She started running my water, but I said I needed to grab my medication from home so I could exit the situation gracefully. She gave me extreme attitude and asked when I'd be back, but the answer is N E V E R. Her response was so disrespectful and condescending that I wouldn't return even if it were free. I'm glad I trusted my instincts and went elsewhere. Maybe some clients don't mind nasty attitudes, but I did absolutely nothing to deserve being treated that way. Apparently just wanting simple polish was enough. If this is how they treat people who come in anxious and shy, I can't imagine how they'd act if there were an actual issue. Maybe their regulars are people who spend $100+ a visit, but I didn't realize it was unwelcome to want a basic pedicure. Not everyone can afford the luxury options; some of us just want to feel a little better after a long day. I'm so disappointed and hurt.

It was $42 for the standard all in one, plus $5 for the nail art. $62 for the gel all in one, plus $5 for the nail art. The massage chairs were nice. They all wear gloves which makes the massage part less relaxing and I think my daughter may have not gotten the "extra massage". They have a stamp to save money but they don't give you a stamp unless you pay cash. They give one stamp for every $40 in cash. Next time I think I may just try the classic and not the all in one.

If i can give them minus 10 stars I wouldn't even think twice. Am there customer almost 2 years now everything was ok until i had a cut on one of my fingers , jenny was doing my nails she tried to stop the bleeding by using a liquid. The 1st couple of days i thought the pain was normal but the more days was going on the more pain. On the 18th of january i went to the urgent care , the doctor said i got infected .The shocking thing is when i went to the salon to tell them what happened jenny denied that she ever helped me to stop the bleeding.i was really upset cuz she was lying . After a week i went to the hospital cuz my pain was getting worse, saw a doctor,recommended an x-Ray some antibiotics which cost me 500$ . read more

There are no words to express the awesomeness of this place. This salon is clean and maintained better than most salons if seem in Vegas. Kim did an amazing job!! I scheduled an appointment for a gel manicure and Kim did such a great job. My nails look great I love them! Wait time was not bad, they are clean, friendly, and caring!! I usually don't have a predictable nail salon I always just pick random, mostly whatever is closes to me. I am so happy with this nail salon! I have got to say I am so glad I picked this spot!! I also got a complimentary massage along with my hands getting dipped in warm wax... it was amazing lol!! This morning, my mom and I called for an appointment at 2pm for two full sets. We got there 10 minutes early and they took us right away. Everyone here is so sweet and caring, and they did a WONDERFUL job on both of our nails! They brought my mom and I tea and water because we both are getting over colds. I was done before my mom, and while I was waiting Kim offered a free treatment that softened my hands. I also wound up getting my eyebrows done by Kim as well and she did great. Overall we are so pleased with our experience here, we are hooked! read more

Terrible experience. The first girl that started my pedi was so distracted with everything and everyone. She was looking every which way but at my feet. In the middle of my pedi she went outside, she was always looking out the window, employees and even a customer kept interrupting her. She even had the audacity to start texting during my service. I absolutely love 360! I've been going there since they opened and it's always the same great quality. The design work is so well done and I always get a bunch of compliments on how well they turn out. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating to whatever crazy nail styles I come in with. Kelly always helps me out in deciding what I actually want and she has really become a friend at this point. This was my first time coming here after going to how many salons that wouldn't do my nails correctly or would just damage them. Clearly you can see that this place is AMAZING. I came here for the first time after trying out a few other salons in town and I definitely have found my new place. I got a gel manicure and it came out perfect! The service is wonderful and they don't rush you out. The attention to detail is excellent.
