in the shop before they figured out they put in an axle that was 2 inches too short. Every time I took the first left turn, the axle fell out. It was move than obvious that the vehicle was never taken on a test drive. It might be nit picking, but the vehicle was returned in a filthy state each time. My ABS light was on after the 3rd trip when they finally put in the right axle, but I wasn't going to take it back to them. I finally took the truck into another shop and had them go over the entire truck. I was told the ball join on the RIGHT side was ready to fall apart too...why didn't 360 tell me that? Also, the LEFT side, which they repaired, was all screwed up. There were loose bolts, a missing cotter key, a loose key holding the wheel bearing. Also the ABS wire was routed wrong which burned out the wheel sensor and burned out the ABS module, costing me $1000 to fix. The brake line was routed incorrectly around the axle which caused it to break as well and causing another trip to the shop. So far taking my truck to 360 Degrees of Imperfection has cost me a well over $1000 as well as the money I paid them to screw up my truck. The owner can get aggressive as well when confronted about shoddy work. DO NOT EVER TAKE ANY VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP. YOU RISK YOUR LIFE AND THE LIFE OF YOUR FAMILY due to their shoddy work. read more

4 stars means "I'm a fan," and this is because when I talked with the owner about an issue, he heard me and rectified a situation. Which was this: my car wasn't ready when promised. I understood the reasons for the delay (4 days), but what irked me was that I hadn't been told about the delay until I called right before I was to pick up the car. Somehow Rich heard about my dissatisfaction, and I was able to let him know the delay was less of a problem than the lack of communication about it. When I got my car, the interior smelled like smoke. I told Rich; he apologized and arranged for a fix. I really appreciated that. I would return to 360 Degrees if my car ever needs body work again. read more

i was in a car accident recently and i called around to so many places to see if they could give me an estimate in my car. after about 6 phone calls I stumbled across 360 degrees of perfection. they gave me an estimate and I heard back from them in a timely manner. long story short the communication was great and they had my car done with in 4 days and it looks great. Thank you to the staff members at this autobody for taking such good care of me and my vehicle. 10/10 will recommend to anyone looking for a good body shop! read more

It really sucks doing this, but I have to agree with the recent reviews (Aug - Oct 2017) describing their performance with my MB Sprinter Van. To be fair, the Owner did admit that the van was going to be a tough job. However, when I finally received the vehicle back after several months - with many weeks going by without any word from them - I had hoped that at least I was trading a very lengthy wait and poor communication for a final work product that was something approaching "perfection". I was literally stunned when I saw all of the remaining dents from the hail damage. On top of that, the passenger side panel where they did a 'conventional' repair - trying to smooth out the dents with bondo-like material and painting - is rippled. Akin to small waves in a pool. Even worse, they simply had to purchase a new hood, have it painted and install it. The hood was damaged when I received it!!! Adding insult to injury, the hood had a sold cover (no air flow!!!) instead of a vent grill that starved the air intake of the engine until I noticed that it was a cover - not a open vent grill. How is this possible? That (passenger side) vent cover wasn't even broken and just had to be removed from the original hood and installed. Like other reviewers, I called when I realized the extent of the poor workmanship, but was never provided the courtesy of a return call or an explanation or assistance in getting a new vent grill, clips for the plastic side panel on the drivers door or a hood that wasn't damaged. I had to purchase my own vent grill and am now considering another $1000 out of pocket for a new painted hood. I could go on, but you get the idea. This group is biting off way more than it can handle. The way the Owner runs around, it appears as though they are out of control and don't have a solid quality mindset. My 2 month "old" new car was hit while parked by a careless driver. 360 Degrees of Perfection took great care of my car and me! I was angry, upset, and the insurance company of the moron who hit me kept giving me the run around. Everytime I called or sent an email to 360, they were professional and always knew what the status of my car was. If I ever need to have auto work in the future, I will be going to 360! read more

Ok so many problems with this shop. They took our SUV August 6, 2017, because of the hail strom. It sat in their parking lot until mid September. I know because we lived right down the street from it, I drove by it every single day. My husband would call 1-2 times a week, he would talk to Avery, who would tell him that work was being done even though it hadn't moved, however the insurance company had already cut them a check, that's why we couldn't choose anothe rauto body shop. Then 2 weeks into September they decided to work on it after having it 6 weeks. Then they said they couldn't find a replacement for roof, even though they had almost 6 weeks to look for one, but they sat on their butts not doing anything. They finally got in the roof piece in, it took 2 more weeks to get it installed. Then after they completed the job to THEIR satisfaction, they handed the car over to my husband. He had a list of issues from the paint not MATCHING, sunroof not working properly, screws missing, a piece on the back hitch literary falling off, to telling us our windshield was replaced (when it was NOT). Including the fact that our SUV was damaged some more while in their position. They said they would fixed the issues and give us a rent a car. We show up to drop our vehicle, and pick up the rental, as usual they don't communicate at all and the rental car is NOT THERE!! They tell us to come back at 11am. We went back at 11am and they told us they forgot to order it, we should go to enterprise rent a car off of 43th and Kipling. We go there they told us that we have to pay upfront and 360 degrees will reimburse us because they have bad credit through Enterprise and have bad credit through Enterprise and on more then one occasion had their credit and debit card returned for insufficient funds, I then think ya and their going to not pay me back either. I promely get on the phone to the manger a try and explain our situation with the whole story of how their shop has screwed up at every single oppurtunity they can. I am PISSED at this point, he then proceeds to hang up on me. They are committing insurance fraud, telling us it fixed or replaced when it clearly was NOT!!  We then call our insurance company to explain what this company is doing, including lying to our insurance company about work that wasn't done. They told us to go pick up our SUV from them and they will take care of the problem. I hope this shotty work and lying company goes out of business. DON'T GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!! read more
