Great spot with cute outdoor seating making it perfect for weekend brunch. Staff was super friendly and accommodated us right away even though they were busy. Drinks were great , loved their espresso martini. The food was incredible ! We ordered a bunch of appetizers but loved the lobster roll appetizer and the house made potatoe chips and dip. For entre you have to get the French toast. Burger was delicious and the branzino was so fresh and perfectly seasoned. Portions were large so this spot is perfect for sharing. Can't wait to come back.

I came here a few times while my friend was a server here and I absolutely loved the setting and dishes they served. Located a couple blocks down from Vernon-Jackson 7 train station, this spot is perfect for group outings, romantic date nights or party dinners. My favorite was the burger and truffle fries that was cooked very well along with the lobster roll. Mimosas are bottomless for brunch and my favorite dessert items were the affogato and French toast ( ask for a gelato scoop! ). Overall, this is a delicious spot to sink into and will definitely come back!

I came on a Sunday early evening for dinner. The restaurant is located in the corner so their outside seating area was perfect to sit and enjoy on a sunny day with a light breeze. We ordered the Grilled Romaine Hearts, Bread Crumbs, White Anchovy, Pecorino, Roasted cauliflower, romesco sauce, chimichurri, Golden raisins and House made Pappardelle, Lamb Ragu. The cauliflower was my favorite but the pasta was slightly undercooked. The waiter was attentive and came back constantly to check on us and refill our water.

Came during the quiet time between brunch and dinner. Restaurant was nice and empty lol Service was great since we were the only table Ambiance is fine, I didn't think the decor was anything too special but decent. Playlist was a vibe The food was really yummy. I had the lobster roll special and my friend did the short rib risotto special. Lobster roll was full of meat and not wasn't overpowered by condiments. Great portion of salad and chips to accompany it. My friend cleaned his plate of risotto so safe to say he loved it. The octopus appetizer was also good and could even be a meal for some. It came on a bed of black rice that was flavorful. Octopus was cooked well and presentation was pretty.

We walked in when the restaurant opened and were able to be seated immediately. The restaurant has a lot of natural lighting and has a good amount of seating. It started filling up later on though and the restaurant was full by the time we were leaving. The service was friendly. We ordered the roasted cauliflower, and I got the steak and eggs. The roasted cauliflower, fries, egg, and toast were all good, but unfortunately the steak was not good.

Made a reservation here on a weeknight around 6 and the place was empty when we got in. The dinner rush starts coming in after 6:30 or so which was nice for us. The dinner is not super big but has a lot of good protein and seafood choices. The food itself was good, nothing super spectacular but nothing stood out too much. The server was very nice and patient and the interior is pretty cozy.

I came here for brunch recently and thought it was a cute spot in LIC! The interior of the restaurant is simple and there was some Christmas decor that I loved. Service was attentive and fairly quick. We ordered their steak and eggs as well as their grilled pork belly plates for brunch. Although I do think that it was pricy for what it was, both of the plates were pretty good! The steak was juicy and the chimichurri paired with the dish very well. Meanwhile, the grilled pork belly was delicious with the sauteed onions and also a good portion. Not a bad spot for some brunch in Hunter's Point.

So I went to 4747 twice and honestly it's great, 4747 is such classy restaurant the servers are nice the service is clean and quick. My two experiences of going to 4747 have both been fantastic so the first time I went I was with family I got a skirt steak with truffle fries so so good. The appetizers were very on par the chilled oysters are so so good I'm not the biggest oyster fan cause oysters are salty and I have hypertension but it's ok it was so good. My experience also was on par the service was fast and good the servers had a very good attitude always was on top of anything you need. So the second time i went to 4747 was very very recent i went their for my 8 year anniversary with my partner such a fantastic experience. So my recent visit to 4747 was to celebrate my 8, year anniversary with my partner, we had the all day brunch which gives you a choice of belini memosa perseco if I'm not mistaken. So me and my partner had 2 plates of chilled oysters avocado lime tomato flatbread,I really cant say enough 4747 is very pricy but the service and the food is what makes it worth it. If you are ever in long island city and want to experience a classy very well maintained restaurant with good service please don't hesitate to experience 4747

I picked up an order for takeout on Thanksgiving as I was out for a stroll and saw one of their posts on instagram. The sweet potatoes were creamy and delicious. The Turkey was flavorful and succulent which I was surprised by especially since it stood up after my almost ~30 minute trip home. The quality of the food was just as good sitting in my living room as it has been the few times that I've dined in. The staff was very pleasant while working the holiday and they had a really nice crowd in the restaurant which was both cozy and inviting. 4747 remains at the top of my list in the neighborhood for a high quality meal.

