Complete HVAC replacement--highly recommend! We've had some pretty significant A/C issues over the past few years with our builder installed units. When the heat went out 3 weeks ago on the main floor unit, we knew our time was coming. House (and HVAC) are 16 years old and we plan to sell in a few years so it seemed to make sense to replace it all. I called several companies, read reviews, and got estimates. Thomas came quickly, assessed the problem and told me that I didn't need to have the ceiling of my basement torn up to fix a fast-leaking outdoor faucet. (I had two other companies bid and they said the ceiling would have to be ripped open and they couldn't do the drywall repair. AND their bids were incomplete--did not include the labor costs!) I had a wonderful experience today with Willis. He was very professional, came early (called to see if he could come early), courteous, and very good overall. I would want him to come out again if I ever need a plumber. First of all, I really liked the fact that 4 Service Pros provides free onsite estimates. Another company would charge me $49 just to come out for simple clog. I also had one other company come earlier the same week, whose plumber told me how challenging and difficult the job is going to be, blah blah blah and proceeded to provide me with a ridiculously high quote. Imagine having a dog bite the wires to the condenser and then having your whole furnace go out in the dead middle of summer. Well, as my luck would have it that's exactly what happened to me. I immediately did a Google Search and came across 4 Service Pros and called them and one other company to see if they could come and repair the wires, get the air back on and move on with life. The technician Chris came out with a "can do" attitude until unfortunately he could not. The circuit board was shot, among other things and this wasn't as simple as replacing the wire this was an overhaul of the hvac system that came with the house. I did contact two other technicians from other companies to see if the diagnosis was the same (and it was). Unfortunately Chris had got tasked with another job but they had another technician come out with a supervisor (GREAT MOVE, it leaves little room for error) and now I'm as cool as a duck. One thing I was not to crazy about was the fact the new systems (according to a technician that came out, whom they sent immediately) tends to pull humidity out of the home rather than make the home cool.. if that makes sense? The way it was explained to me is the new systems make your home anywhere from 13-25 degrees less than what the temperature is outside so if it's 90, the BEST you will get is 70. The old system would have had it in the upper 60s.. but I guess is not that much of a big difference and it gets pretty cool at night which is nice. Edgardo was excellent! He was professional, personable, and gave me a spot-on estimate for a pretty big plumbing job involving a pipe leak in my kitchen. His analysis of the issue sounded right (and I made him re-explain it to me over a call the next day), but given the amount of money involved, I paid for another well-rated plumbing expert to come in and provide a second opinion on the scope of work. Their assessment of the issue was the same as Edgardo's, but their estimate came in 3x higher!!! I immediately booked with 4 Service Pros and Edgardo came in the next day to complete the job. It was really a pleasure working with him, and I appreciate that the business sent a text with his photo before he came and provided me a hyperlink to track his truck GPS-style so that I could figure out exactly when he would be arriving for both appointments. I set an appointment they gave me a four hour window no one showed up no one called. When I called after the appointment I was told no one had finalized it but they did not know who and could not give me any other information. I spoke with the HVAC person in charge or dispatcher and they told me it was a holiday weekend and everyone had left they could schedule it next week but virtually it was my problem. I have used this company before and have had them do what I consider some major projects. I guess that doesn't matter to them. Update: 1/09/19 The owner has reached out to me and wanted to see what he could do to better understand the situation. He sent two of his supervisors (Plumbing and Remodeling) out to take a look and determine how they might approach/correct the problem. After meeting with them, I'm optimistic we can find a way ahead to get back on track. Unfortunately, it will take some time to get all the i's dotted and t's crossed to make all the necessary coordinations prior to beginning work, in earnest, and finishing the project. Insurance companies don't make things easy. I contacted this company as a repeat customer for a water leak which damaged my pantry ceiling. Unfortunately they aren't interested in making the customer happy and leave it to the homeowner to coordinate with the insurance company on payment/documentation, etc. They would only offer to come out to inspect for a fee, but I don't know how you could determine the source of the problem without doing some work. The customer rep advised me they were COD and wouldn't do any work unless I paid them and waited to be reimbursed by my insurance company. For a company that prides itself on customer service they sure don't want to work with the customer on insurance claims unless you pay them on the spot for any work. Shaun and Pete were extremely professional, efficient and communicated well with us throughout the process. We had them redo our electrical wiring in the master bathroom, adding a dedicated circuit and several GFCI outlets. They were very fast, finishing in just a few hours. Possibly one of the most professional outfits I've had the pleasure of working with. Appointments are confirmed with a picture of the technician for estimates and for the work that will be done. Despite Covid, they were able to come within a week, and always wore masks and booties in the house. Initially, we were just going to have our water filtration system installed, but we like them so much we expanded our scope of work to include a whole house water shut off (peace of mind as we had water leaks in the past that were very damaging), as well as re-configuring our water manifold with higher quality shut off valves then the builder had installed. Dave, who was the original estimator, not only took the time to explain potential issues with the plastic valves of the original manifold, but tips on how to flush or hot water heater, keeping our P traps for in rarely used bathrooms, discussion of better fittings for our filtration system that we purchased for their installation, and Water monitoring tips. We expanded our scope of work to include not only the water filter system, but to add a whole house water monitoring system and upgrade our plastic valves with high-quality brass shut off valves as we had suffered through water leaks in the past that were very expensive and damaging. Willis and Ray came to do the installation end they were courteous, clean, capable and laid down drop cloths over any carpeted surfaces - when they were done, everything was clean and perfect. The new water manifold looks great with easy to use brass shut off valves, the filtration system is working perfectly, and the Moen flow water monitoring system is sending statistics to our phone :-) The construction of the support for the water filtration system is very sturdy. I found 4SP on Yelp. My initial call was answered very professionally and I scheduled an appointment for the next morning. The next day, the technician called when he was 30 minutes from my location. Upon arrival, he quickly diagnosed the problem and had the replacement part in his truck. To do a proper installation required him to step out for a few other parts, even though he could have made do with what he had. When the job was done he tested the system and all was well. He explained everything clearly and intelligently and I not only got my system fixed, but received an education as well. My one minor beef is that the replaced part was marked up 3x over retail pricing (~$240 vs. ~$80). I don't know if this is standard or not. read more

He explained all the possibilities of what it could cost, but ended up to be a minor issue that was quickly corrected. They also had the longest hours (7am-7pm) of any of the others I looked at I looked at which was a plus. Initially I was upset because I was charged charged $189 for a faucet aerator, a part that took less than 15 minutes to install, which I later discovered could be found for less than ten dollars at any home improvement store. The part was also was poorly installed, and water sprayed in streams from random directions. After hearing my feedback however, the company returned and actually replaced my entire sink at no added charge! The owner himself even came! They also explained that the price charged was actually just the minimum charge for an hour's work on a job, and not the price of a simple aerator; my mistake there.
