Unfortunately, a rude and aggressive manager answered the phone, would not transfer me to the bartender, and was immediately hostile with no provocation. He accused me of "throwing food" (which I did not, I had set the box on the bar said something like "what the heck is this?") The manager insultingly offered a cold burger to "make it right". I told him I could not accept cold food as "making it right" and told him a freshly cooked meal would make it right. The manager then tried to pick a fight with me over the phone and started yelling. He tried to blame me for leaving the place while they were preparing a corrected burger and waiting 30 minutes to call back. He clearly was not interested in making anything "right" but instead wanted to extract some sort of revenge for complaining in front of other customers. I still feel bad for the bartender --- she did try to make it right. But this place has repeatedly screwed up the food and if you dare complain you get hostile treatment in returned.