My niece was in town and she was craving a burger. So we walked on over to 4747. I never had Wagyu meat before! That burger was totally worth the $26.00! The claims were really good too. I did get sand in one so I stopped eating after that. It wasnt too busy for a Friday night. I'm so glad there was indoor seating. It was so cute that a child was helping the orders. The party I was with had the steak which looked really good. Next time I go I want to try out their brunch. The vibe is awesome it could definitely be a good place for valentines day! The coffee drink was good but I couldn't finish it. The burger doesn't look like much in the photos but it was really good.

4747 LIC is a hidden gem! I loved all the dishes I had. My favorite dish was the oxtail with the polenta cake. The fried crunchy onions on top of the oxtail was my favorite part. For dessert, I had the affogato and the pistachio cake. I will definitely be visiting again! It's great for a regular dinner or a special event.

The biggest question then became, where to go? We needed a place that was relatively easy to get to that would hold close to 100 people. Jungly was a contender for several reasons - it's location, size, vibe, and menu all seemed to check off. It also helped that I had done business with the owner previously at one of his other spots. It seemed like the natural choice, so I went ahead with the booking. Jungly is located in LIC - it's a pretty convenient spot as its close to the LIRR and the subway. Parking can be a challenge, but luckily I found a spot only a block away. The space itself is nicely set up - walking in you're immediately greeted by the bar area with dining areas both to the left and the right. Due to our size, they closed the place to the public and we were able to freely roam the bar area and one of the dining rooms. In addition to standard tables, they have some lounge space and high tops by the bar. The vibe is somewhat modern - a black/grey color scheme paired with neon and golds. It looks like the space could easily be converted to a club-like atmosphere. Since we were here for a private event, the food was set up buffet style - we chose three apps, four mains, and two sides. Ultimately, for apps we chose pita bread with dips, steak tacos, and shrimp tacos. For mains we chose fried chicken sliders, smashed beef sliders, cacio e pepe, and roasted chicken. For sides, we got fries and Brussels sprouts. In general, all of the food was tasty; the strongest dishes were the tacos, fries, and the chicken tacos. The tacos were generously filled, the fries were the crispy skin style, and the chicken sliders were nice and crispy. The weakest for me was the cacio e pepe - not much flavor and just not really a standout IMO. My communication with management to set up the event were a little staccato, though in the end everything worked out. For the most part, my communication with them was consistent in the days leading up to the event. Service the night of the event was overall good - they were very accessible but I found that they could have replenished the food a little faster in response to the rate it was being taken from the buffet. The bar, on the other hand, was great - both in service and variety of liquor available. Overall, we had a great event at Jungly. They were professional, fair, and delivered on the goods. I would definitely consider hosting another event there, or dine here on my own.

For instance, my first drink was named Red Velvet, and it has a piece of dried beef jerky on it with one giant ice cube. It had a beet as an ingredient but it tasted interesting and smooth. I came here with two of my coworkers and they also enjoyed their butter old fashioned, decorated with a dark chocolate piece of candy, and trix on you (white pale drink) that was creamy to the taste. Between our rounds of cocktails, we also ordered some spicy popcorn shrimp (not pictured) that came fast and hot. it was fresh and they provided us chopsticks which was interesting. The waiters were quite attentive and they were checking in on us quite constantly but not too much that it felt like they were asking us to leave. The second round of drinks was also captivating to the eye. My second cocktail was called lavender mist that was in a tall narrow glass that had foam on top with a bird couple design that I thought was adorable. It was fun to drink the foam around it and it had bits of fruit in it as well. It was much fruitier than the first drink but I wasn't mad about it. I wanted to note that the drinks menu were divided by "types" such as "medium flavor, light flavor, etc so that you know exactly what you're ordering with the ingredients clearly listed along with the designs of what the drinks are going to look like. The atmosphere was lively with a mix of classy. I would come back again to try the sushi rolls! I didn't get a chance.
