I'm usually ok with trying out new nail salons but I will have to pass this one up next time due to one visit I had there recently. I went for a pedicure and shellac manicure. The pedicure was fine and is the only reason I gave this place 3 stars but the shellac manicure was a whole other story. For starters it was $45 dollars and within TWO DAYS the polish on several nails started chipping. Are you kidding me? For that amount of money I expect it to stay on for the full two weeks. If you're going to go here don't go for the shellac manicure. You would only be wasting your money. read more

I went to get some gel nails and the manicurist was rushing through the entire thing! She was not going to touch up my cuticles - I had to ask for her to do them. After 2 days, the gel started lifting off of my nails. Two of my nails completely chipped and I went in to have it fixed. They seemed REALLY annoyed that I asked for them to be fixed. I will NOT be going back as now 5 days later the gel has completely lifted off all my nails. A total waste of money and Nobel Nails (around the corner) does a better job and only charges $25. read more

I've been going here every month for about 3 years. I always get a french UV gel set, which is a permanent manicure similar to acrylic and silk treatments but much higher quality (no yellowing, no peeling off, no cracking, very lightweight and feels like your own nails). i sometimes get pedicures as well, where they have massaging chairs and various types of foot treatment. They do a solid job on my nails every time, i have nails that easily break so the uv gel is perfect. Also bout a year ago they brought down their gel set price down to $60! You cant find a better price ANYWHERE. On weekend afternoons its very busy, recommend you call ahead. And its family owned, which is nice to support. read more

I was looking for a good nail salon and i decided to come here because of the reviews they got. everything in the reviews were right on point. they are good at what they do and they prices are awesome..$60 for french gel uv?! unheard of! i arrived at 5pm and left at 630pm..half an hour after they close on weekends. for people with appointments they will stay late in order to accommodate your needs which is very nice.. there are so many people on staff..they told me they have around 15 people on the weekends and around 8 during weekdays, so the wait is never too long but it gets busy so its always best to schedule an appointment. the employees were very friendly and talkative (maybe because i speak korean ha) and i was thrilled with my french uv gels. great place, definitely worth stopping by for some pamperin read more

Most amazing salon. Entire staff is very friendly. Always accommodating not to mention their work always exceeds my expectation. Tried many other salons and you just can't beat it. The spa pedicure is super relaxing. They offer an array of different services. I usually take my 3yr old daughter with me to get pampered too. My first time here. Brought my boyfriend too for spa pedicures. The owner greeted is immediately and helped us to the chairs. They did a great job. I did not feel rushed and I was seated right away. The girls were very friendly also! I did not have cash for tip but I saw the ATM so I figured I would need to use it. The owner said because it was my first time and I didn't know about the cash tip policy she would gladly make an exception and she charged the tips to my card. As we left everyone said goodbye. Granted it was packed this Sunday, but I still had an appointment and I still expect proper service. They were aggressive, chaotic, unorganized and my gel manicure and pedicure was sub par as was my daughters who joined me. There was virtually no foot massage. No hand massage. No back massage....nothing. My daughter claimed her manicurist was extremely rough and pulling and tugging on her forcefully. This is my every 2 week pedi-mani place. They remember your name, all say goodbye and hello sometimes in unison. They do a good job, it's just a basic mani pedi and they do pretty well. Staff is very friendly and accommodating and interior is clean. Equipment and decor are a little worn and dated, but I don't think that's a big deal. Pricing is reasonable and I like the spa pedicure, although I'm not sure there is a benefit to the spa pedicure they offer. Having been coming here for over two years. The staff is extremely nice and friendly. They call most patrons by their name because they come regularly and want to make them feel special. The place is bright and clean and they just updated it. Gina does my nails and Lydia does my pedicure. Both are really good. Gina tends to rush a little sometimes as she doesn't want people waiting. However my nails always come out perfect. Lydia does the best pedicure and foot massage. I literally fall asleep when she is massaging my feet and the massage is not extra, it is included. read more

