    Over soldered pipe leaking, refused to fix

    Highly recommend you keep looking for a plumbing professional. If a mistake is made good luck getting them to repair the issue without major headaches. Worst experience, terrible professionalism.

    After a power surge from the big storm, the electricity did not come back. I called 4 Service Pros to restore power. All the electrician did was to switch the basic on/off function, which switches from left (the off) to right (the on). But he still charged me over $256 for labor and $150 for emergency fee for only a 30-minute work. That's over $400! It's the biggest rip-off I've ever experienced.

    All-around great company and excellent customer service. Technicians Zachary and Henrri identified cause of water leak from upstairs bathroom to downstairs laundry room. The leak damaged the drywall ceiling which also exposed other leaks. A technician from another company conducted the initial "repair" but did not completely resolve the water leak. Zachary and Henrri replaced the waste and overflow pipes. In addition, per request, they replaced the shower control and diverter spout and did a great job in sealing the fixtures as some of the water was leaking around the old spout and shower control handle. Thanks to Zachary and Henrri for their outstanding work. Also, thanks to the great office crew for scheduling my appointment! Definitely, a returning customer!

    I needed a plumber to replace my old faucets and replace my leaking supply lines. I checked Lowes for a quote and it was less expensive, but I ultimately went with 4 Service Pros because it was so much easier to reach them and schedule. I also liked that they come with a fully stocked plumber's van, so I didn't need to worry about having the right supply lines for the faucets I purchased.

    I had to have my nearly 60 year old cast iron sewer lines replaced at my house, inside and out. I can't speak highly enough about my experience with Matthew Loring and Stephen Savoy. First class service from the first day they showed up to do the initial inspection and quote, to job completion. They came prepared, immediately identified the issue and started formulating a plan of action on the spot. They even started locating the lines under the concrete in the basement to better describe how and where the work would be done. Due to the complexity of the work and the location of other pieces of equipment, I had planned on being without hot water and/or heat (boiler system) for a time as they removed the old lines but I was wrong. They are skilled enough that they didn't need to take them offline and got the job done in the original time frame proposed. A+ They are extremely professional, showed up on time and did not try to upsell me on anything. They truly understand what it means to provide customer service and exemplify it to the fullest extent. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and continue brag about them to anyone who will listen.

    Luis is quite the knowledgeable electrician, but what I want to highlight in this review is his…read moreintegrity, which in my opinion is the most important aspect in working with someone. After some initial miscommunications about the job, things didn't quite turn out the way I hoped, but Luis, the company owner came out himself to make sure things were resolved. And even though the scope of the project increased, he insisted on completing the job at the original rate (although I'm not going to let him, because the scope had increased substantially, and that is clearly my own doing). When working with someone new, it's always a toss up on how things will go when unexpected difficulties arise, and I'm very pleased in how Luis does business. Six-stars! UPDATE: the job is done and we are awaiting inspection this week. The pictures speak for themselves. We are extremely satisfied with our Tesla Wall connector Gen 3 installation. Luis went up and over our garage with EMT to get to the nearby panel. He had to upgrade a breaker to a double pole 60A breaker and also had to update the breaker that goes to the subpanel in the main panel to 100A. Tesla had sent us a bad wall connector the first time around and advised us remotely that the electrical work done was perfect and that all power levels were as expected. Luis insisted on coming out himself anyhow to double check everything even though I assured him it was Teslas wall connector. Sure enough the wiring was perfect and when the new wall connector arrived I popped it on and everything worked like magic.

I was quoted $200 to install a Blink Wired Floodlight Camera and Blink Video Doorbell. Then, upon realizing there was no power to the light switch, the technician just left my old wires exposed after removing the old outdoor light fixture. Just moved in, so I wasn't sure what was going on with that switch. So I asked if he could fix it, while he was here. His response was "he had to call his boss to get an estimate and that it had to be done another day because it was too late." At this point the technician offered to install the Blink Video Doorbell for $100. I guess in his mind, it was half the work, so half the price... Again, I was given an estimate in person, the day before for installation of both. The Video Doorbell is maybe 1/8th of an inch off center. He did a decent enough job. For $100 to drill two holes, I would've liked it dead center. Then the next morning I received an email with an estimate for $525, to fix the power and install the floodlight.
