    Pink sunset

I got the pink sunset smoothie and it was I was surprised that it had two layers a dragonfruit layer and a pineapple and banana layer??? It was a bit small but it was good and the person working there was cool i guess :) XD

L in the area in craving something healthy to eat I saw this place because I've seen them close to my house so I decided to give them a try. I have the berry smoothie and the Thai chicken wrap in my opinion and the Thai chicken wrap was a bit dry but when you add the dressing and made it so much more better, the staff was nice. The place is clean. It had light music playing in the background.

Got 2 açaí bowls (the Local) and a tuna melt, the açaí bowls were great and fruits were fresh. The tuna melt was not too good for me, I think it may have been overtoasted. Service was quick.

Their açai bowls are very good, fresh ingredients highly recommend and good for the price.

Guilt free, tasty and filling. Can't ask for anything more of a quick meal. Next time around I'm going to try the mango tajin salad.

    PB&A

This place is in an outside strip mall. The service was good. I had the PB&A acai bowl. I would rate it as one of my top acai bowls. I asked for some Nutella drizzled on top of it. They were quite generous with it. My friend had the Thai Chicken salad. She said it was really "raw"; however, the dressing underneath and pineapple made it tastier. I can't speak too much on the salad; but my acai bowl was good. I would come back and have it again.

Thai chicken wrap - very good!

Great spot for a tasty and clean meal. I walked in and received very warm and welcoming service from Adrian, it's so rare to get outstanding service in places like these so I really have to give it up to them. I always commend someone who provides great customer service. I ordered - Thai chicken wrap - Chicken, romaine, cabbage, carrot, pineapple, and sprouts. Ginger dressing. This was very good. Generous amount of chicken and it was filling. Everything was fresh and flavorful. I asked if they could press it and they did which was nice as well. It came with a bag of chips. 4.5/5 ($11) They also offer acai bowls, smoothies, salads and breakfast. I am very curious to try their curry wrap and a few other things. I'm not in the area very often but I'll definitely hit them up whenever I am.

The "Local" açaí bowl, small size

You can stop by 3Natives in Pembroke Pines for a quick healthy snack like an acai bowl, wrap or juice. This one is located on Pines Blvd just west of I-75, right next to Hot Chicks and Bolay. I only came here once and it was to satisfy an acai bowl craving. I do like how most acai bowl shops now include a small size, including this spot! I usually opt for this size so I can finish the bowl because who wants to take home leftover acai in the Florida heat? I got a classic- The Local which has acai, granola, banana, strawberry, blueberry, & honey. The bowl was pretty good but did have an overload of honey which kinda overpowered the whole bowl. The space was clean and they have wi-fi in case you wanna get a lil work done. This is probably a great spot for those who workout at the Planet Fitness right next door to drop by for a quick post workout treat.

Amazing cold pressed juice! Not watery like most

Awesome little spot to be healthy and escape the oil intake ..... Got myself a nice cold pressed juice and wrap and it was definitely made with care and love ! Some wraps are just thrown together and barely wrapped but this was made really nicely ! Some people might think the cold pressed juices are expensive but they really make you feel great ! We spend so much money on useless things and even things that are bad for us !! Invest in your body and health!

My daughter, who is home for Christmas, happened to see a coupon for this place that I had put aside and was excited that there was one locally. She's been to the one in Orlando and said that the acai bowls are really good. I normally try to avoid anything on Pines Boulevard because the traffic is usually heavy around that area but this is just west of I-75 in the Whole Foods Plaza and very easy to get to. We were greeted when we walked in. Their menu is on the wall to the left when you walk in or you can scan the QR code which is on the counter by the register. My daughters opted for the Chronic Acai Bowls which has acai, granola, bananas, strawberries, kiwis, pineapples, honey and shaved coconut toppings. I got the Veg Head wrap which had hummus, cabbage, romaine, carrots, cucumbers, red peppers, pico de gallo, sprouts with balsamic dressing. My daughters were happy with their acai bowls and were raving about how good the granola was. The vegetables in my wrap were crispy and very good. The balsamic dressing was not what I'm used and was almost creamy like. I was a little skeptical about eating it, but I really liked it. It had a little bit of a tang and complimented my wrap. If you mention Yelp upon check in, they offer a discount which was better than the coupon I had.

    Pink Dragon

The Pink Dragon smoothie is delicious. Sweet & tangy at the same time. The smoothies here are super affordable compared to most high quality smoothie places in South Florida.. and I've tried smoothies from a loooot of places. Their bagels with vegan cream cheese are also really good, and the açaí bowls are the best I've ever had! The açaí bowls a little pricey for the sizes they offer though. It's been a few days since I was here, and as I'm writing this review I am seriously craving it... looks like I know what I'm having for lunch tomorrow!

With several locations and my love for smoothies you'd think I would have visited a 3 Natives by now. But this was a first. This location is bright and clean. Staff is polite. Located in a plaza with ample parking. After reviewing the menu I selected a smoothie. The smoothie was good. It was cold & had a nice texture. But it wasn't my favorite. Maybe next time I'll try one of their wraps everyone seems to rave about.

Some visits everything runs smoothly, and other times my order is incorrect or there's confusion. I understand this is fast-casual, so I'm not expecting white-glove service--but I am expecting a basic level of accuracy and efficiency. The biggest issue, though, is the pricing. Paying $47 for a Caesar wrap, a vegan salad, and a Perrier is honestly hard to justify. At that price point, I expect consistency and a seamless experience, not a gamble every time I order. The food itself can be good, but between the inconsistent service and the high prices, it makes it tough to be a regular.

Reviews were good so we decided to check them out. We each ordered a bowl. I had the Paradise Bowl and wanted to add a nut butter. The bowl comes with Pineapple and Mango Blend. Topped with Granola, Mango, Strawberry, Pineapple, Coconut Shavings and Sweetened Condensed Milk. I wanted to order a butter to it so the girl at the counter suggested the cookie butter since the pineapple has a tangy flavor, and it was the perfect recommendation. Everything blended so well, and the bowl was incredibly refreshing. My daughter ordered the açaí bowl with a little peanut butter, it came with organic Açaí blended strawberries and banana. Topped with granola, strawberries, banana, blueberries, coconut shavings, honey she loved it too. Both bowls were fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The two employees who took our order were friendly, patient, and helpful while we decided. We never felt rushed, which made the experience even better. Bahia Bowl is located in the shopping center across from Cooper City High School. They have indoor seating if you want to stay and eat, although it seemed like many customers were grabbing takeout. Besides bowls, they also offer salads, wraps, smoothies, and breakfast toasts, so there's something for everyone. Bowls run about $8-$13 depending on what you order, salads are around $12, and breakfast toasts are about $9.