4 U Nails make you feel like you are at home, they all call you by your name (Not Miss) they are just overall really good at doing pedicures and full set acrylic as well as manicures. so I don't mind if someone else does my nails vs. another. It's a win win , they're always busy and fully booked (which is a good thing) so call at least a day before to make sure you get a spot even two days before some weeks. I haven't tried any other services yet as far as waxing or eyebrows but I did see they offer that there and there's a private room for that FYI. Also very clean! The Best! I like most women have gotten my nails done at countless salons. From cheap to expensive spa type places and if i had to pick my favorite place to go it would be here. They have about 10 nail techs minimum working at any given time to accomodate the amount of customers they have. I never have to wait more than 10 minutes even if its packed. The first time i went there they not only memorized my name but my boyfriends also who was simply picking me up. They still remember customers even if you go months without seeing them. Their pedicure is the best around. Period. The place is clean and i feel like they do a good job with everything. Wish they were closer to me so i could go every week. They also seem to be ahead of everyone with new nail products and such. I recommend this place to everyone. read more

This place was just ok for me. It has it's pros and cons. This is a first time visit for me as I just decided to give them a try since my regular nail lady was away on vacation and I happened to have acrylic tips that needed a refill and of course, I grew tired of my nail polish color. So anyway as I park my car in the public parking lot, which is not metered by the way, so its free (always a plus), I noticed a big sign which clearly says acrylic. As I go in to mention I was interested in a pedicure with regular nail polish and a refill for my acrylic tips, things were fine. The girl that worked on my feet was nice and a bit rough but I explained to her to be gentle and to please not cut my toe nails too short. I panic with my feet especially because I am not a fan of cuts nor blood. Anyhow, I enjoyed my foot and leg massage so I tip accordingly to the service. As my pedicure is all done and get disposable flip flops placed on my feet, I am asked to have a seat with Danna or Donna. She looks at my acrylic nails and so does one of the other ladies that works on manicures. They look at me and speak in their native language. I just can not stand when this happens because it is rude! It's like I am a new customer and you speak to me in perfect English but all of a sudden they see something they do not like and speak in a foreign language. The one lady says to me in English now, "Oh nobody does acrylic these days, you should try the uv gel tips which are $60 and it is an additional charge to have the tips you have on now, to be taken off". Well I am the customer and I know what I am willing to spend and also know what I would like to have done. I just happened to get the acrylic tips recently because I had not done them in years. If it is so outdated, the acrylic style, then why advertise the word acrylic at the front entrance of the salon. The girls working on pedicures had warned me that the other ladies always tried to insist to their clients to get the uv gels just because they felt it was a better choice. I am sorry but I am not dealing with pushy sales people when I am going to a business where I want to feel relaxed. At the end of the day, I chose to get gel polish on my natural nails, just because, IT IS MY CHOICE. I pay for the service, therefore, I choose what I will have done. Overall, the gel polish and filing of my hand nails were decent. I give this salon 3 stars simply because I didn't dislike it much nor did I love it. Maybe, I will give it another chance another day and update my review. Lesson learned here, never tell the customer what to do. Word to the wise, you can always make a suggestion but do not be pushy about it. read more

I've been getting my nails done here for over a year. They are great, and I keep going back for the pedicure which includes a massage. That said, I got a gel manicure for the first time the last time I went in for a mani/pedi and it was awful! The color on one nail completely peeled off after just one day! By the end of the week, a second one had completely peeled off as well! Granted I was told to come back if I had any problems, which I appreciate, but I'm a busy girl! I shouldn't have to go back in less than a week to redo my gel manicure. From now on, I'm sticking to regular manis. read more

Got a pedi and a gel mani. 2 fingers chipped within 3 days so I went in and they re applied on top. 2 different fingers chipped on the 6th day. Really not impressed with their gel. Few chips on the toes as well after a few days. And I've had pedis that lasted almost a month in the summer when the feet are not covered and constantly banging against things. Giving a 2 star bc they were nice about fixing the chips when I went in. But it's a hassle to go back in to fix AGAIN. read more

They opened at 930 am today. I called to make an appointment and they were very accommodating they were able to see me right away. It was my first time there I decided to go because I love so close. I took my daugther with me. She got a mani pedi and I got gel extensions and a spa pedicure. They were so nice. They took me right away. I had the intentions of getting acrylic and the owner (I am guessing he was the owner) he explained to me why gel is better. So I went with gel. The girl who did my nails was so sweet.
