The vendor comes, but can't gain access to the roof of the 2nd-story. They call Craig (remember that this is Saturday) and he has another vendor who's willing to squeeze me in later today. Are you kidding? I thought this kind of service was a thing of the past. I really appreciate the excellence, Craig! And, as a follow up... Joe and Jordan, of Airconn Heating and Air Conditioning, showed up just before 12 noon for a window of 12 noon to 3 pm. That never happens, does it folks. Joe's knowledge of older condo complexes like mine proved invaluable. Rather than having to run a 35-ft. ladder up the side of the building, he was able to locate upstairs access to the roof. In less than 20 minutes, the problem was diagnosed and repaired. Absolutely stellar service...and two very friendly, nice guys, too. Thank you Airconn! I now have cool air blowing throughout my condo; and, this was only made possible because of Craig Gagne.

I grew to become particularly impressed with one of the company's property managers. She was quick to respond to my emails (most times, within several minutes), and would meet my high standards of detail orientedness by copying all involved parties, with every single detail answered, checked, included, balanced, and unquestionable confirmation that the job was DONE. She impressed me even more a few years later when one of our condo owners discovered a leak and we had to do mold remediation. Our insurance company denied the claim, and it was only after this property manager pushed and appealed that they finally conceded and covered ALL the costs incurred by this issue.
