The fish was cooked to perfection so much so that it melted in my mouth. It was amazing. We adjusted our order and selected a different fish for my sister. Overall, the food was good and well-prepared, although a bit pricey in my opinion. The experience was somewhat of a mixed bag--from the initial wait and limited fish availability to excellent service and enjoyable food. In the end, the company, conversation, and outstanding service outweighed the negatives. We made sure to thank our server and left her a well-deserved 20% tip.
